I love this place. The food is always good. The people that work there are always very friendly. They are very professional. It’s always very clean. This particular Culver's was a great stop for me and the kids.
After driving for 2 hours, not knowing where to eat in the Milwaukee area, we were so happy to find this Culver's. It was out of the way of our destination, but so worth it!
The staff was so attentive and nice. Everyone was happy, and the restaurant was really clean despite being in a high-traffic Milwaukee area.
My son will only eat at Culver's!
So as a family of 5 ordering all sorts of food... they did not mess up our order once.
The service was fast and we are so happy.

I usually go into locations to order. Location wasn't really busy on the inside. Maybe 4-5 tables occupied. I just wanted a malt to go. I saw the prepare it. When it was done. I just saw it sitting by the condiments behind the counter. I was holding my number up clearly visible. There were 3-4 employees just standing around doing nothing. It took 8 minutes to get my order. I told them to remake it. If I wanted a shake I would have ordered a shake. Instead of making it right away, they showed the "shake" to other employees like it was a big deal or something and then they remade it. Lack of communication seems to be a problem at this place. Yeah I could have approached them and asked them for my malt, having 3-4 employee just standing there doing nothing is just a waste.

This Culver's just isn't getting the job done any more. My last two orders were prepared incorrectly, and the drink is what came up wrong on both of them. The drink is the easiest part! Everyone messes up sometimes, and I get that — but I prefer those restaurants that are properly apologetic about their mistakes, and this particular Culver's does not qualify to be in that esteemed group. I noticed today the drive thru line seemed unusually short and that makes me think I'm not the only one who's been finding better service everywhere else.

I didn’t even know it was possible to gerrymander a burger as badly as the burgers I receive from this location. More than often the burger is completely askew off of the bun and all the ingredients are packed together in a tight wad dead in the center of the patty. I often open my wrapper to find a completely crooked burger with a squished bun. The burger artisans of this location have truly mastered a skill I never knew was possible. The sheer consistency of awful burger construction should be studied. If this were a regular fast food establishment with lesser ingredients I wouldn’t even consider returning, the only saving grace is the deliciousness of a fresh butterburger.

I’ve learned not to leave without checking, as I’ve often driven away only to realize items were missing or incorrect. GET IT TOGETHER MANAGEMENT!! This location is so unorganized it's pathetic. They need someone ready to hand out pickups instead of making customers wait in line when their orders are ready. Especially uber and doordash orders. They're always taking up a ton of space in the lobby because they have to wait in line for their orders when they are good to go. Not only do you make the drivers wait longer than necessary but the customer's food gets cold or melts while they are waiting in line. Stop with the incompetence, you have more than enough people to designate 1 person to handing out orders!!!

The first meal I had in MKE as soon as landed in the airport was Culver's. Butter burger, cheese curds, and custard. The trio was heavenly, tasty, and did not taste like fast food at all. I highly recommend this to new visitors to the area.

We love going to this Culvers to dine in, however when we order carry out through the drive thru, we are consistently get our orders messed up. This last visit the other day, they forgot one of our fries, which I had to send my son back in to get. Then we realized after everyone got their ice cream, that one of the ice cream was missing its topping (brownies) altogether. When we got home (6 min drive) we noticed that my fiancé's banana split was leaking. We thought it was leaking from the side but nope, there was a large crack on the bottom of the dish and made a mess everywhere. We really love this location, as the workers are usually very friendly, wait times are usually quick, but the quality control and order expoing needs to improve significantly.

You cannot miss the quality of food and customer service found at most Culvers. I had the fried shrimp combo and a bowl of chilli supreme (with onions, cheese, and crackers) and it was all good. It's pricey compared to all other fast food chains, and often there's a short wait for the fresh food to be prepared but that's worth it.
