I went through the drive thru and waited more than 10 minutes for the individual to take my money. I watched a group of 5 kids who I'm guessing we're suppose to work mess around what scared me was they were doing this around the machines not sure if any were friers but still inappropriate. I watched another employee scoop ice cream which was more liquidity than it should have been.

I ordered food from the drive through this morning and paid at the window, was told to pull ahead to wait. The fellow that processed the order then came to my car stating “he needed to run the credit card again” I was charged twice for the order (per bank statement) and who’s to say the fellow didn’t snap a pic of my credit card? Had to submit bank statement and copy of receipt. I was sent an email saying “they’re still investigating”

We visited in the late evening for some frozen custard to celebrate National Ice Cream day! Customer service was very friendly and professional. Everyone enjoyed their frozen custard, including our pup! The pup cup wasn't free, like they are at some places, but it was a substantial amount of custard and included little treats on top! Definitely 2 servings for our 60 lb pup! This Culver's had a nice grassy area with tables and umbrellas to enjoy our sweet treats.

Stopped here on our way through town for a late dinner (8 PM) option as Culver's doesn't normally disappoint us.... We ordered 2 kids meals and a grilled chicken sandwich. Had to wait 20 minutes for our food.
The heater rack was filling up with orders of food that were completed. While a couple of workers just stood around or walked around, and one worker kept putting papers on trays without even taking prepared food out from the heater rack to take to people.
The grilled chicken sandwich was tough and almost a slimy exterior. The fries were still soft and soggy. The attached image is of the grilled chicken.

By far, the worst Culver's experience that we have ever had.

Wow! I'm new to Merrill and a driver for a local company. I guess I should have come to Culver's for that first impression of Merrill cust service!! I've only tried that God awful excuse of a restaurant taco B/KFC. Which apparently never has food. I almost fell over when the cashier was nice and professional, and ...here's the amazing part; I got exactly what I ordered the first time, hot and fresh!!! You folks are AWESOME!! and you will get ALL my business, when I need a quick meal!! Word of mouth is everything amongst truck drivers. I am spreading the word! Go to Culvers!! Pretend that so called restaurant on the corner from our terminal does not exist and just go to Culvers!! Thank you for feeding a hungry driver and making me smile about it too!!
