Consistently the worst culvers in the entire area. Mostly wrong orders for the last couple of years. Tonight, no fries on two orders. I juat had to finally write a review. Burgers are pale and unseasoned. Custard often is gritty.

Went in for a pint of custard, but they didn't have a flavor I wanted so I ordered a small fry to-go instead. I was handed a dirty number sign and told to wait for my order with the several employees (who already ordered before I arrived, but all had full meals) waiting. I could see my fries bagged and sitting, the employees bagging the orders with their backs to me and not even checking for my simple, fast order. I waited for ten minutes. If I'd gone through the drive-thru, I would've had them in two minutes. I handed back the sign and declined waiting longer. Wasn't worth the $3 to wait until all (4) the other (full meal) orders ahead of me AND the drive-thru ones clearly being picked up and served while I stood there were done.

I've visited this specific Culver’s location several times recently, and unfortunately, it has fallen short of the professional standards it once maintained. On one visit, I arrived right at opening and was surprised to hear management holding a staff meeting in a booth near me. The conversation included scheduling and other internal matters that really should have been discussed privately in a back office—not in the dining area in front of customers.

Today, I was again disappointed to see what appeared to be a manager wearing ripped jeans and a t-shirt. This casual appearance doesn't reflect the professional image Culver’s is known for.

This location could really benefit from stepping up its professionalism—both in staff conduct and appearance. I hope to see improvements moving forward, as I’ve always appreciated the brand and what it stands for.

I thought I'd never ding Culvers, but it happened. I orderd a fried shrimp dinner with all the sides. Even asked for two of the cocktail sauces. This is my fav deal. Sadly my roll was warmed but very stale. It was gross. Justvtearing it in half was like tearing a wet wad of tissue paper...impossible. Normally, I'd order an extra roll, but in this case I went to the counter to return the uneaten portion and to lodge a complaint. The manager on duty.m gave a mixed apology, "Sorry about that. We are trying to get rid of them." I was shocked by her response.SHOCKED! This wasn't any fast food joint; this was Culvers! If that wasn't issue enough, she didn't offer a new, fresh roll. She dismissed me and my concern as she yelled something to the kitchen staff. I couldn't believe the stale roll, but amazed by the complete lack of customer sensitivity.

I was at this location around 9PM 8/22/25. There was an issue with one of the items that I had ordered. I spoke to the manager, a lovely young lady with glasses and blonde hair (didn’t catch your name. She didn’t have a name tag on). She identified herself as the manager and I explained to her the situation and she did the unexpected and that was to make it right and then some. I would just like to let either the owner or upper management know that this young woman truly represented the Culver’s business culture and she should be commended for her leadership at the store. I’d like to thank her again because she provided some of the best customer service I received at any type of establishment in a very long time.

Had the chicken cashew salad. Salad was good but something wasn’t right with the chicken. It was crunchy rubbery. I have no clue if it was undercooked or overcooked, but I couldn’t eat it. I picked out the chicken and finished the salad.

I ordered a two scoop waffle cone. I was given a waffle cone with melted mush flowing out of the cone. It was barely a scoop of custard because the rest was running down the sides of the cone. She handed me a stack of napkins to catch all the melting custard, I guess that was supposed to take care of the problem. I did not pay for melting custard. I should have gone into the store and asked for my second scoop in a bowl but I couldn't touch anything, I was covered in chocolate, including the white top I had on! IF YOUR CUSTARD IS NOT FROZEN, THEN DON'T SERVE IT AS FROZEN CUSTARD! Very dissatisfied!

Very fast and well made food, I've never had problems with an order although it is a very dirty restaurant, finding a seat for two is difficult, let alone four or more. Booths have soda sticking to the table, fries on the floor, and crumbs EVERYWHERE. I wish there was more effort put into cleaning rather than just making food fast.

As of the past few months, the food quality has severely gone down at this Culvers. I'm getting greasy, poorly packaged/presented food. My food yesterday, literally put a hole in the bag, from all of the grease. I thought Culvers was supposed to be the epitome of high quality food standards. This was the second time in a row that the New Berlin location has majorly screwed up my order. Since I had previously had good experiences in the past I gave you a second chance. Tonight they didn't give me half my order and I had to go back. Food was just sitting there. So of course everything was cold by the time I finally got it all home. I only live 5 mins away. This Culvers used to serve good, presentable food but not lately. Everything looks very sloppy.
The chicken noodle soup ( which is my 90 yr old dad's favorite!) last week smelled like... dishwater, not good, spoiled? Did not eat it. It's usually wonderful. The grilled chicken was not very done- and smeared with a mayo or sauce which never was on it before.
What has happened to this place in the last year or so? It seems they don't care how their food looks & tastes anymore.
Not patronizing this Culvers New Berlin again.

I’m not sure what’s happened to this Culver’s location, but the quality has really declined. Lately, every visit has been disappointing in some way. I once ordered the fish dinner and only received one of the two sides. Another time, I got the flavor of the day, and it turned out to be just vanilla ice cream with a single brownie chunk and one pecan.

Tonight was the worst experience yet. I came home to find they gave me a corn dog so overcooked it had cracked open, and the strawberry shake I ordered was warm and tasted sour. They used to be generous with portions and took pride in their food—now it’s unpredictable and careless.

Given how often this has been happening, we’ll probably be going elsewhere from now on.

I live near this Culvers and overall as Culver's go it's "OK". I don't go often, but recently a very SMALL piece of cod in the cod sandwich. They did give me a coupon for another and a basket. The other day the flavor of the day was Carmel Pecan. Not one pecan and maybe some carmel. I called and spoke with the owner who this time simply sent two coupons for "one" scoop. I think this was a poor response and I noted this on her letter and will be sending them back. Bottom-line as "unhealthy" as most of the Culver's menu is, I think it's time to stop going there, even infrequently!

I can't find how to do another Google Review, but Noon today, May 11, worst by far Turtle Waffle cone I've every had. It was basically a double vanilla! This Culver's needs to really step it up and as you see from the review above this is not isolated.

I was in the drive through trying to make an order and the employee was very rude. He kept asking is that everything after every word I said. After completing just one part of my order, he said my total and when I said I had more to add, I heard him huff that I had more to add. I like to eat here every friday, and it never disappoints. The food is always very fresh and hot. The staff is very courteous, some of the
People ((Diane) at the counter I have got to know over the years, which is unusual for places nowadays. The restaurant had a remodel in the last year and it's always clean. This location is literally my gold standard for all Culver's, but very few can measure up. What it boils down to is the manager and owner here cares about the customers and it shows.

I don't write reviews, but I have to make an exception. Last week I stopped at Culver's and ordered there butter Burger Fries and a Strawberry Shake to go. When I got home, a block away I discovered they forgot my fries, I got a chocolate shake instead of strawberry and my burger was so over cooked it was crunchy. I should have known better, but I stopped again this evening on my way home from work. I ordered the Pot roast dinner to go. It was so dry I couldn't eat it. No gravy, just a tablespoon or so on the potatoes. And they forgot to warm up the broccoli, it must of just come out of refrigerator and they forgot to pop it in the Microwave. I'm done with Culver's.

I mean, it’s aight. I had a QPC that this place is so famous for, and some chicken nuggets. The nuggets were a bit bigger than what I usually get at my local location, but they still tasted good. My Oreo McFlurry didn’t have that special spoon that you use to mix the McFlurries, but it still tasted really good! The service was good, but I was surprised when they “didn’t have” a McRib. Overall one of the better McDonalds locations I’ve visited.

You guys can never make our concrete mixers right. That is beyond annoying and disappointing. I don’t think it’s that hard to do and if I’m paying for something, I want it made correctly. If you want fast food and you want it to be way better than average then you must go to Culver's. Their burgers are by far the best of any fast food /chain restaurant. They also have the best "Other Options" . Salads, soups, fish, fries, cheese curds all very good. The Buffalo chicken tenders are good size and very tasty. Try them with blue cheese dressing. Me and my daughter were deciding where to go for ice cream so we decided to go to Culver’s in new Berlin! BIG MISTAKE!!! If I’m going to pay $5.00 for ice cream, then I want my ice cream!!! Get up to the window the Lady hands me one scoop!
