Food is generally always amazing. However, I can not say the same about the staff at 5501 W Fond du Lac Ave, Milwaukee. The staff is incredibly rude and constantly talk with one another as if there were not 15 people waiting to place an order. There is not greeting or any politeness what so ever. The best your going to get is a grunt. Almost all the staff act like they have an attitude. Its not just a couple of people, it's almost the entire staff. A the guy wearing a security batch, who was sitting a watching videos on his phone is a joke.
You can tell that no one want to be there.

I'd love to tell you thier names, but no one was wearing a name tag.

I called to express concern about my concrete mixer being extremely loose. I spoke Chris then another mgr who told me the Uber & Door Dash process; which is once they complete the ice cream order it sits next to the prepared food order is picked up. It’s not kept cool. I replied, “good to know, I won’t do that again”. The mgr, replied, “good” and hung up! My response was regarding not ordering ice cream for pick up. Definitely love going to Culver's, just wish Culver's all locations would find a better way to grill chicken so it's not so dried out and hard. But the burgers are the best.
As for this location definitely need to do better about keeping the drink area and napkin/condiment area cleaner. Also I don't understand if you have to have security there why are they sitting down or on their phone. I'd think they should be more attentive. Just saying

Upon entering, the young lady at the register was aloof and not welcoming. I don't know; maybe she was shy. She didn't greet me and was standing behind the counter, but not at a particular register. I had to ask her if she was taking orders. She spoke very low and was hard to hear. I also asked her if we could be cordial with each other because I was a nice customer and I wanted both our experiences to be good. I greeted her politely, and she greeted me in return. She seemed to warm up from there and asked me, "What can I get you?"

Things went well from there; however, it was the lunch hour, and the drive thru was busy. The inside of the restaurant was not busy. The environment just did not appear clean. I ordered one order of fries and two pork loin sandwiches. The food was prepared as requested. However, the batter on the sandwich tasted milly/gritty. I've had the pork loin sandwich before, and they have always been hot and delicious. This time, both sandwiches (mine and my mom's) just didn't taste good. They were dry and the batter tasted gritty.

It's not bad enough that you Pay so much for food now and then you ask for extra and you pay for it. And then you don't get it. I might just have to go somewhere else from now on if I can't get what I'm actually paying for. The ice cream creation I had at Fon du Lac Ave in Milwaukee was great but they gave me a god awful sandwich!! I wanted a BBQ with chicken, onions and other stuff. A few hours later when I finally get around to eating it I found out I had beef aka barf, I hate beef!!!!!! I called store number 3084. Hung up on 5 times in 20 minutes. They wouldn’t even let me talk to a manager. I want to be fully reimbursed…sandwich plus ice cream= $9.94…round up to $10. Simple!!! They suck time. I HIGHLY do not recommend that location!!!!
