If you are NOT interested in friendly people greeting you as you enter and wishing you well as you leave, GO SOMEPLACE ELSR. They're just happy to have people stop so they can feed you, they want you to know that.
Come for the food, stay for the custard and fill your cup before you go.
If you are traveling on 94 and feel invited by the sign and take exit 45, you will be disappointed to know you are still about 4 miles away. Inset sad face here _____. The sign doesn't warn you, but I will. It is worth the extra miles.

I’ve been to Culver’s literally in every state there is a Culver’s and this one right in Menomonie Wisconsin is the best. Tomah is a close second but the customer service, especially Jacob, is just unmatched. They even remember our dog’s name - maybe it’s the amount of times we’ve gone but we are always so impressed!

I tried Culver’s on the hunt for a late night snack and wasn’t sure what I wanted. After looking at the menu at the speaker box, I had questions about the Lemon Ice. Jackie was more than happy to answer my questions and even helped me narrow down my decision. I pulled up to the window and was greeted by Chad who was very welcoming. It took less than 3 minutes to get my sweet treat, with more than 5 others in line. Overall, my experience in this drive thru is unlike any other! June 18, 10pm

Cannot express how many stars I’d give this place. The hospitality was better then the ritz. Doors were opened as we walked in, they cleared our table better than a nice sit down restaurants. The people taking orders were brighter and cheerier than I’ve seen in my life. I went to the restroom and a worker ran in with some paper towels apologizing that they ran out of the ones in the machine but they saw I’d need some.

We don’t eat out much, but we’ve ordered from here three times in the last 4 months. Each time something is messed up or goes wrong. My girlfriend requests no onion, and you guys throw em on even when it’s not part of the sandwich package almost all the time. Tonight we ordered curbside pick up and it said we could pick up at 5:30. We arrive at 5:30 and wait. 5:40 rolls by, 5:50 rolls by still nothing. I get there busy so I’m trying to be patient. Finally go inside at 6 and just ask what’s going on. It’s just sitting on the rack. Guy tells me some reason why they messed up and gives me two feee scoops of custard coupons. Like dude….. this foods been sitting for a half hour, not even warm anymore. Can I get a refire or at least a decent discount or something? lol I don’t want two free scoops of custard just decent service. I get it’s fast food, they’re potentially understaffed, you get what you pay for with fast food. But Culver’s isn’t really cheap and this is getting old, come on.

Won't be back. I'm tired of corporate greed going too far. Order of chicken strips and a large order of onion rings and you can't get 1 dipping sauce without paying extra. That is taking it too far. Paying extra for sauce, understandable if it's something that doesn't normally come with a dipping sauce, such as a burger. Or if you are asking for multiple sauces. But chicken strips and onion rings quite literally come with a dipping sauce any and everywhere you go, sometimes more than one. It's ridiculous. Especially when I get this same order every Sunday in a near by town and I have never been told I had to pay for ONE dipping sauce with my onion rings and chicken strips.

The food and custard are excellent.
I like to get the smoothie.
I request that the smoothie be made "extra creamy" (by adding extra custard to the lemon ice ratio). They do it!! And, they nail it every time.
It doesn't matter who is helping me either. Every single person helping me treats me like I really matter.
I stop here regularly, since I do a lot of traveling, and will continue to do so.
The location is beyond convenient😊

Nice Culver’s to stop and have lunch. Greeted when you enter and served with a smile Spicy Chicken sandwiches were made fresh and served hot. I tried the Culver’s sauce which is a mix between ranch and cheddar. Although it may sound strange it was really good on our sandwiches and with our fries. It was plenty busy but they had everything well stocked and tables nicely cleaned.

We couldn’t leave without ordering caramel peanut butter custard. It was really good and they packed it with Reese’s peanut butter cups and caramel!

I came in with my son on Wednesday. Keegan was so friendly to help open the door and get a high chair. All the staff was extremely friendly . Aaron, Josiah, and every other worker we had the pleasure of meeting was kind, and efficient at their job. When we arrived, the parking lot was overflowing with cars ready to eat dinner, and 4 minutes later by the time we had parked to wait, almost everyone had already been served. Each person bringing the food to the cars was jogging on each run. One of the best fast food experiences I've had. I'm not even exaggerating.

I eat here every Tuesday and Thursday with a good friend of mine, and let me say, they're great! The food is always fresh, and very good quality. I would argue you get the most bang for your buck here. The concrete mixers are also very fun to experiment with. On top of that, I don't think I've ever met a friendlier staff than these folks. They always seem to be in a great mood. Very great place overall.
