I don't usually eat at Culver's but I was presently surprised at their salad selection. Their Strawberry Fields salad with chicken was a good portion and well-made.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The menu has a great selection of burgers, chichen, fish sandwiches, fish dinners and salads. They even had a special that day, my wife tried the gyro sandwich and said it was good. I personally like their grilled chichen sandwich, onion rings and chili, and of course their frozen custard.

Wow, top notice customer service! It was our first time trying Culver, and we got such a nice welcome. They explained the menu for us and were very patient with our questions. I got chicken strips with fries. I asked for cheese sauce with my fries. My cheese sauce looked to be just tossed into the bag with the lid not closed. Unfortunately I didn't realize it until I got to my destination and cheese was all over the bottom of the bag. Staff is very friendly.

Amazing place to go for special occasions or to hang out with friends and family. This location has really great customer service, the workers are very nice and patient. The food can be a bit expensive if you are planning to get lunch or dinner but at least it tastes good. If you visit Culver's you need to try the custard.

This is an exceptional Culver's! Some of my friends and I stopped by here as we were passing through town recently and had an amazing experience!! There were some pretty brutal storms in the area and the staff handled the situation incredibly well. On top of this, they were extraordinarily kind and welcoming. The food was excellent too!

It can take a while for them to get food to you but it's good food! I love how everyone knows everyone in small town. HOWEVER, never order fudge or strawberries or anything like it on your custard. You ask for double the toppings and pay 12.00 for it and you get the same as you would if u didn't get double the toppings! Very skimpy on toppings.

I was having a horrible day on vacation due to issues with our hotel. Without knowing any of this a lovely absolute angel of an employee came around to ask if our food was OK and we sat and had a 15 minute conversation about random stuff. I dont know who quit or which manager doesnt care anymore but this location is HORRIBLE! The staff at night are always getting orders wrong and then dont seem to care even when brought to thier attention. Food has been really greesy lately and coming out wrong. I think its time for the owners to get back in the store and fix this. I for one have had it, and im not going to visit any of thier stores now. Mount horeb use to be good, but its going down hill fast. The rude manager fixing my order wasnt even sorry and never said anything about it other than to tell the staff they didnt mess up our order. So i guess managent is now blaming the customers.

Why have the burgers gotten so greasy? The picture is from my first bite and it's just my hands and not the grease on my face. One day it was so greasy I couldn't even stand to eat it.
