Went to order my usual Strawberry Lemon Ice in a dish. The person at the drive thru counter, named Alec, handed me a cooler. I politely told her that I ordered it in a dish. She started arguing with me and said "That is usually how people order them." She then continued saying how they are both the same thing and kept trying to say that I was wrong. Even though I had three witnesses that heard me order it in a dish. Was totally disgusted with how rude and argumentative this worker was acting. She needs to be taught what great customer service is all about. I left feeling frustrated and upset.

It's a rainy day, and I'm visiting a friend in the hospital. This Culver's doesn't have entryway rugs (apparently they only have them in the winter?) and it was getting pretty slippery. I asked about and was told they only have rugs in the winter for some reason, and they were good and put out a wet floor sign. I just worry it's dangerous for people in general, let along people who might be going there that have walkers, canes, etc. For reference I was wearing hiking sandals and still focused on how I was walking because I was nervous about the floors.

I’ve ordered the grilled chicken sandwich on various occasions knowing that at times it is undercooked. Today was my final try. It was rubbery, undercooked and the lettuce had been on the sandwich awhile. I had to spit it out and then threw the sandwich away.

I ordered a mixer and requested that they wear gloves. The owner Dylan, refused to have the Crew Leader Paylee remake it with gloves on. (Mind you, this was after she was just handling money.) After a few minutes of arguing back and forth Dylan walked away and the Crew refused to remake my mixer. After this incident, this ex-crew member was removed from the schedule and "fired" without even being told. And I NEVER RECEIVED MY MIXER! 0 stars!

Do not I repeat do not let your teenager work here! My son comes home crying because of the adults and the way he is treated. Charolette is not a fitted gm and Brittany is not fit to be a manager of any sorts! The owner needs to get a grip on this establishment!!!!!
