I was really disappointed with my recent visit. The employee taking my payment clearly didn’t understand how to process phone payments and gave me attitude when I tried to help. They ended up charging the wrong card, which turned into a whole frustrating process to fix.

What really concerned me, though, was the lack of sanitation. The same employee was wearing gloves covered in custard and got it all over my phone. After using my phone to complete the payment, they immediately went to make custard without washing their hands or changing gloves. I also noticed they had just taken cash from the car in front of me, which makes this even worse.

It honestly seems like there’s little to no management oversight or training happening here. I’m worried that if this continues, someone could get sick from the lack of proper hygiene practices. I hope the management steps in soon to address these issues.

We stopped here on a road trip 9/12 and they over charged us $4.43. Brought it to the cashier's attention and they said they corrected the amount and refunded us. Just got my credit card statement and there was no refund but they charged us $32.35 incorrectly and then again for $27.93. Food was fine and location is in nice condition, but pretty disappointed in the mishap.

Lemon Ice is only available from Memorial day through Labor Day and the last time we enjoyed this delicious frozen lemonade treat was almost 20 years ago. Sure the price has doubled but what hasn't? The sweet yet tart taste brings back memories of hot summer days after playing in the yard and then enjoying Grandma's unique Turkish lemonade. Today, I overdid it and had a freezie headache but it was well worth the temporary pain. Hopefully another 20 years won't pass before the next one, maybe it'll be the cooler version with blended fruit. Try it before it's gone again.

Ordered ahead on the mobile app. Something went wrong and they did not receive the order until just before we arrived. It took 45 min after we arrived for them to figure out how to re-bill us and eventually make our food. And then they expected us to pay for the food again (stating that the original pymt ‘should’ be refunded in 24 hrs). After all that, we were missing parts of our order and the food was awful, lukewarm and not fresh tasting at all. I understand mistakes happen, but this was a big inconvenience handled poorly.

They dont even accept their own gift cards on their own website. Not doordash, the culvers website. I couldn't even order ahead so i had to leave work to order food for 6 people. Went through the drive thru ordered French fries, a small ice-cream cone and 2hot fudge sundaes,one regular and one double hot fudge. $17 DOLLARS. No apologies. The sundae each had about 4 tablespoons of ice cream 1 tablespoon of hot fudge and no double fudge for the one that i ordered. THE SMALL ICE CREAM CONE HAD MORE ICE-CREAM THAN THE SUNDAES. $17 DOLLARS FOR A HALF OF A CUP OF ICE-CREAM 14 FRENCH FRIES AND 2 TABLESPOONS OF HOT FUDGE THAT COST THEM MAYBE A DOLLAR TO MAKE. AT LEAST WE KNOW WHO ROBBED US IN PLAIN DAYLIGHT. THIS IS TOTALLY DISGUSTING FOR A BUSINESS TO CHEAT THE CUSTOMER LIKE THEY ARE DOING. One star because it is super disappointing that you don’t even get one free sauce cup with your cheese curds. If you did not buy fancy dumb sauce cups and you had normal ones you wouldn’t be losing money and have to charge customers for them. As an owner of a food hospitality company my self I would never charge for a sauce when the item is meant to be dipped. ALSO my concrete mixer came 100% melted the employees should have noticed they had it sitting to long on the counter in a hot restaurant as they had me parked waiting.

Culver’s in Mauston is a great place to go with family. The food is delicious and always fresh. I highly recommend the Culver’s Bacon Deluxe with double meat, the cheese curds, and the shakes—they never disappoint.

The service is good, although this time the food took a bit longer than usual, probably because there were a lot of people. Still, it was a pleasant experience, and it’s always nice to come back.

Big fan of Culvers, but this is worst location ive been to and I eat it regularly all over. Order made wrong twice, wasn't followed up on or corrected by staff. I had to go up to kiosk upfront to get them to final fix it. Fries were also served raw. Staff here seems to lack training and didn't seem to have a supervisor on staff to handle any issues. When I told waiter about raw fries he just walked away and didn't acknowledge me.

Culver's is the best fast food burger in America. It's also a great family experience. Very reasonable prices for kids cheese butter burger meal, which adults can order too, and includes drink, fries, and frozen custard!

Try kid's cheese butterburger meal, all toppings except lettuce and tomato, grilled onion, with fries and a milk, vanilla custard with hot fudge on the side. I love it.

Another family favorite is movie night with a few Culver's take out chocolate shakes.. price and value, in these times of consumer inflation.

Normally Culver's is great in Mauston, but on the night we were there, we had a bad experience. We ordered turtle concrete mixers. They were completely melted when we got them and the employee at the window said that we can expect that with a turtle concrete mixer.... Since that was obviously not true, we asked him to remake them, but he just stood there. Another employee came over and helped us. We appreciated that.

Went through the drivethrough. Ordered at 9:10pm. My order consisted of a side of Cheesecurds, an order of Chili, 2; 1 scoops of the Flavor of the Day and a Caramel Cashew. That's it! I didn't receive my food until 9:48. An order that when I was employed here would have taken me 5 minutes by myself to make, let alone for 4 people. And we got the Custard and it was completely melted, the chili was cold, and so were the cheese curds. The worst part is I recieved no apology. This is unacceptable.
