We eat Culvers 3 ti.es a week... thus was by far the worst... Where to begin.... food took 35 minutes to arrive after I ordered. My chicken sandwich was more like a chicken nugget on bread. The garlic bacon double butter burger was the worst I have ever had. I am pretty sure there was only 1 patty on it but either way, it was not good. The jalapeño cheese curds were all the size of skittles. The french fries had so much salt on them that I thought my mother was going to go into cardiac arrest. And the sprite tasted exactly like alka selzer. The absolute worst culvers experience we have ever had.

There’s a man who is supposedly a manager, he doesn’t satisfy customers nor knows what he’s doing. One time, I went in for a Culver’s Signature Sauce. I get it, mistakes happen so I was being polite and asked him for a packet. He then got snarky and asked for my recipe because he “never seen someone get one.” So I went out grabbed my recipe and showed him and he still argued with me that he never seen it. Now, lemon coolers are out, he made it seem like he “talked to his boss.” Within 1 minute and said we don’t do lemon coolers add Powerade. And tried saying they had no blue Powerade. I believe this guy needs to be retained on how to satisfy customers because he’s the reason no one wants to do business with them. I had to drive to New Glarus for the satisfaction as they told me they have customers come from Monroe because of how poorly trained they are there. Management needs to retrain the guy or come together as a team and retrain them as how customer service should be.

This is the worst Culver’s of all time. My orders are constantly wrong. I wanted to quit coming here a long time ago but my family insisted on continuing our relationship with the Monroe Culver’s. We finally divorced Culver’s as a family tonight.

We live a half hour away. So when we get dinner for our 7 family members, we have to drive an hour round trip.

My family gets home from the Culver’s run this evening, 14 minutes before I have enter into a work meeting, just to realize half of our order is missing.

I call. Alexis answers. I ask to speak to a manager. She tells me they are busy and I can’t speak to the manager. I tell her I need a manager. She asks why and I tell her half of my order is missing and I live an hour away round trip. To boot, I have 5 starving kids that need fed. She says “can we just comp you for free food next time?” NO! NO, you can’t. She refused to transfer me and hung up on me.

I called back. A male answered and transferred me.

The manager told me we could come back and get our order remade. That’s fine. But I need my money back too because we just had to drive TWO HOURS ROUND TRIP TO GET CULVER’S! She said that was fine.

My husband gets home. They remade half of our food. So the people waiting at home to eat as a family got screwed and forced to eat crappy soggy cold food sitting for 2 hours and they refused to refund me. Instead they gave us coupons that we will NEVER USE BECAUSE we are done getting screwed by Culver’s. I am escalating this situation. I’m over it. I recommend Taco Bell! We spend $100 a trip there for our family. Our order is NEVER wrong. Always on point.

I really like the double butter burger with just cheese, no other condiments and pretzel bites. And then 1 scoop of flavor of the day if no peanuts or chocolate custard. Some days I get a full cup custard and some days just a little bit. And that’s up setting because it’s still $2.88 per cup. I don’t get a discount for less.

I’ve came a lot of times and it’s always great customer service and great food today the food great as always but when I was getting checked by one of the workers I did not get his name but he had commented on how much food I was buying for myself and and I replied bye saying “ yes sorry I haven’t eaten all day” and his response to that was “ well with someone who is your size I wouldn’t be surprised “ that shocked me to the core I work in food service and would never question how much someone eats or make comments about someone weight and for this being my experience today I’ll never come back again

My daughter and I stopped for chocolate malts. The line was pretty long as it was lunch time. The older lady at the window was rude. We asked her to mix up the malts better because you could clearly see the thick layer of malt powder and the chocolate was not mixed in. The woman took one of them, not both. Held onto it for about 20 seconds and then handed it back out the window, then shut the window in our face when we asked her to mix it up a second time. I had to go inside to get this taken care of because she would not open the window back up. Another older woman at the counter then argued with me that you should see the malt powder because it's a malt. I said no, the point of a mixing machine is to mix things up. The only saving grace here was that a younger lady, with her hair shaved on the sides and a bun on top, whom I'm assuming was a manager or at least one what she was doing said she would remake them for us and actually DID it like she cared about the product coming out. She apologized and said that she always misses them the way she would want them mixed. I thanked her and the malts were delicious.
At $4 a treat, I at least expect it to be edible. I wish I had gotten the young ladies name.

Food is usually cold and often messed up. It’s honestly the worse Culver’s I’ve been to and I love Culver’s. They called the below a hamburger patty it was the smallest thing I’ve ever seen. The only good thing about this Culver’s is the fact they have gluten free buns. Also, if you get chilli cheese fries they barely give you any chilli and put the cheese on the bottom so it sticks to the paper.

Usually top notch fast food, but they still periodically serve you cold fries, extra oily fish dinners, and overcooked beef patties, drive through messes up my order about every 10th visit or so, but makes things right upon request. I wish they could go outside the menu and offer custom burgers with a range of toppings, otherwise I am a Wisconsin native and Culver's can pretty much throw down with any fast food chain and win the battle, just want to see a little more variety in burger toppings. 🍔

I went through your drive thru and ordered a single plain butter burger with cheese. On the screen it said double and I tried to get the lady's attention, but the truck ahead of me was very loud, so I waited until I got up to the window. When I got up to the window the lady was going to hand me a bag of food and I said, is that a single or double and she said double and I politely said it's suppose to be single. She rolled up her eyes and in a discusted voice she said, WELL NOW YOU HAVE TOO WAIT and I said that's ok I will wait and she was so angry at me that I said to her, don't be angry at me and in a loud voice she said, I'M NOT and closed the window on me. I had asked to talk to the manager and she closed the window again and ignored me cause I did not need to be spoken to like that. I was so confused on why she was acting like that, it's just a simple mistake on the order and I was willing to pull ahead and wait. I really don't want to deal with her again.

The workers at the Monroe Culver’s gave me the worst service I have ever experienced. I ordered a kid’s meal and vanilla shake and after waiting 15 minutes and waiting at the counter for 5 minutes trying to talk to someone. A worker came up to me and informed me they lost my ticket. They made me late for my event and couldn’t figure out how to refund me. I left with no food and -$10 in my bank account.

The cashier Dylan was very rude and unprofessional. Instead of a proper greeting he said what do you want was very impatient to the point I felt like I didn’t belong here. Use to eat their fish every Friday. And it was good. Must have hired a new cook because the last two times it's been terrible. Fish is so overcooked, greasy and chewy. One piece was nothin but burnt globs of batter no fish even inside the burnt batter. Paid 30$ for the two of us to eat and it was totally not worth it. Hubby only had fish sandwich. Also overcooked. We won't be going back to this Monroe location. Really sucks considering we live here and Culver's use to be the best fast food in this town. Not anymore.
