We got our food right away, everything was good, except one of the 2 fish filets had a rubbery texture to it. The only person that was friendly was the cashier. She was awesome. The restaurant was clean. This Culvers could use a more friendly and welcoming atmosphere.

We went through drive-thru, didn't get the kids meal ordered, called and they said they would put it under the heater. Went backn15 minutes later, they gave us the chicken strips without the fries. Friendly service but horrible execution.

Culvers has much better quality food than other fast food places. All food is made fresh. The ice cream (custard, really) is incredible. It's a bit slower than Wendy's or BK, for example, cuz everything is freshly made and delivered to your table. The quality makes it worth the short wait.

Order curbside, had to go in to get it. Got out the driveway of Culver's to go home thought I'd eat my onion rings and they were cold not slightly warm, cold. Got home and my burgers cold. My husbands was warm which I understand cause of the drive home. Then my custard was frozen. They had to pull it out of the freezer. That's not what I wanted. This isn't the first time I had a bad experience but thought I'd try it again cause I did like there food. However I don't think I will go back to the Manitowoc Culvers again. Very disappointed 😞

Typical Culver’s food . The food was fine, not made correctly was the issue. Ordered a bacon cheeseburger, received a cheeseburger. I went up to the counter where I asked if I wanted them to remake it or just get the bacon. I was in a hurry so I said I would just take the bacon . Received bacon in chicken tender box, went back to table… the bacon was burnt black. Went back up again and was asked the same questions. Again I will just take the bacon as long as it’s not burnt. Guy helping related that message to another young man standing by the kitchen. Who then proceed to tell kitchen staff in a condescending manner that the customer wante “not crispy bacon” nope just bacon that wasn’t burnt black. In the meantime the rest of my dinner got cold. Should have took pictures before I gave it back. I have been to much better Culver’s .

Whoever the young man working last nights drive through with glasses and blond reddish hair around 8pm ish should be removed from customer service. I am spoiled by consistently excellent service and food by every Culvers I have ever visited until this one. There was a miscommunication error when ordering and the drive thru operator was so rude. Im grateful a young woman stepped in and took over as she was the typical kind and gracious worker you expect to find at Culvers. That young man is delivering anger and disdain with your order. He should not be in front of customers.

The manager of this location is an exceptional woman. I watched a very disgruntled, rude, and impatient customer chew her out for not noticing the line and failing to open another register. It was very busy and the blinding sun was a factor in the ability to notice the 4 or 5 people waiting to order. Regardless, this manager responded with so much grace and kindness, and listened to the concerns, while apologizing for the situation. I was very impressed with her ability to keep the peace and move past the situation to continue managing her staff. Well done!! Keep up the great work, and keep smiling!!

So I have Celiac and eating out isn't a realistic thing for me. Unless it is at my Plymouth Culver's. I have never gotten sick from their cheeseburger with the gluten free bun.
The only issues I've had is food being missed in my bags, when I am too tired to go back once we are home. But. I think at this point, every business is having the same staffing issues. Everytime I've had issues they resolve them.

I appreciate the older lady in the evening. I never remember her name. But she is quiet and does a great job every time I have her. I appreciate her realness when the choas is going on and no one but her is paying attention to people. She does.

Everytime we come in and Chyann is working the boys get to see her friendly smiling face. We appreciate her enthusiasm for life.

I do not understand why so many people love this place. The burgers are always dry, and the concrete mixers are usually melted when you get them.

The staff manages to quickly service massive lines and be friendly while doing it, so that's a plus.

The chicken is competently cooked in bland breading, so at least it's got that going, but A&W, dairy Queen, and Popeyes are all better options for chicken. There's no food this Culver's makes that's better than any other chain in town. You can do better.

Better than most fast food restaurants. I love their veggy burgers. Not some gruesome fake meat, but made of chickpeas and delicious. A vegetarian can get a good meal here. Good sides to fill out your vegetarian desires. Call in your order and pick up at the designated time. The custard is delicious, but lots of fat and calories. Still a good place to get a meal, whether vegetarian or carnivorous. Good onion rings. I will never patronize this restaurant again. I called in an order, paid with my card. Told I would get s text when it was ready. Got no text so I drove to the pick up window. Told the woman that I had made an online order for Stephen M. She looks at me and says... Stephanie? I say Stephen. She disappeard for a while, comes back and says "we have nothing for you... Stephanie. I said I guess I'm out my money. She says go to the app and request a refund. I don't have the app, so they took my money. NEVER AGAIN!!!

I have never had an issue with Culver's in the Chicagoland area. We adore Culver's.

That being said, we were on our way back from a long weekend in Sturgeon Bay. My kids were super excited to go to Culver's in the state it started (based on the commercials). The food and space are always great. This particular location though was severely lacking in their staff!

I felt like we were being punked. Kaylee I believe was her name, is not someone who needs to work in customer service. She doesn't appear to be high school aged, but she's a mean girl. She was rude to my 6 year old. Who is rude to a 6 year old trying to order his own meal?

Low and behold, she got the entire order wrong and I feel like it was done on purpose. When my husband went up to explain that the order was wrong, this mean girl chose to argue with him. He wasn't about to argue with her, and I certainly didn't need to cause a scene.

Super disappointed in the strange mean girl clique vibes at the register. She seems to be a little ringleader.

A popular stop post Packers game! The line to order was a bit confusing but we eventually got our food. Waiting for the made to order, fresh food was excellent. Plenty of clean space inside. We took our fish and chips and the burger kids meal to go, and the food held up nicely. The food as always it hot and fresh, along with the frozen custard. Enjoy!

Decent overall. Some of the staff members were a bit rude (not sure if intentionally). The service was on the slow side. The checkout person was not very attentive. The busser was not kind when my husband had to connect two small tables for our family. They snottily said we would have to move it back after our meal. We felt pretty disrespected about that. The manager, I think her name is Liz, made our experience better. Which made me grateful.

The environment inside was overall clean. The main entrance sidewalk was stained & gross from garbage spillage.

7pm on a Tuesday night no one in drive. Went through drive for a single scoop of the flavor of the day. Pulled up to the speaker and waited two minutes to be acknowledged. Placed order and drove to window and waited again for 1 of the 4 teens crammed into the drive window to stop talking to each other and take my money. They then parked me for a single scoop of the flavor of the day. 15 minutes later I was brought white soup. The young man said he would fix it when I complained and he came back with about 5 TBSP of vanilla semi solid ice cream (I ordered Carmel cashew flavor of the day) Basically feel like they stole my money at this point. Not interested in returning.

First I want to say I've been a huge fan of Culver's for as long as they have been around, so this review sickens me to make as it just seems so out of the normal realm of what my past experiences have been. I also want to add that I haven't ate at a Culver's in a very long time (about a year ago) and I was so disappointed to find out they have changed something with their cheese curds! Culver's and A&W have ALWAYS had the best cheese curds hands down. They have changed the outer breading and this has changed the texture dramatically in a bad way. My second disappointment came when I bit into my Bacon Deluxe Butter Burger, I'm not exaggerating any bit, the meat was at best was maybe 90 degrees I couldn't believe it this is NOT what I'm use to at Culver's, it reminded me of what some places do where they cook up burgers ahead of time and throw in a warmer pan. The third issue was with the cod fillet sandwich, I've never tasted such a terrible 6.00 dollar sandwich, it was cold, soggy and watery, my guess is that it was deep fried from frozen and was taken out to early. The last issue was that we ordered pretzel bites and did not get them. Like I said In my opening statement I hate to leave this review and I really hope this was just a bad day for them. UPDATE: Culver's has contacted me and has apologized and is offering to make it right. Kudos for such quick response and caring about what their customers have to say. I'm changing my 2 star to a 3 star for this reason.

We are currently waiting in the drive through line waiting on two concrete mixers. It has been 10 minutes since our receipt was printed and no food yet. We see cars in front of us and behind us getting their food. This has happened to us several times prior. We never needed a receipt, but as of late, it’s been required to get our food. When speaking with the staff they give us one free scoop of custard. This is incredibly frustrating as it happens almost every time we go through the drive through. If there was another Culver’s close by we would be bringing our service to them.
