I am absolutely LIVID and will be speaking to the manager at this Culver’s location IMMEDIATELY! I ordered a chocolate concrete mixer with Dove chocolate—DOVE CHOCOLATE, people, it’s not that hard to understand! I made it crystal clear when I placed my order, practically spelling it out for the cashier, who, by the way, looked like they couldn’t care less about doing their job properly. I was expecting those rich, creamy Dove chocolate pieces swirled into my concrete mixer, which was the ENTIRE reason I drove all the way to Culver’s in the first place!

But what did I get? A pathetic, plain chocolate concrete mixer with ZERO Dove chocolate. Not a single chunk! Do you know how much I was craving that luxurious Dove chocolate experience? It’s like they completely ignored my order and just slapped some basic ice cream in a cup. The audacity! The teenager at the counter was probably too busy scrolling on their phone to listen to a paying customer. I’m a loyal Culver’s customer—or at least I WAS—and this is how they treat me? Unacceptable!

I demand a full refund, a new concrete mixer with DOUBLE Dove chocolate, and an apology from the manager for this outrageous oversight. Culver’s, you’ve lost my trust, and I will be telling everyone I know about this disaster. Do better!

I have been to this Culver’s multiple times and it is always great! I need to eat gluten free and they are always careful with the food and I never have a problem. Today I ordered and RJ took my order in the drive thru. He did a great job, asked if needing gluten free was an allergy and ensured the kitchen would know and be safe with everything. An unusual experience. Ordered to-go ice creams sundaes with 10 minute delivery time. When we arrived on time, the srive up window had probably 6 in line and parking lot wasn't packed
I hit the "I'm here" AND we waited nearly 15 minutes. To the point I was on the phone making sure they had the order as they finally came out with it. It felt like the order only was executed once we arrived and it went to the bottom of their orders. In the past this place has been a beautifully corregraphed operation. I hope this was just a fluke. I use their app exclusively for take out andvitscalwayscbeen fast. ...usually less than 1 minute after I hit I'm here. They should text if there's going to be a significant wait.

The thing that absolutely ruins the experience at this location is the parking lot. The drive thru line wraps around into the road and blocks 60% of the parking spaces, so if you want to go inside you have to either wait for clearance to get around the drive thru line or back out and go around the other side of the building. It desperately needs to be fixed, I intentionally avoid this location due to the parking situation and will drive all the way to Jackson or West Bend instead.

I love Culver's especially when they opened in Orlando and I hope they open one in Lancaster, PA soon!. When I visited this location, the French fries are hot, fresh, and seasoned well but the burger which they're known for was a little dry, and under seasoned. For these reasons, I took away one star. Other than that, the service, atmosphere, and cleanliness is up to par! I am glad they do keep up with that standard. The custards are always a must and so is the cheese curds!

Food at Culver’s is always consistent no matter which one you go to. The only difference is service and time of day for the wait. Always a tasty burger & fries!
Needing Gluten-free, I could opt for a GF bun for an up charge or opt out with knife and fork for a full bun credit. Always fresh and hot! Before I was forced into GF I very much enjoyed both the chicken and fish sandwiches! Love the crinkle cut fries and all you can drink soda/ water fountain indoors. The custard and hot fudge is one of my favorites over DQ. Weather permitting, outdoor seating is also available.

It’s a burger joint known for its burgers.

I had the mushroom Swiss cheese burger single. It was a three out of five. I also had the Cod three piece meal. It came with fries and two tartar sauce cups. Cod was a five out of five, fries three out of five. Tartar sauce was perfect and just the right amount. The large side coleslaw is actually two coleslaws however, the cups were not full-cheap. It is a four out of five. I dab of butter for nice size roll. Butter too cold to spread so you only get to butter one side.

I also had the Strawberry Chicken salad with creamy French dressing. Very, very good a five out of five. I don’t like blue cheese, just never been a fan. However, the pecan half’s really set off the salad. Just the right amount of crunch with the chicken, strawberry and lettuce. Did I mention the huge chunks of chicken in this salad? Very satisfying.

The Coke Zero was a small and little lacking in flavor. The syrup used to make the drink was weak. I tasted more carbonation than drink.

My wife had the grilled chicken sandwich. She did not have a good experience. No bueno.

I'm very sad to write this review. This place has been a favorite spot for my son and I for many years. The atmosphere and service is terrible. So many staff are rude, snobby, and overall unpleasant. Half of the staff looks angry the entire time they are there, with no smile or acknowledgement of us whatsoever. This has been a regular spot for years, but we are no longer coming back. We will be going to Roberts from now on, where we get treated with respect and feel like valued customers. It will well be worth spending the extra money to eat there, rather than put up with this.

For the record, there are still a couple good employees which makes me feel bad writing this, but they are far outnumbered at this point. We hope you guys fix this someday, good luck.

PS - I would recommend not playing Cardi B on your dining room radio, that does not exactly add to the atmosphere..

Take out one 3 piece cod fish dinner, coming from hospital to get a nice cod dinner, so we didn’t have to cook. Fish pieces smaller, in a 12 x 12” plastic plate. I should have taken a picture of the huge plate with lost food on it. French fries re heated and hard. Live right around the corner, so it did not get a chance to get cold. We know, because we were in the business. Husband asked for senior discount, the girl asked him how old are you. Husband told her, are you serious? He is 85 and a service man. He ordered on the spot and took it home.
Coming home a week ago from hospital, ordered chocolate malt, and two cheeseburgers with pickles and fried onions.
We got a Carmel salted malt, and two double cheeseburgers. The whole order was wrong. We ate it, but they don’t read it back.
I suggest you give a few more fries out and you won’t have left overs.
