I had accidentally placed an order at this location, but I work an hour away. I had called the Muskego location to explain what happened and to cancel the order within a couple minutes of placing it. I received nothing but attitude with the girl that answered..found out she was one of the managers, i was shocked. She was even very snotty when answering the phone in the first place. She told me that she will throw away my food but still have to be charged 20 dollars that I spent!! Are you kidding me?? She could have at least acted professional and had some class. I said absolutely not you are not keeping my 20 dollars. I asked my husband if he could go pick it up since it would only be 30 min away for him. My husband then called this Culvers back and the same girl answered. She got angry with him right away and he asked to speak to a different manager. We heard them talk crap about us and the second manager got on the phone and was juat as rude and condescending. She then said she would remake the food when we got there. What's the difference?? You're out the food then. Just ridiculous. After having to get extreme they said they would refund it, but not without being condescending. I will never support this franchise. Hire better people or teach better customer service. Could have at least been pleasant!

Been years since I visited this Culver's. This location has a new dining area - more spacious and open now (Manager Kristie said they just reopened, following the remodel about a week ago).
The burger was fresh, custard smooth and creamy, fries were tasty. Culver's quality makes it worth the visit vs lesser fast food operations.
I had the single patty, Bacon Deluxe, Krinkle fries and I subbed out a small Concrete Snickers Swirl mixer (instead of drink).
All elements of the meal are quite good. The staff was friendly and courteous. A nice place to visit for lunch, dinner or a custard treat.
Update 4/4/25 -Yummy, the Culver's Fish Fry Dinners at this Racine Avenue Muskego location are excellent. A week ago I ordered the 2 piece Cod dinner, and this Friday (during Lent) I ordered the Walleye Dinner. Again - really well done! The fish is golden battered, flaky, but not overcooked or undercooked. Cole slaw is good, and French Fries and dinner roll round out the order. This Culver's does a great job on the food, whereas- some other locations not so much. Great job Muskego!
727/25- Tried the New Crispy Chicken Sandwich. Yessir -it's good. Nice crunchy exterior, good flavor, lettuce, tomato, pickle, mayo on a fresh bun. Bravo Culvers!

The frozen custard was delicious! I had a bit of a tough time eating my burger though. The patty was over-smashed, which made it a bit difficult to enjoy. I think the cooks could improve their skills and meet Culver’s standards. They should definitely focus on serving good food to their customers and work on making orders more accurate. 6.5/10

Last time I ordered they put onions on my burger when I did not order any. This time my buffalo tenders were served still frozen. One tender was warm the others were still frozen. They were not even heated up. I have not seen issues like this before at any Culvers.

Update, (12/18/23), they haven't changed. Ordered a kids meal cheeseburger. I guess they figured a kid wouldn't noticed a terrible sandwich. The meat was cold and the taste was absolutely terrible. What a waste of my time and money. I'll stay home and make my own burger. Different year, same result and no comment from management.
(8/27/24) I'm a glutton for punishment. Wife wanted cheeseburger from culvers. Against my better judgment, I went on my way. I ordered 2 swiss cheeseburgers, specifically to be put in boxes to prevent them from being flattened as they usually are. Nope can't do that. Can't read the receipt. Same flattened burger. THE SAGA CONTINUES - today my mother picked up a Culver's order for me. She ordered three baskets, two with upgrades to onion rings (order was taken incorrectly and gave fries instead). Went through drive through 6/18 at around 9 pm and ordered a basket, they told me they were out of cheese curds which is fine. Waited in line for 20 minutes almost just for them to tell me they also didn’t have the smoothie or anything I order. Waited for no reason and left with nothing.

Love their custard! Had a 2-scoop vanilla sundae with strawberries, blueberries, and black berries, as that's my favorite to get there! There were lots of the various berries and juice to make a perfect & delicious ratio with the vanilla custard. Yum! I also tried a Culver's lemon ice for the first time and it was the BEST LEMON ICE EVER!!! Please keep that lemon ice forever, I beg of you, Culver's!

Ordered what was supposed to be a butter burger with curds, got a coke, onion rings and tenders instead. What look like we’re teenagers working the drive through that appeared way to young to be there. I like Culver’s. This one has good service, it’s nicely maintained and the food is usually good. On this visit we had a couple dishes of ice cream. The hot fudge Sunday was excellent. The special pumpkin pecan ice cream was tasty but a little gritty.

My wife works out here and sometimes I bring the kids to visit for lunch or dinner if she has a late shift. This location consistently has the best food out of any Culver's I've eaten at so if I don't have time to pack food, I wind up grabbing food for everyone from here. The staff are fast and polite and the one time we ate inside it was spotless. Other Culvers are good but this is the best one I've been to.

Family loves Culver's and this location is very convenient, so we've been here many times over the past (20?) years. I'll say this: never got an order wrong. In fact, none of the 3 locations we go to most have done so. Very efficient, never seem understaffed and always a smile.

Food - hey, it's Culver's- it's a step up from "the usual places." Burgers are too notch, love that mushroom/Swiss is always an option and pot roast sandwich is a unique menu item. Kiddo loves them, too. Always gets something with chicken, and for many years as a competitive swimmer Culver's (and Noodles) were the big reward after a great meet. One natatoium in SE Wisconsin gave top performers free meal tickets and these were a cherished item! Strangely, maybe, we're not big on cheese curds (yes, I'm a lifelong Wisconsin boy) but they are good and a near legend. Finally, the custard. Culver's nails it. I put them #2 behind Kopp's. We don't get it every time, it's a treat. My family members stick with chocolate and vanilla, but I mix it up and never been disappointed. Good old sundaes and banana splits, as well as the concrete shakes, again, fantastic.

I am disappointed the pineapple smoothie disappeared from the menu years ago. It was a supply issue at first but still has not returned. Get created and use crushed pineapple & vanilla.

All in all, Culver's IS Wisconsin. Right there with Kwik Trip, Summerdest, Badgers, Bucks, Brewers and Packers. I'm a dedicated customer and always will be.

HIGHLY recommended! And people, don't drop 1-2 star reviews on one bad experience. In fact, people reading, ignore those. Something disappoints? Go back. It won't disappoint again.
