I came in here last night during the Curd Burger fiasco. Every last one of these people deserve a raise. I needed a tray for my sodas, and the kid who was clearly overworked got me one without question. Culver’s, please up the pay for these employees. They put up with such a catastrophe, and need a pay bump. To the greatest burger joint in the Midwest, I say this: Your service is unmatched, and your people are the best there ever was.

Shortly after 8:30pm on August 27, 2025. We came in. I ordered my meal then my other half. I said what he wanted twice. The gentleman didn't listen because he didn't get the correct amount of fish I requested. I also asked for a receipt. He proceeded to tell me there will be one on the tray with my food. I asked for a receipt. Just give me one. I wanted to check what I paid for and how much.

Don't get me wrong, I love Culvers overall but as of late I've been very disappointed in my Cashew Chicken Salads. Has anyone else encountered what appears to be a change in the chicken they are using? This is the second time now that I bought a salad and the chicken has been sort of "rubbery". The chicken used to be so wonderfully cooked and tender. The chicken even looks a bit different almost like it's a pressed breast then just heated up and cut. I'm going to have to think twice the next time I'm in the mood for a chicken cashew salad.

I am from the Northeast and was interested in a butterburger. Culvers was highly suggested and it didn't disappoint. This is a different style of fast food where the burgers taste like actual burgers and toppings were fresh. I got the cheese curds, and they were delightful as they were fried perfectly and not overly salty. Culver's Rootbeer had a nice flavor. athe custard was the real treat. I had chocolate and it was creamy and tasted like good ice cream.

This location had great service. They treated me with kindness and were very friendly and patient with us newbees ordering! Even offered to buy a custard for my friend who didn't order one but was on the fence to try it. This service is not seen at all back East. Was completely refreshing to experience!

For the second time in a row, this location has failed to get my "curdside" order out to my car. Both times I have waited 15 min only to go into the resteraunt to see my food siting on a rack and when I asked for a manager I waw given excuses of system issues. I'm just going to start adding every experience since nothing's changing.. Sucks as this place use to be 5 stars and for being a Culver's in Middleton, I would expect a lot more.

Feb 2025 - 4 ⭐ Getting back on track 💪 I'm not sure if a new manager has taken over or what..? But I'm glad it's starting to feel more like the original Middleton Culvers. Bravo 👏 👏 last 6 months, no drive thru mistakes.

5 Feb 23 ⭐ I skipped the last 7 visits. But only 1 order was right in all of 2022.
To the review.. You can't make this up. We ordered 2 baskets and 3 kids meals. Now, we look at our meals prior to leaving the drive thru. Looking the food over, both baskets were wrong. My wife actually called from the line and said we were not leaving until this was right. The manager brought 2 new burgers out and he said they were looked over. Guess what. They were both wrong again!!!
Corporate needs to get involved with this place.

Aug 2021 ⭐Your parking and drive thru is the absolute worst I have ever dealt with. Telling people to turn left and park while driving into on coming traffic has to stop. Your 1 star today is because of the finger I received following your uncreative drive thru.
Side note. Your kitchen needs to STILL learn what fried onions are and they also need to to figure out how to make the orders correct. Lastly.. does anyone check the portions of food before they are bagged? Salad is not cheap. I would like a full salad next time.
Sorry. 1 more thing. Bring back the customer concern book and give us the meals we were told we would get!

This is my community Culvers I go to. I just love it. Love it love it.! It does get busy there during the dinner hours so just to let you know lots of families go there people like me after work. I like to go there and I like to eat inside if I have the time because it’s very pleasant and in the summertime it’s absolutely beautiful and peaceful to sit outside on their wonderful patio with trees and flowers everywhere.

I do like to request my french fries to be crispy. Other than that I love everything on their menu and their cheese sauce is so good that I usually order two and take one home for later. .

There is handicap parking easy access for a handicap person to come inside and to sit inside to eat there’s restrooms very handy.

And their butter burgers are so good. I also love their cod, dinner and their fish sandwich and I love their chili and of course flavor of the day. My favorite is the raspberry cheesecake enjoy. It’s fun and it’s not outrageously expensive either they take care of their customers there.

And Wil .. he’s the manager there and he does such an excellent job in all of the staff there they’re so friendly and so professional and always keep the place very clean and will help you with anything.

If Wil is there when you go, he’s usually there during the day just tell him Lauren sent you. He’ll take good care of you. Have a great time.

We get food from this location at least once a week, and we have been for years. In the last month, we have had two instances of missing food and/or the completely wrong sandwich ending up in our bag. When I called this last time, coupons were offered because I was unable to come back for the missing food. She offered mail or email, and I chose email. I have yet to receive the coupons, and it seemed a little like I was getting the brush off on the phone. It wasn't a peak time when I called - it was 3:30... I'm just disappointed.

Something has happened to this location in the past year or so. We tend to do takeout from this location. Three of our last four visits have resulted in me going back after I got home because something was missing from our order. At some point, it's no longer a simple mistake. Maybe it's about how employees are trained to complete orders, maybe it's employees just not paying close enough attention, I don't know. All I do know is I don't like taking the extra 20-30 minute round trip to get the missing item(s) from my order.

we decided to go to this culvers today after school because we had missed our bus unfortunately due to class. when we went, we got settled in and were about to get up to order food. just before we did, a very rude and unkind worker came up to us and started badgering us with the most horrible attitude and a raised voice. apparently there was a policy that we were not aware of as to which minors must be accompanied by adults older than 21! this was a mistake on our part due to the fact we didn't know this policy existed and we were very apologetic but this worker was RUDE. i cannot emphasize that enough. culvers is usually a safe place, but i felt very uncomfortable and embarrassed. he ended up kicking us out in front of everybody into the cold and it was snowing, and let me remind you we didnt have any source of getting home. therefore, we had to stand outside in the cold for half an hour waiting for a ride. a message for any worker who reads this, please be nice to customers and if they unknowingly do not follow a regulation you may have, do not treat them badly. i was already having a bad day and this just completely ruined it. i wont be coming back to this culvers.

Very clean, good service, and tasty food. We just had the custard ice cream but we really enjoyed it. For a fast food restaurant, it is run very well as the waiting lines are very short and the servers are efficient. There were people continually cleaning the tables and floors. The staff were always smiling and eager to please. I could tell by the amount of people going to this restaurant that it is extremely popular. The custard was so good that we returned the next night to get another custard ice cream cone.
