I've been a big fan of Culver's restaurants for a long time, but this locations is ridiculously bad at getting orders right. My family orders to go from here perhaps once or twice per month, and they get the order wrong almost as often as they get it right. Most recently they left an entire order out of our bag that we paid for, and which we didn't notice until getting home. Upon calling them, they offered a free meal voucher - which is fair enough, but it's at best equal value to what they missed, and the meal was already ruined. A week later we went in to make good on the free meal, and they said it was supposed to come by mail (which I'll presume is true, but it hasn't arrived yet). Then, they proceeded to yet again get our order wrong with the wrong side. It's almost comical how consistently bad this location is, and this is the last straw. We'll travel the few extra miles to other Culver's moving forward.

Great Culver's location with extremely friendly team members. I've consistently had quality meals at this location. I love their strawberry fields salad as well as their cashew chicken salad.

Their drive-thru is open late at night and there is plenty of free parking.

Located conveniently off the highway, this is an excellent location overall.

I had an amazing visit at this Culver’s location. Christian was our server and he went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. My husband and I were visiting family in Wisconsin and the grandkids wanted Culvers, their favorite restaurant. The last few visits to this Culver's location have been disappointing. The quality of the custard has had a gritty consistency like it had been over beaten in the beater of the custard machine the last two times I've been here. Custard also has had small ice chunks suggesting that the batches of custard were let to sit for extended periods of time rather than making new batches throughout and changing out the buckets and discarding low quality custard. The cheese sauce was congealed and tasted off. The onion rings also had issues. The onions inside the onion ring still crunchy suggesting that the onion rings were under fried.

Update to the owner who responded I already did that twice corporate was nice, but whoever I’ve been speaking to that’s at that location is how we ended up going to the Better Business Bureau .
Order placed through the Culver’s app shows my vehicle as a SILVER MERCEDES (screenshot attached). I arrived on time, texted “I’m here at 10:30,” and waited while staff walked past. My car is iridescent silver (silver with blue highlights), not blue, as confirmed in the app. The manager has given conflicting stories and is lying to the Better Business Bureau, despite clear proof from the app and timestamped texts confirming I was in the correct vehicle at the correct time. Ordered a concrete mixer from here in drive through and they had me pull up to the reserved parking spots. They did seem pretty busy and I understood its culvers yk but after 15 minutes they started giving multiple people who were there after me only parked for 5 minutes get their food before me. And I’m talking a whole bag of food two concrete mixers , ice cream cones. A lot of people were getting their big orders of food much faster than me who was only waiting for a concrete mixer. By the time my concrete mixer arrived the guy smeared his fingers in my concrete mixed because the ice cream was leaking out from the lid because it had all melted by the time I received it. Which at that point it was better “drinking” it with a straw rather than eating it with a spoon they gave me. After that I honestly just left because I didn’t wanna deal with it anymore I threw away my concrete mixer as soon as I got home.

We live about a 2 minute drive alway and these were made fresh, from maybe the highest volume take out Culver’s in the World.

No it's disgraceful. I haven't been to a Culver’s in years and was excited to have the ButterBurgers and Concrete Shakes I had as a kid, and as teen made by freinds that truly did put pride into their work. Because they Cared.

They would be disgusted and we are talking 16-19 year olds, the service, the low dairy fat count, it's pretty pathetic when McDonald's is laping you quality and service. One of a kind until now...Culver's 6 six years ago was still preparing and serving food the old fashioned way...not anymore. Yesterday I visited the Todd Dr location, initially I was going to use the bathroom and seen they had a special on waffle cones, I purchased 4 for my children, we pull off not even making it out of the parking lot and my daughter tells me there is a dead ant in her ice cream, I pull back to the drive thru and explain the issue and as the cashier at the window brings the manager I take a picture of the ice cream. The manager says to the other worker in front of me, why is she taking a picture with an attitude. I explain to her the issue and she takes the ice cream and proceeds to take it and take a picture herself, I decide I don’t want a replacement and go in the store to tell her, I ask her why she said what she said and she says, “I didn’t say it to you” I said no but you said it in front of me and talked about me in my face to another worker which was very rude, she then says she’s going to “deal with me”. For the past year or so they've been terrible. The chicken soup is almost always sour. You can't get soup or chili over delivery for some reason.. So imagine stopping by and finally getting it, perhaps for someone with no teeth (my mother and grandchild). Sour. Disappointing. Culvers is good but this location is falling apart. Over run by teenage workers who clearly don't care. What's worse is they must lack a manager who genuinely tries to guide them because it seems to be getting worse. Drove to the location, and walked-in, bc I wasn't confident the drive-thru was the best option for my scenario. As you might know if you’re not from Wisconsin, you would be told to Culver’s is one of our favorite places to go and yes, at certain times they have the cheese curds, but they have great sandwich. Great burgers they have good salads. They have great custard they have a flavor of the day there’s handicap parking and plenty of parking and it’s wonderful in the summer to sit outside, they put lots of flowers and it’s very well decorated at Christmas. IMHO, this is one of the best-kept secrets in the Madison area. It amazed me every time I visited this Culver's on Todd Drive last summer that so few people took the time to eat their meal or custard in this gorgeous patio area surrounded by numerous hanging, lush baskets of cascading flowers! Maybe I shouldn't share the secret. Maybe when people catch on to it, I'll no longer enjoy the peace & serenity I have had with a friend or two here.
