I love Culver’s and bring my family here every time. This has to have been the worse service we have received. We had to show our receipt to prove that we ordered no cheese. They argued with us. Then my 6 year old went up to ask for extra ranch for $.50, they wouldn’t give him one because with tax is $.53. You will no longer have my family of 8 come to your location after spending more than $100. You lost a dedicated customer over $.03.

Genuinely this Culver's location has always been ol reliable. Been here quite a few times and each time the service is always quick and polite, the inside of the restaurant has been clean and tidy, and the food has always been very consistent. Never had a screwed up order, burger come out looking like they're ready for the commercial, and the pricing is fair. Dunno what more I could ask for from Fast Food.

When I go into a drive through it’s because I don’t want to park my car. I can understand having to sit and wait a few minutes, that doesn’t bother me. But when you send me around the corner of your building where I have to park my car and back out of the spot to leave, I may as well just went inside. What’s the sense of the drive through at that point? Furthermore, that side of the building is directly in the sun. ZERO SHADE. So you sent me to cook in the sun while I wait for my food. INCREDIBLY DISRESPECTFUL SERVICE!

Yesterday we had some valid concerns and issues with the staff and management after raising the concerns we ask to speak to a general manager and the manager on duty took our name and number and told us that one of the owners by the name of Jason will be contacting us to assist with our concerns.

After speaking with Jason he assured us that he will be addressing our concerns with sincerity, I want to give Jason and his team 5stars for addressing our concerns in a timely manner , by responding in a timely manner this made it a win-win situation for everybody in a meaningful way thanks New Richmond Wisconsin Culver’s keep up the good work. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I visited Culver’s in New Richmond and was extremely disappointed. The food was cold and unappetizing. The fries were soggy and lukewarm, the cheese curds tasted like they had been sitting out for hours, and the soda was flat and served without ice. The patty melt was barely warm, and the onions were cold and unappetizing. It was clear that the food had been sitting around for too long. 

The service was equally poor. The staff seemed disorganized and uninterested in providing quality service. When I brought my concerns to their attention, they were dismissive and unhelpful.

Overall, this was a terrible dining experience. I will not be returning to this location and would not recommend it to others

If you want your children to work here don’t. They will cut hours and say they “pay you for what you work” they are deducting bathroom breaks and more. My son worked 3 hours left sick they paid him for 30minutes. DWD has been contacted. Also, if your child has specials needs or a slight learning disability they will discriminate and not allow them to work once they find out Just watch as an

I am traumatized. I got off work today and my girlfriend and I went here to get a milkshake before we drove home. I used to love coming here until today. I will not go back to this location ever again. I got a large strawberry shake, and my girlfriend got a vanilla malt. We got our shakes and began to drive home. I took 3 big sips, everything was great. My 4th sip was good too until I felt something very hard in the back of my mouth. The strawberry shakes here have real strawberry. I went to chew the little pieces and felt something hard as a rock. I thought at first that it was a hard strawberry seed or something, I almost swallowed, but something told me to bite again, still hard as a rock. So I stuck my fingers in my mouth to try and pull out whatever it was, and it was a thick piece of plastic that had a sharp edge on it. As soon as a saw it I started hyperventilating and going into a panic attack. I have health anxiety and stuff like this can not happen to me. My girlfriend immediately turned the car around, and drove back to the restaurant, we parked and went right in with both of our shakes and the piece of plastic. I'm still hyperventilating and crying as we walk up to the counter. We ask the cashier if we can see a manager, she got us the manager right away. I don't know what the managers name was, she was a younger lady with goose earrings on. My girlfriend told her that I found plastic in my shake, she had to speak for me because I couldn't talk because I was so freaked out. The manager just responded with "we don't even have plastic like that here" and the cashier then asked us if we wanted a refund and if we wanted it as cash or back on the card, or if we wanted our drinks remade. We said a refund back on the card. No one even asked if we were okay, or if I had cut the inside of my mouth. They just acted as if I put the plastic in my own drink. I don't know if the plastic was in the strawberries or in the ice cream. But I hope they went through it all to make sure there wasn't anymore plastic, because if they didn't then they potentially served a bunch of plastic filled ice cream to a bunch of people today. I'm just very upset that no one was even a least bit concerned that I could have swallowed that plastic and would of sliced the whole inside of my stomach open. This experience has completely ruined restaurant drinks for me, now I will always feel like I need to move my tongue around in my mouth before swallowing my drink, just to make sure that nothing slices my throat on the way down... So thank you for that

I went through the drive through few weeks ago, ordered a Patty melt, and found it was missing the meat. I went back in and explained the situation, they apologized (trainee on the grill), made me a new sandwich and gave me some custard, on the house.
Unfortunately, they were so nice about it, I missed a golden opportunity for a Karen-style meltdown.

Tonight I went there for 3 kids cheese burger meals. Had to go back 3 times!! Every single time I went back because all the burgers were cold!!! The last time I went back the cook came to the window was very rude and told me my food was not cold then leaned out of the window to snatch my cold burger out of my hand.
