This is a good Culver's, as it is well staffed. Wait times in the drive-through are likely longer than in the lobby. Anyway, the food has been great. The new crispy chicken is pretty decent. Also, got the mega order of onion rings (Hash tag: Fat Boy Summer). To be sure, everyone was impressed and/or jealous (fajita vibes). Get some and see for yourself. That is, if you're into that sort of thing.

Overcharged. Received our order in the drive thru and it was wrong. Kid went back. Another kid brought it back to us, then took it back and brought us the correct items but was still over charge around $5. 2ND kid said guess you can go back thru the drive thru to get a refund. They use to give out little cards for a free scoop when it was their fault. Now there isn't even a sorry. The two delivery kids were respectful.

Culver’s is our new go to. Staff is always provides top notch service. We went at an odd time and once everyone cleared out from the late lunch the staff appeared and was deep cleaning everywhere. Cabinets, walls, tables, chairs, soda area, and while I was walking out the employee was wiping down the door she stopped what she was doing, opened the door for me and politely wished me a nice afternoon. Small gestures that go oh so long in my book. Keep up the great work!

Worst grilled chicken sandwich. It was rubbery with no flavor. Crispy chicken I asked 3 times to add mayo, and this was never done. I order one scoop of vanilla ice cream and they gave me 2 scoops that were just half full. I was charged for two. This was all through the drive thru so I did not want to cause problems because it was already backed up.

Placed my order. 7 people inside ordering. I was # 58. Waited.Waited. Waited.Waited. Everyone got their order but me....even those ordering AFTER me. So...I went up to the counter to see if they lost my order. Here it was sitting on the counter for about 15 minutes with the wrong # on it. I opened the bag. I ordered cheesecurds. No cheese curds. Usually, you guys did great with our orders.

As of late, we've had quite a few issues. Last time we got burgers you guys forgot our French fries which you righted. Every time we order mixers lately, we get jipped on the mix-ins. I myself got a strawberry and cheesecake mixer extra strawberry and cheesecake and literally had 4 pieces of cheesecake in the entire medium mixer. My husband got an espresso mixer with pecans and cheesecake and had no cheesecake in his. We pay nearly $6 for the one with the extra mix-ins and all I got was pretty much strawberry ice cream. I'd be better off just going down the road to Kwik trip.

I used to be a pretty regular customer but as of late, I haven't wanted to. Tonight was just a real bummer because we wanted a treat and didn't have much money, but we went anyways because I had the gift card from when you forgot the fries and then this happened. Just feels like a waste of our time and money lately.

Order was heavly messed up all burgers had missing toppings. Missing toppings that came with the burger normally no special requests. Shake was also messed up whole order was wrong Called back same day no one answered call back the next day spoke to manager with proof of order. Use online ordering. Plus receipt wouldn't help at all. Told me it had to go to corporate even though I provided my receipt information and online order information kept asking for more information when I called etc. The process was slow and got no where. Waste of 15 minutes. Customer service is terrible. Which sucks went to this location multiple times a week. Recommend going to a different location. Worst experience I've ever had a culvers and the manager made it even worse.

I waited over 20 minutes past my online curbside time. I ordered cod, one piece was about 1-1/2" long!!! No milk, no fries when it showed when I ordered. I arrived 20 minutes earlier than appointment. Nobody came out and I finally hailed someone down. I wanted a refund which takes up to 7 days. No offer to make it right and no offer for a replacement meal. Totally unacceptable. I finally got home after 7 pm and still hadn't eaten. Not happy at all

It's Culvers, it's hard to go wrong with their food. This one in particular I've honestly had the best service and food at of all the stores I've been to across the state and country. Really my only quarrel is generally low custard toppings. It's higher quality fast food made by people who generally like their jobs. Go between 2-5pm for generally better service due to lack of other customers.

This Culver's location is the worst by far.... the food is the same quality as other locations however the service and disorganization is astronomical. While staff is pleasant, I have ordered here four times within the past approximately calendar year and every single time the order has been either lost, missing food items (my bad for not checking before leaving the drive thru), incorrect ingredients in a mixer multiple times, incorrect drinks, or incorrect sides. While the staff is usually quick tonight to correct orders it usually takes a couple minutes of confusion and clarification. This location is convenient as it's near where I live but I no longer come here expecting correct orders.

I LOVE Culvers! It is my favorite drive thru! No matter what I order, it is all fantastic! But, my favorites are chicken strips, mushroom burger but with american cheese, pretzel bites, caramel cashew sundae. Best fast food ever!
Everything fresh made. They bring it to your table very quickly. They serve Butter Burgers any way you want them. They also have dinner plates of chicken & fish, salads and great sides. The must is their frozen custard. There’s always room for custard. So many flavors and stuff mixed in.

Went to order a mint ice cream in waffle cone. I was told I could only get the mint in a dish with syrup. They couldn't figure out that all you had to do was put the mint syrup in the dish and then transfer it to the waffle cone. Needless to say I had to leave.
