I cant speak for every Culver's but id assume there wouldn't be much difference in the good food and great people they hire. The 2 nearest me are East Troy and Mukwonago. Both are excellent. Im 68 and really appreciate the young workers politeness and energy. They all appear to enjoy their work. Ive never personally noticed a disgruntled employee . This speaks well of management. The food is consistently good. Im partial to the Butterburger double deluxe and Sourdough melt. I like their chili supreme and chicken cashew salad. At least once a week ill take my 89 yr old mother. Her go-to dishes are the Rubin, Chicken tenders and fried shrimp followed by a double hot fudge/strawberry sundae....2 spoons! Prices have risen like every other restaurant but are still a satisfying value.

This Culver’s always has amazing customer service and great fresh food!!!! Today we came through drive thru and they were trying out a new system, our order was missed because the kitchen was backed up. The manager on duty and everyone involved was so kind. 😢 we stopped yesterday on our way to drop a friend off at her hotel , we had a good lunch at Culver’s , but then on our way out we ordered a scoop of the flavor of the day ! Carmel cashew to go well if time would of permitted we would of brought them back the young boy that made them did not have a clue I think we got about a half scoop 1 drop of Carmel and a few crushed nuts …, nothing like the normal

This is the quickest Culver's I've ever been to. They also had more employees than any other Culver's I've seen. Maybe it was a training day? It was the first time I tried the spicy chicken sandwich. It was good, but the chicken portion was smaller than expected. Ketchup on tap. Great stop for tasty food and frozen custard. AKA ice cream with a little egg in it.

I went in to pick up a uber eats order a older women with a blue scrunchie in a bun training some younger girl had an extreme attitude with me i went in and asked is it ready she immediately said no you only ordered two min ago so I waited turns out it was ready the whole time she just never bothered to check she then forgot to put the drink with the order never apologized never did any of that just laughed as she brushed me off and had the biggest attitude known to man.

My burger was terrible, the kids meal was ok. Terrible service and mediocre food. Now have to drive back to get a refund for the over priced, poor quality forgotten food.

The patty melt was ice cold and the little skimpy patty didn't even cover two thirds of the soggy cold bread. no seasoning and no flavor. it was so terrible, I had to throw it away. UPDATE

I chose to use the carry out inside the restaurant. I realized I should have used the drive thru because i had a knee replacement and use a cane! I was going to make 2 trips but Dominic behind the counter realized I had a cane and helped me carry my food out!! Today at culvers in Mukwonago I was refused open entry to the establishment. AGEISM. (Is the discrimination and stereotyping of people based on their age.) That's what happend to us. I've lost respect for this Culver's because I'm being harrased by older workers (Darlene Landon) My friends were refused open seating inside because they did not make a purchase. This has happened before during the winter months when we had to sit outside in the COLD. This also happens when we weren't allowed backpacks nor any other outside items. I am very disappointed with the miss treatment of us people because of our age!

The food at this location is always on point. Burgers and fries are great with good ice cream. The only issue I have is the accuracy of my ice cream orders and the effort that gets put into it.

The photo I’m posting shows a side by side waffle cone of Crazy for Cookie Dough from the Mukwonago Culvers & the East Troy Culvers. As you can see, my cone from Mukwonago Culvers is made very sloppily with almost no cookie dough pieces and no caramel swirls. East Troy Culvers did me right! The Mukwonago Culvers could achieve Greatness if I wouldn’t leave disappointed with my ice cream orders on a consistent basis.

This is the worst culvers ive ever been too and its consistently bad at night. The morning crew is awesome but everytime ive come thru the drive thru when its dark my burger ends up being raw. First off all the tables in the lobby were dirty, no ice in the lobby soda machine so had to go to the counter to get ice and they put 3-4 ice cubes in both cups, the sandwich was missing bacon, and fries were not extra crispy like we ordered (a little on the cold side), also ordered mashed potatoes and gravy and never got that but forgot about it until after we threw our receipt in the garbage. Then we ordered custard and there was hair in one of our dishes of custard. Also noticed while I was at the counter there was a number of people that were coming up to the counter because they also were missing things they ordered. This location has really gone down hill and I will not be coming back here!

I know Friday evenings are busy, but I waited 45 minutes for 4 chicken tenders. 2/3 times I come to this Culver’s, they lose my order and I have to tell them they forgot me. When I had enough, I went in and told one of the drive thru runners in a very polite manner that I had been seeing other cars coming and going and he gave me some classic customer service line that they use for the difficult customers. Finally, a sweet younger employee went ahead and asked the kitchen where my order was, and made it her top priority. Shoutout to her, but all in all, if this Culver’s seems to have forgotten you, they probably did. Speak up. Maybe they’ll start coming up with a more efficient way so this doesn’t happen as often as it does. This was the 4th time this has happened to me, and I’ve only been here around a dozen times.
