This location never gets my order right. Staff are all very friendly and pleasant but man I just want my order made correctly for once. This is such a frequent issue that I took to the customer service email to alert the management of this location of the frequent incorrectly made items, and she was very apologetic and sent some coupons, which I appreciate. Unfortunately, each time I've been back since then, my order continues to be incorrect. Tonight, I ordered a salted caramel shake. It came out as a concrete mixer. Alright, fine, I'll wait for it to melt a bit. After waiting a bit I taste it and it doesn't taste like salted caramel, just regular- but, perhaps thatcould be my own mistaken perception, I think to myself and continue eating. A few more bites reveals that there are chunks of cookie dough in it. I probably got someone else's order. I get it, things happen..but it's literally every time I go here which is why I'm taking to to a review at this point. Every time I go my custard order is either made with the wrong flavor custard or has the wrong toppings on it (which is not always immediately apparent, because for whatever reason this location also likes to put candy at the BOTTOM of the sundae dish so you don't actually get any until the last few bites). Idk. I just want to leave this place with my correct order for once. I do always go through drive thru so this may be a drive thru specific issue

Ordered a banana split. The person didnt know how to make it. He prepared it without gloves. When he handed me the smashed dripping mess, I asked for a bag and was given a small paper bag. I asked another employee for larger bag, and was given an even smaller paper bag and told to put it in sideways. The turtle was ordered with extra pecans, no extra pecans were given. You one or two people on the registers, another three just standing around on their phone, another three working the window, and however many in the back, and not a lock of common sense to be found. Are these people even trained? Seems like there is no standard at all. If so the bar is set dismally low.

This is a fast food place so me spending energy writing an actual review seems so ridiculous but I personally don't care.
I was a regular customer here since I moved over by the location. Recently there was a known plumbing issue that I smelled when going into the location. They were mopping so I didn't think much of it. My food had a similar horrible sewer, fishtank smell and taste to it when I got home and was immediately thrown away. Called the location and they said they knew this was an issue? Haha really? Wow!
Went in tonight after a week or two to ask if something could be done about it. Manager just acted like I was there to get something for free, stating I couldn't had had any issues, which was extremely insulting.
Canceled my order afterwards. The food isn't good enough at Culver's if we are all being honest anyway. It's bland, unseasoned and expensive. We all know the fries are laughable, the burgers you can do better with at home in 10-15 minutes for less, there's no dressing on anything by default, etc. On top of all this, apparently people all got the additional toilety fish poop water flavor for weeks at this location.

Ordered 3 value baskets for 6:00 curbside pickup had to go inside and ask where our food was after waiting a half an hour we ended up with the cold food & 2 out of 3 value baskets were not what we ordered... throwing our incorrect cold meals away & going to McDonald's for something edible

Hey, I don't know if y'all just aren't cleaning your machine well/aren't giving it a couple rinses before making your custard, have someone struggling with staying accurate to the custard recipe, or if your method is just off, but this Culver's in particular almost always leaves this icky film on your mouth and just tastes a bit off. Just, idk, your night staff should know that being thorough matters, no half or quarter cheeking it. I don't care if you need to give the night team a raise, have to have a supervisor extra for close, or what, but the quality here is leaving a bit too much to be desired so I'm afraid I'll be spending my money at other Culver's locations. Food's usually fine, service is endearing at worst, the atmosphere could absolutely use a touch up, be it brighter/whiter/warmer lighting, a whole mood adjustment, a new vibe for the whole space, or what. Idk, I think ditching the plain atmosphere that I'm sure might be part of the franchise agreement would be nice, maybe something more geared toward the disenfranchised groups in the low income housing nearby could be nice, DEFINITELY a new carpet if bothering to keep it. Even just a few touches of plant life would help, you've got exposures on the east, and north sides I think, so I'd suggest probably snake plants for their lower light needs but I think if there's a south exposure, it could host a few too, succulents are always cute and usually only need water once a week or so, while the average plants would probably do well with twice a week.

They will start shutting down earlier than needed. Sat in drive thru at 9:30 pm and waited 10 minutes. Once I was able to order the screen said closed. I drove around and went inside ! Amazing that the doors are open . I explained the situation and they were all pointing at someone . Explanation was a glitch . Well no onee else was in drive thru at 9:45 pm. Still closed. No ice cream for concrete mixers. Cleaning everything up way before 10:00 pm. No smiles or anykind of friendly faces . Just what the heck you doing here attitude. I go to verona on a regular and they should get some training on customer service from them . Hopefully this location stays in business with the sour attitudes. Pretty much reflecting the neighborhood attitude . Then the owner sends out we are sorry to everyone's negative reviews like they care all of sudden! What a joke.

I had just got off work & stopped by Culver’s on my way home to get something to-go. I was putting stuff away in my backpack & Lynette was incredibly nice & told me I could’ve did that on the counter instead of the floor. I was about to leave without a frozen custard, but she reminded me & offered to make me one fresh rather than me getting it out the freezer since she said they’ve been there from the time she made them at 9am. I think it's great that Culver's was supporting the school tragedy in Madison and that's why we chose to eat here. It was incredibly busy but the staff were patient and kept up with everybody's orders. At Culver's, the food is freshly made so that's always plus and worth the wait especially when it was SUPER busy. Their cheeseburgers are tasty and so is their soup. I'm not keen on the cheese curds or French fries but there are other options to choose from for me.

Their "curdside" game is on point at this location. I place my order, drive the 6-7 minutes, and have never had to wait longer than 90 seconds after tapping/texting my arrival. This is so helpful and convenient when I'm on my 30 minute break and don't have time to wait in line. The food is always hot and fresh.

This last time, I got the Pub Burger, and it is my new favorite burger. Staff has always been friendly here, and I'll keep coming back!

Called to get a refund and was told they can’t refund part of an order and we got some of our food so nothing they could do but send a coupon? Are you kidding? We're full on back to Culver's but it's really gotten expensive. For 4 family of four meals, 4 of them being kids meals, is running just over $30. That's too much. At those prices I'd rather spend more and go to a nice sit down restaurant. We've learned to pair down to make it less expensive but then it's not a good value it's just the consumer skimming to try and make it seem like a better value when it's not. We can get it from $30 to $24 but that involves going without items that make it a meal.

So yesterday we ordered a few meals for our company’s maintenance staff and the cod sandwich was slimy between the fillet and batter. We thought nothing of it but they said it tasted metallic and smelled of ammonia. That coworker was later sent home showing symptoms of food poisoning. All the other food was fine and too standard but the ball was absolutely fumbled on the fish

I eat at Culver’s every day. I go to Northport, East Towne, Cottage Grove Rd, Beltline Frontage equally. This Culver’s is slacking compared to the standard. It’s not 100% bad but Culver’s is usually flawless. Here I can expect at least 1 thing to be off. Flat drinks, missing napkins or condiments, half empty pouches of fries, cheese blown out of the curd breading, FotD never has more than a teaspoon of topping. This Culver’s is disappointing. Good service and mostly accurate, but the order presentation is sub par.

On numerous occasions I've gone to this Northport location no later than 30-45 minutes before close and have been denied custard because they stated they have ran out of it??? The worst Culver’s experience of my life. I ordered nearly $30 worth of food online. I received the worst Culver’s food ever, my order was wrong, the sauces were wrong, the drink was also incorrect. The burger and tenders were cool and my curds tasted old. I called to see if I could return the order and get my money back and they said no but offered to remake it. Needless to say, I cooked a pizza in our oven and tossed it rather than driving all the way back there. I wanted to return the entire order and receive a refund because of their errors but was refused. Buyer beware, Culver’s on Northport Drive is not always good.

This is my second time coming here and having to deal with, whom I’ve just found out is a manager, Josh. I came through the drive through. Josh appeared to be frustrated, angry and impatient. He was dismissive, huffing, and very rude to his coworkers. I work in service industry as well, and handling pressure is something that comes with it. Allowing your customers to witness the behavior I did today just isn’t okay. I felt uncomfortable. If things are that overwhelming, maybe finding less stressful work would do. Or a vacation? Work burnout is real.
We all have our days, but as a manager remaining professional is key.

First time eating here because I'm on this side of town helping a friend with something today. I had to go back twice to get the food corrected ( first time they forgot the shake, second my gluten free burger had a regular bun!) and then I get back to the garage sale and even after I asked them to double check it before I left it was still wrong.
