I ordered a small concrete mixer, flavor of the day,( turtle dove)and when my order was brought out, I had one little scoop of vanilla ice-cream, with a few chocolate sprinkles on it. It didn't even come half way up the small container. I had about 5 bites of ice-cream. Disappointing to say the least..

We are on a bus tour. The tour director called ahead and told Culver's Marinette WI we were coming for lunch. Forty four of us ordered and received our lunch in a timely manner. The kitchen and counter staff were working quickly! Excellent service and food. Thank you!

I watched three people get their order wrong. I watched an old lady try to get a refund because she was disappointed in the mix-up and the manager refused to stop making burgers to issue her a refund and she stormed out without the product she ordered or the money after 28min. I have been to a ton of Culver's all over the Midwest. This was by far the worst. Food was good per usual. But the it took almost 50 minutes to get our food. It was just before 1pm on a Sunday, so the lunch rush was dying down. Other people who ordered after us actually requested refunds. Overall disappointed.

On 8-15-25 I sat in the curbside waiting spot for 30 minutes for my food. Only for it to come out wrong. And not what I ordered. Ran inside told them about it. Only to wait another 30 minutes for the right food. But not until a young man actually came out to ask me if everything was alright because they forgot to remake it. Awful experience. I wouldn't usually write a review but today was the second time I sat in line and was told to hold please. Nobody else was in line to order. Someone pulled up to the other drive thru, ordered at their window and moved forward after I had been waiting. I said really and left. Called and spoke to manager who said they take first come first serve, that's their policy. I asked why have two lanes if they cant keep it straight or are going to just park twice as many people as they previously did. We are trying was the response. My response to that is try harder! Also, the manager did not maintain his cool as he should have. Have a better day bud!

Horrible service. I ordered a butter burger basket with everything. I got ketchup, twice when I told them it was wrong. They did not even make my sister in laws food. When I inquired about it and I was met with attitude. No remorse, no respect. I was totally disgusted with the the manager's lack of understanding that my order was not even made.

Place was clean, and just a few employees still had some smiles on their faces.

But when I tried to order, I stood there for a solid 5 minutes looking like a dumbass, and that kid Will doesn't do shit. When I walked up to the register, he legit turned away. It was too funny to even be mad about. We made eye contact a few times and still stiffed me. Honestly kinda respect it.

Then someone walked from the left and took the simplest order you could imagine. Buffalo 2pc, and White Milk to go. Y'all forgot my milk somehow. It was two things, how did you guys still mess that up? I don't even blame the employees, I blame management for the enviornment, and failing to making employees feel valuable for the work they do.

I initially rated your food a 3/5 as an act of charity, but in the middle of this review, I changed it to a 2. Your food isn't made with love. Period.

Placed an order for just cheese curds and custard. Waited 20 minutes past pickup time watching other orders come and go. Left without my food because that’s insane for such a small order, was finally called by Culver’s half an hour after pickup time, as if I’m still going to be there half an hour after I scheduled the order for.

Stopped here on our way through town for supper. We waited nearly an hour for our food to come out. Several people in line in front of us just drove off and left. There was a very insincere apology when our food was delivered to the car with a mention of a broken grill or something like that. Not a courtesy "orders are taking much longer to fulfill today" when ordering or anything like that to give us a warning, just take the order and park and wait for an hour with hungry little kids in the car. Needless to say we didn't stop at Culver's on our way back and won't stop at this location again.

False advertisement and rude management. They messed up on my order and didn't honor an advertisement. I went in to discuss this with them, and instead of hearing my concerns and offering an appology they then started coming up with excuses about how they had restrictions ***that were not included on the advertisement email*** and got defensive over the mistakes on the order. Apparently, because my godson didn't come up to the counter with me, I didn't qualify for the Easter kids meal? (If they had just said something at the time I placed the order I would have fetched him.) And that was the reasoning I was given *after* he threw other excuses at me that I disproved, but got more and more irritated with me so I ended up walking away from the argument because it was exactly that. An argument when it should have been a discussion. As a company, the food has always been good, but I will be avoiding this location. I don't care to support unsympathetic management when it comes to my food - what if the mistake was about cross contamination with an allergy?

This M-DOT rest stop is well maintained and the restrooms are very clean. We have seen the same custodian there as we often stop there on Sunday mornings and it's clear he's very diligent in keeping everything in order. Also, this rest stop is set back from the highway and has ample parking for cars and trailers.

The past two times I’ve been here they forget parts or my order/ can be bothered to deliver everything. First time they made the ice cream I ordered and then kept it in the freezer behind the counter. Brought out everyone else’s order but couldn’t even bother to even yell my name out to tell me mine was done. Made it and just hid it. Second order they didn’t even make half the order. I had to show them the receipt that I had paid for an ice cream and a soda before they would deliver it. The rest of the meal they were ok with making just not those two things…

I Have always loved Culver’s food over any other fast food place. What makes the Marinette location special, is the high quality food, and the cleanliness of the restaurant.
