DASHERS AND DOORDASH CUSTOMERS BEWARE!!
This Culver's doesn't even start your order until drive thru and counter are completely clear. Which affects dashers times, numbers and ultimately their pay. 3 times I waited over 20 minute dashers time for one to two item orders. And all were during a slow time in the dining room.
So if you've ever been sore with doordash or your delivery dasher, its the restaurants fault!!
THEN, little kid at counter wants to PHYSICALLY take my phone from my hand to "verify" the order. ABSOLUTELY NOT!
When manager is confronted about the CLEAR violation, I was told quote " The owner of this Culver's is a former cop so if you dont like our policies, dont pick up our orders" .
Deciding and researching legalities of the entire situation.
Since intimidation and threats are the name of the game at this Culver's, that's one less dasher so..your order will probably take even longer...good luck.

This was the first time I purchased from this Culver's.
My dad wanted to treat me to there butterfly shrimp.
It truly was not a disappointment, the platter came with two sides and a biscuit and I could hardly finish it all.
It was probably the best shrimp I have eaten.
Only thing is it took quite a while to get the order out.

I come to this location often. Started out really good but now the service is horribly slow and everytime I order something I get halfway home and they forget something. Even when there’s no one there you sit in the line forever. Very disappointed.

We ordered 2 scoop ice cream cone, that was a baby cone size for $4.09, we also ordered a strawberry shake, the ice cream was all over the outside of the cup. We waited 10 minutes in the drive thru for 2 cones and a shake and a cup of coffee, when got the coffee it was half full.. this is the worst Culvers I ever visited. There was one car in the parking lot and one car in the drive thru… it was a waste of money.

I love Culver’s custard, it helps me feel in touch with my Milwaukee roots. We visit the Medford location whenever we’re in town. The staff is friendly, the service quick. My biggest issue is that the dining is always a mess - tables aren’t wiped off, food on the floor, and we’re not there during rush times. 🤷‍♀️

I’ve always had good customer service until one day I met Brandy. It started off with me needing 4 gift cards. I started by saying I needed 2 $10 cards and she left without me finishing. She got back and I started to say I needed something else and she said “one thing at a time” in a very harsh tone. After she finished I proceeded to say I needed 2 $15 cards. Brandy proceeded to scoff and get them. We ordered the rest of the food and the total was $75. We wanted to break a $100 and had asked if they had enough in the till as they just opened. We knew they had enough because there were several people infront of us. She proceeded to say “no it’s been 15 minutes” in another very rude tone.

Do not recommend curd-side ordering. It never fails that something is missed in my order, when I order online. Typically I'm in a hurry and lack the energy to run back out to get what was missed (it's ranged from the side, to the drink, to even a sandwich!) so I let it go. Placed on online order 9/19 and two sides were missed, so this time I did run back out to get them. They expedited it which was cool but also sent me with a coupon for free curds. Honestly, I don't want the free food. I just want what is ordered and paid for the first time around. After working 14+ hours in a day, I didn't have the energy to cook, and really didn't appreciate being put in a position where I needed to head out again to pick up what they missed the first time around.

They don't respond to surveys. I've never had them answer the phone when I have tried to call and let them know what was missed so I could just run in and pick up, instead of wasting more time waiting...

This location has only been open a handful of years. Service had always been great...the last 6-12 months? Not so much. Do the drive thru or go inside. Don't fall victim to the surface convenience of online ordering and pick-up

I just got the vegetables beef soup
It was broth hardly any vegetables or beef you need to teach them to how get it from the bottom up so you get some of the soup and it hotter when they get from the bottom this not the first time this has happened and it was filled up either I hate when I get it home it like this I payed for soup not broth very disappointed

We enjoyed an ice cream sundae tonight 😋, and took it to go. However, the last time we ate in, empty tables were not wiped, and the table by the window was very wobbly. When I suggested a worker let the owner know, she did not seem at all concerned. Having a disability this could have easily become a real problem for me ! I do enjoy dining in better because the food is hotter, or if it's not, you can make it known, and they seem okay with replacing it.
