We ordered two banana splits for dining we took a number and said at the table and I always sit at a table where I can see the counter to hear the number being called this is what I do whenever time me and my girl go out to eat and if it's Culver's we always choose this location before them to tell us that they called our number but decided to put the ice cream in the little refrigerator which until we end up waiting more than 20 minutes for ice cream before I decided to get up to ask where is my order the only thing they could tell me was we called your order you shouldn't have called my order you should have brought my order to my table the table.

I've noticed that during the epidemic and recession, certain JJ Fish and Chicken joints have had keep using the same old fry grease in their foods that taste overused or somewhat burnt.

However, I find Culver's restaurants in certain minority communities on north side have outrageous bad service and fluctuating prices. For years, I have ordered one particular dinner meal and swapped out two items for replacements. These items are in the same price range, as confirmed by managers at different counties in the state of Wisconsin.

But in my black community where I work thru, they can't seem to get the order right or refuse the swap without charging different, higher prices. I tested this in inner-city locations with my white friends, and not only did they get the order right, but they also paid the set meal price W/no arguments.

One time, I returned to Culver's with a missing item, and I saw the manager in the parking lot. He asked for the bag of items with the receipt and he returned with not one, but two of the same missing items. I thanked him and gave these side orders of coleslaw to ol'girl and daughter. Unfortunately, they were disappointed because the food tasted tainted, with a strong staleness, described as a protein breakdown, and it was just horribly nasty.

I immediately hang up the phone and turned around the ev and went back to talk to the manager. I explained the situation, and the only thing they offered was a replacement. I declined and suggested they should shut down their fresh vegetable produce as it seems to be making people sick.

Since that day, I stopped going to Culver's restaurants.

The parking lot set up is a mess. People at pickup spot can’t pull out because of drive thru customers. We left room for people pull out and that caused drivers pulling in from Goodhope to cut in front of us and block in the people we were attempting to let out.

Horrible customer service. The team members and management are beyond rude. This most recent visit, true to form, the person who took the order, rushed me through my order, and as a result, the order was wrong again. I noticed that the order was wrong when I got my receipt. The young man at the window, just like his teammate, proceeded to rush me through when I tried to tell him what the error was, and then accused me of “catching an attitude.“ He slammed the drive-through window door so hard that it bounced back and opened a bit; Opened just enough for me to hear him cuss me out and go and get the manager. It was at that point that I requested an entire refund because I no longer wanted the food. The manager had no interest in my concerns. I tried to tell him what happened and he repeatedly said “Have a good night.” He did not ask me what happened respond to my concerns at all. There was no apology for the behavior of his staff. This is a reoccurring issue with this location. They consistently get orders wrong and see nothing bad about it. This location will never see another dime of my money. Go to another location.

Terrible customer service . Waited in the drive through for order . My order was not delivered to me . I went into the restaurant and inquired about it . The cashier was like , ok we will make it . No apologiy . I waited for my order but n the lobby . I watch my burger get sent down the burger slide with no care and get mixed all up in the container. My order was delivered to me not in presentable Fashion. I complained about the condition of my order . One of the cashier was like do you want your money back . I was like , I would just like my order corrected and presented in an acceptable fashion . They still presented it n the same way even though I complained . I spoke with the store manager the next day about my order . The store manager made excuses about the whole situation with his disrespectful employees. So, it was Father's Day and the weather was hot and humid. We decided not to turn our oven on and fry ourselves inside our townhouse. So I went and picked up lunch for myself, my husband and daughter. So my order was a little complicated so I went inside to order. The girl that took my order did a fantastic job(she was the one with braces). The problem came after I got my food. So, the manager handed me my bag and I asked him if my cocktail sauce was inside because my husband ordered the shrimp dinner and I wasn't going home without his cocktail sauce, especially on Father's Day, lol!!! I go out to my van and I check my bag and OMG they put put pickles on top of my lettuce and tomato for my chicken sandwich. I just about died. The pickle juice soaked into the lettuce and tomato, gross!! I take it back in and tell the manager and try and hand him the container and he just stands there like a statue. So, I go around a customer and hand it to a worker and tell him what I need and he takes care of it for me. The manager never apologized or acknowledged me, unbelievable. This isn't the first incident I had with this manager, I never wrote a review for the first one. It was about 1 p.m. and they weren't even busy.

Came here tonight around 9pm. Lobby closed. I was at the door with 2 other people waiting. Doors locked , a customer came out. We tried to enter and order. Manager met us at the door and said lobby closed. So we asked why it's not open til 10 pm like sign says. We were told that if not Door Dash no inside service. I ordered a curbside pickup. It included the custard dishes and just one small fry at 2:50pm. Arrived at the restaurant at 2:59pm and notified the store via website. By 3:20pm i still did NOT receive my order. So I again, texted via sms that I am, “here”. Still nothing. At 3:25pm I googled the number and called the store to tell them I’ve been waiting for a very long while. I was told,”it’ll be right out.” At 3:29 I finally went into the store to ask for a refund. The manager did NOT give me the refund that I requested. Instead he aggressively argued me down about how they didn’t know/see my order and forced me to take the very late food with no refund. It was a humiliating experience that the management took zero accountability for. The provided customer service was unsatisfactory.

Today i went to Culver’s for a cod sandwich. When I got my order the fish was Luke warm. I went back in to get a new sandwich. The manger was going back and forth with me about it being cooked to order. Clearly it wasn’t if I came back in to get a new sandwich!
