Food is great. Service is consistently very slow. Drive thru orders are bumped up so that they can get closer to their goal of 260 seconds or 4 minutes 20 seconds. It says this on their computer screen on a printed note. This might be why the service for carryout is way slower than the app will tell you. New Glarus Culver’s will almost always be 10-30 minutes after the listed ready time on the order. Today it was 23 minutes.

I've lived just around the corner for 28 years. I go back there because they are unfortunately, the only game in town. I have always ordered the same thing, a double deluxe basket and a double cheeseburger with the works. It amazes me that they keep finding new ways to screw up that order. This time the buns and the fries were stale also. I've been to dozens of Culver's around the Midwest and this one is without a doubt absolutely the worst Culver's I have ever been to.

The last two times I've ordered from this location, we've ordered the exact same thing both times. First time they gavemea single burger and I got charged for a double. Just tonight, They "forgot" two orders of fries. When charging $27 for 4 chicken strips, a double mushroom and swiss, 3 orders of fries, 2 rootbeers and a coke. The least you can do is make sure the order is complete. FYI, I don't want to drive back for 2 orders of fries. 2 times in a row.... not going to see me back.

I gave this place so much credit and grace with the fact that they were slammed and short staffed, but when you begin to make other peoples ice cream orders while others are CLEARLY waiting for theirs in front of you, there is something wrong with that. We waited for over 20 minutes for ice cream while other people walked right up and ordered ice cream and were served right away. We were ignored numerous times until we finally got angry. Again, I get being busy and frazzled, but this was just beyond rude.

Ever since new owners took ownership of the new glarus franchise, service has been slower than it’s ever been, as a local for 15 years. Food often is messed up. If you order online with the app/site, you’re guaranteed to be waiting an extra 10 minutes than if you were to wait in their drive thru, which already always takes long. My family, friends and I are sad to say we’re becoming more disappointed with the new glarus location

Ordered Culver's for the family and part of the meal was missing which is what it is but what wasn't okay is when we got there to get what we were missing there were people up front and in the back just watching us at the front no one came to help us at first we literally had to sit there as people watched us and knew we were there not do anything.
Poor customer service wouldn't recommend coming here unless you want your order missing and for people not to help you.

i ordered through door dash, while knowing there aren’t many dashers in town, i was expecting my food to be here within a 20-30 minute range. i knew it would be a little longer, which is fine. but what isn’t fine is paying over 25 dollars for curds & pretzel bites to be delivered cold. literally cold. i’m just sadly disappointed in culver’s because this is my first bad experience. i do not blame the dasher, at all! it’s the company’s job to make sure customers get hot & fresh food. just be better when it comes to door dash too.

we ended up warming our food up, so yes it looks better in the picture but that IS NOT how we received it. and yes i did eat some pretzel bites as i waited almost 2 hours for my food. again no hate to the dasher, they were very kind.

Went thru the drive up. Waited for food almost 30 minutes. People started to go inside to ask what was going on. Thought food should be at least hot when we get it. Boy I was wrong. So it is Culver’s, home of the fresh made fast food. We were wrapping up our time in WI and wanted to see the New Glarus Brewing Co, and we should not have been surprised to see a Culver’s in their town.

We were towing our RV, the generous parking lot allowed us to block a few parking spots while awe walked into order. Food was fresh made and hot!

Me and my family always has came here when we wanted to go out never had a problem before, but recently we went there and the line was ridiculous so we went inside where there was 4 kids up there they did not run any orders and take order. Me and my family waited quite a bit for them to even take our order when we got our order somehow we got others peoples food in our sandwich. When we asked to talk to a manager they said there was no manger on site that day and they weren't sure when they would be in. Highly wouldn't recommend coming here because you will be waiting forever to get your food, your food will be contaminated with other peoples toppings from their sandwiches!!!!!!!!

I thought that I would give this Culver's a second chance, but I quickly realized that it doesn't matter how many chances they get, they still won't get it right. About a month ago we were in New Glarus for a basketball tournament, we took our family of 7 to Culver's to eat after the games. It was busy, we are a large group, and it was right at lunch time. We ended up getting half of our order and the half that we got was half wrong. I went up and told them about it and they finished making our food and also fixed what was wrong, only they still forgot some of our stuff. We weren't offered any coupons which was fine. However, today, we thought we would give them a 2nd chance after yet another tournament. It wasn't as busy and we only had 4 of us...they forgot to make our food this time!!! The 3 orders after us got their food and we were sitting there waiting...again. They did offer us coupons this time but when they brought our food out to us, one of our orders were forgotten again. Never again will we come to this location, I will drive out of my way to eat elsewhere!

Don’t know how to rate the food because we never got any. They were pushing an online ordering option and there was a long line. Tried to add a credit card four times. Finally got it added and got an error message to refresh my page, which then took me to a blank screen. Went to talk to the manager and he only said “ok”. Didn’t offer to get the order entered, no apology, no nothing. So instead of waiting in line after already spending a significant amount of time testing to order, we just left.

Order was mostly right but the thing that was disturbing was one female staff apparently can't keep her hands to herself. Four different co-workers had to tell her to not touch them. She even went so far as to pat one of them on the backside. I'm pretty sure that's sexual harassment. 🤔 When asked to stop she laughed like it was funny but the look on the others face was clearly not joking. When I spoke to one of the people I was informed she's training to be management. I gave them the number for a lawyer for sexual harassment in the workplace.

Nice kids working there, but no clue what they are doing when they enter an order incorrectly. I ordered a basket. I was given no fries. I had to go in (they wouldn’t put fries in my bag). I went in. They said the cashier must have made a mistake. My ticket didn’t say I ordered fries. I said I asked for a basket. They said I needed to pay for the fries. I asked if they were going to give me the discounted price as part of the basket. Staff just kept going about their business saying they were sorry. I just left my food there. It’s fries. Put them in the customer’s bag and move on.

Went to Subway. Just completely irritated, so figured I’d love a non-memorable statement by leaving my food behind and going elsewhere. Hopefully my money goes back to customer service training.

If manager replies to my review, I already left feedback at the company website. I appreciate your apology. Save it. When a customer sits outside, and then states to the worker that the fries are missing, and then goes in to address it, they are on the level. When the worker says that the takeout cashier might have made a mistake, the outcome should be to give the customer their fries. You aren't going bankrupt over fries. Customer experience is everything. Will my review make a difference to anyone? No.

Happened again tonight (2 weeks later). Do employees know what it means to ask for the sandwich as part of a BASKET???? Definitely done with this Culver's.

They consistently get my order wrong and typically give me custard that is half melted. I ordered fish with two sides and got shrimp with one side and not even the one I asked for. The mini concrete mixer turned out to be a single scoop of vanilla. The chocolate with brownie pieces had cookie dough instead. Initially they completely forgot the ice cream and drink we ordered AND they gave me the receipt showing all of the correct items listed. I live nearby and have used this location for years. They have severely gone down hill with order accuracy.
