It was a busy night. There was no room after paying in the drive so we were told to park in an obscure area. I would just say they should maybe make a note on where they tell people to park when its that busy. Not our best exsperiance at Culver’s in Neenah. Our burger order had to be made over. My strawberry malt lacked color and flavor, and my wife’s hot fudge sundae also had to be remade. Had the strawberry salad take out and wife had shrimp. As usual shrimp and service was great. Salad was very disappointing lettuce was old and wilted it looked like it was several days old, very disappointing. Never had a bad experience at Culver’s but this was not up to Culver’s quality. Good we got was super good. I love the raspberries at Culver’s but this location always disappoints me when it comes to extra raspberries. Everytime I pay extra for more raspberries, there’s either barely any (like pictured) or way too much of the syrup. It’s really frustrating. Otherwise, service and the rest of the food was good.

Since the new owner took over this is the worst spot to go just as bad as McDonald's. Every time we go something is wrong with our food. Last time I went to the drive-thru and ordered a regular crispy chicken sandwich when I got home and took a bite of it it felt like my mouth was on fire and melting off my face I can handle some spice but this was spicy when I called the manager to complain she kept arguing with me that it's just pepper and that's how it's exposed to taste would not acknowledge that there could have been a mix-up. When I went in the next morning they're response was here's a coupon sorry about that. Tonight we placed a pickup order through their ordering site It said it would be ready at 10:04 I get there about 10: 05- 10:06 just to find that you cannot pull in in the front and access their back parking lot because there's people parked on the sides and both drive through lands are busy so you have to wait in a drive-thru line just to be able to park in the pickup spots. After parking I waited till 10:24 and then I had to walk inside to ask where my food is only for people to look confused and they cannot find my order and sorry about that we'll remake it and I had to wait another five 6 minutes for my food extremely disappointing

We ordered 2 scoops of the flavor of the day in a dish. And ordered another single scoop in a dish flavor of the day. We waited over 15mins for the ice cream. This place is so unorganized. And it’s ridiculous you are given a number to pull a head and wait for ice cream. We got so frustrated watching everyone behind with actual hot food/concrete mixers get their food we gave our ticket to the worker and left. I won’t be back. The only positive was the waterfall by the tables outside we starred at while we waited.

Brett in the drive through needs to work on his people skills. He literally scoffed at us when asked to double up our drink carrier(had 4 large drinks). Wasn't an unreasonable request with that many drinks, especially with how flimsy those things are. Normally I would let it go but this is our second bad interaction with this employee.

I had two scoops of vanilla custard at the Neenah location.
The custard left a solid greasy layer at the roof of my mouth, and solid greasy droplets on the spoon I was using. I am guessing that occasionally, there must be something off with the formulation of the custard, as it comes from the supplier.
Coincidentally, I have had the same, exactly, serving of the custard on the same afternoon at the Waupaca location, with no issues.
I have noticed those greasy deposits happen occasionally in different locations of Culverts. This was not the first time it has happened, summer or winter.

So Last night I came through and ordered a chicken sandwich with No tomatoes, I tend to get a mild allergic reaction from them. It can screw with my diabetes so complications can happen. Unfortunately it was right before close so I was unable to inform them of the mistake immediately, I came back in the following day, today, and spoke to the manager, the district manager happened to be present and address the situation for me, they were very understanding and apologetic for that happening in the first place, and promptly replaced my order, with excellent service and professionalism. Cannot express how thankful I am that they handled it the way that they did, there are tons of restaurants out there that don't handle this the right way when it happens, mistakes happen, but those types of mistakes should not be happening and they acknowledge that and did everything that they're supposed to to make up for it and see that it does not happen again.
The fact that they can admit that a mistake happened and do it professionally and make up for it professionally says a lot about this company and the people that work here, it's an excellent restaurant and excellent franchise and the district manager is amazing.

3 strikes ya suck.
Twice this summer my girlfriend and I waited over a half hour for mobile pick up orders, just to find out the employees never saw we had clicked "here" thus never started making the food.
Then last night your employee spilled a concrete mixer, that I assume was under the heat lamp it was so melted, all over us and our car while handing it to us. Just for her to walk away without saying anything. We reach into the bag for napkins to start cleaning up, and lo and behold didn't even give us any.
On top of that the surviving, mixer that we had that didn't spill wasn't even what we ordered.

Culver's is supposed to be a pride of Wisconsin, but this is service no one could be proud of.

The service was really good. Friendly service, too! I got the 3 piece cod fish fry. It was surprisingly good. It was actually better than I expected. I liked their coleslaw! It had large chunks of slaw and wasn't too creamy. My only complaint is that the dinner roll was hard, and the butter was still frozen. I could not spread the butter! So, with the really good and friendly service, I give this place a 5 star review.

It's definitely fast food and the greasiest fast food I've ever had. My burger was dripping through the paper. They gave me a drink with a number on it and no explanation. Wisconsinites hyped me up about Culver's, and it was overall a disappointment. I would rather have Sonics.
