These folks were wonderful in every aspect. We were entering with my friends elderly father. They saw us coming and moved quickly to hold open both doors for us to help with getting him inside safely. I was so touched by their acts of compassion. THANK YOU so very much. Absolutely heartbroken by what I experienced at Culver’s.
I never thought a place I once enjoyed would humiliate me like this. The staff is completely INCOMPETENT, RUDE, and worst of all — BLATANTLY RACIST. They refused to accept a coupon I’ve used before (I have proof!), and instead of explaining, they mocked me for not speaking perfect English. Yes, they laughed — as if my accent, my effort to communicate, was a joke to them.

They consistently lock the doors well before closing time, as if they’re looking for excuses not to serve people like me. Is it because of how I look? How I speak? That’s exactly how it felt — like I didn’t belong, like I wasn’t worthy of basic respect.

I left that place with tears in my eyes and a knot in my chest. But I won’t stay silent. I’m filing a formal complaint for discrimination, and I hope no one else has to feel what I felt Today

My wife and I Went to have dinner yesterday, Sunday June 8th @ 6:45 pm. We each ordered fish dinners. After 15 minutes of waiting I noticed our food was up on the warming area but no one was paying attention. I got up and addressed the issue with staff who were completely inattentive to customer service. Did not have a clue. They gave us the order and did not give the slaw which was part of what we payed $24 or $25 dollars for. After realizing there was neither a fork or knife to eat the fish fillet I asked for a fork & knife. Here’s the best part, the employee who was clueless responded by saying, “the manager is in the bathroom”.
Whoever is the operator of this establishment should pay attention to hiring and training instead of golfing or boating. Stay away and don’t waste your money. Any other locations will be better quality and service than the Mequon location.

Was here around 5p today on a Sunday. When we arrived there were only 2 tables occupied in the entire restaurant as we had arrived before the dinner rush. Almost all of the tables in the restaurant were dirty. About 8 people behind the counter waiting for customers. 1 girl on her phone. Once our server brought out our food he cleaned a table at our request. There is no reason almost all of the tables on the restaurant should be dirty. Management needs to dial in on this with employees as customers deserve to have a clean table and sanitary environment in which to dine.

As far as fast food chains, which I typically do not eat at, Culver's tops them all. The only one that comes close in Chic-fil-a. The cheese curds are a must and can be substituted for your fries. I have never have had a richer chocolate frozen custard then here. Also, they have a frozen custard flavor of the day that keeps you coming back day after day! Two thumbs up!

I ordered a raspberry lemon ice cooler with my friends and upon being greeted by the cashier in drive she was not friendly at all, and turned her back to us while resting on the window. We waited an extra five minutes because she was talking to her co-workers and we were waiting on a kids meal. Best fast food restaurant in the area that consistently delivers good tasting food and quality customer service. Construction makes getting in and out of the parking lot a little dicey at times. Prices feel higher but everywhere seems to be expensive these days. Better to pay for quality and good service. Mushroom & swiss is my go-to but you can't really go wrong with anything on the menu. Culver's is doing it right.

The Mequon Culver’s has been our go to for years and recently it’s gotten quite disappointing. Today, I was late coming home from work and my son had a band concert so I stopped to quickly get him some chicken tenders before we had to rush off to the concert. I went through the drive-thru and ordered 4 piece chicken tenders. Once the order was placed, I waited over 5 minutes and watched several cars behind me receive their order. I tried to get someone’s attention but they slipped right in so I parked the car and went inside to see 5 people standing on the back counter staring into space. One person was helping another gentleman so I had to wait until he was done before I was acknowledged. I asked if my order was lost and without a word, he went to the order screen and screamed into the kitchen “4 piece chicken tenders on the fly”. He stood with his back to me waiting for my order while the other 5 remainder still standing. The guy who took the order didn’t even have the courtesy to say anything to me, which was fine. Once the order was ready he passed along the chicken and said “sorry about that”. I took the bag without responding because I angry and on a time crunch and so I snatched the order and left. As I was leaving I heard him call me a b-itch and the staff that was standing around chuckling to his comment. What a disappointment!!

We came on a Friday around 4:30 pm, and while there was a line at the drive-thru, it went very quickly. I ordered the fish sandwich combo with onion rings and a soda. That came to over $12. The rings were crispy and hot, but there was too much bun for the fish, and it had no tartar sauce on it. It did have lettuce and shredded cheese. The daughter had a crispy chicken sandwich with fries and a rootbeer. The fries were hot as well, and she said the sandwich was good. Her combo came to just over $10.

I go to this Culver's "a lot", most of the time they do just fine. However tonight, I went through the drive through at 9:13pm and as I arrived home now I found they did not put Caramel in my malt and they forgot my fries. I received a burger and a plain malt and nothing else and paid $11.70 because they forgot items that are on the receipt. There were very few customers, a large group was leaving as I received my food. The take out gal brought my food outside though I was still at the window, then promptly she turned around and went back in as she noticed there were no cars waiting (again, I was at the window). She gave it to the worker at the window to give to me. He gave it to me and then I continued to wait for my malt. They were really off tonight, I don't know why, but it's really annoying. I'd expect this from MCD's, a place I no longer go.

I love Culver’s! It’s my favorite fast food restaurant. I’ve ate there since I was age 13. Haven’t been to this location for a while, but this location is my favorite. Although it’s not super close to home, I still eat there sometimes. Used to work nearby the area too. Plus they have really good food and really friendly/patient staff. Can’t wait to eat there again. I was working in the area and visited this location twice over a few days. I was impressed during both visits. I was greeted immediately upon entering the restaurant, the crew was friendly, the food arrived at my table within two minutes, the food was hot, and another crew member checked on me during my meal. During my first visit there was also a crew member handing out free samples of the flavor of the day. This restaurant should set the standard for the other Culvers locations.
