I have been to this location for years. Most of the time, it’s through the drive-thru but there have been rare instances of me showing up here in-person. The food is very good. The staff is very nice. The single cheeseburgers even when ordered well-done are amazing, the cheese curds are also the most amazing I could hardly ever imagine. The staff is very nice and they make sure your order is correct. They make sure their food is up to quality, and actually very good. The place inside is very clean. This place is the best place I have been going to for years and highly trust it.

Whoever they have cooking in the evenings does not know how to cook. I come to this location a lot, and they use to have buttery carmalized brown smash burgers with big pieces of crispy bacon. The last couple of weeks I've been receiving very low quality food and I'm not sure what's going on. I ordered a lemon cooler today and there was chocolate all rimming the cover and it looked disgusting. And for like the third time in the last couple of weeks I received a grey burger with little crunchy burnt bits all over it and the bun with some tiny rubbery anemic bacon strips. I used to think this was the best location but not anymore. I'll go somewhere else. This is bogus.

Update: So we decided to give this Culver's another try. You guys are promoting a new burger and I'd rather give you this burger back than even eat it. I got one lousy curled up piece of bacon. In the middle of it *see photo. I asked for a single and I got a double. I can't even pull them apart because they're stuck together. $40 for some food and you can't even get the sauce in the bag for the tenders.

$40 for 3 meals. A simgle patty, 4 tenders and bacon cheese butter burger. When did they start serving McDonald's burgers. There's no wieght to my burger. It's as thin as a piece of cheese. There's more bun then there is burger. So very disappointing. I used to like Culver's. I think I'm done eating there. What a let down 👎👎👎
And maybe have a friendly sounding employee on the speaker. She sounded so annoyed with having to take our order.

before i say anything i want to point out brandon (a younger male who i've seen working around 6:30 pm on 7/24/25 ) for going above and beyond. i was in the drive though and he was delivering my food when there was a bunch of issues (not his fault) and he immediately hurried and corrected them and was very very sweet even though i could tell he was busy. he took no time at all to correct his coworkers mistakes and i didn't even have to go inside- unlike every other time they mess up my order. up until recently culver's has been the go to, but something changed. i'm not sure if sauces now come out of their paychecks or what but even when i pay for multiple sauces i still only get 1 and have to come inside and ask for more when i go through the drive through on my 30 min break. if it's just once or twice- whatever... but its every single time i go! and i go here for my lunch break almost every day i work since it's the closest thing to my job. another thing is the cheese curds are usually good but sometimes they're overcooked and ALL of the cheese comes out and burns and it's just hollow and tastes gross.. i shouldn't have to pay $8 for that. (picture included) if i ask for a lemon cooler with 2 flavors i only get one which sucks since I've done that every summer and i was looking forward to it this year. another thing is you have to beg for napkins and you still probably won't get them and if you plan on coming here for a 30 min break just know you won't have time to eat it because it takes 15+ mins for the food to come. there's like fifty 14 year olds working in there and they just stand around. overall culver's is pretty good, the food is great.. it just depends on whose working if you want your order 100% :/

We visited on 5/10 around 3pm and were very frustrated with our dine-in experience. Both burgers were cool to the touch, as well as the fries. The chili on the other hand was scalding hot and not able to be eaten for the duration we were there. The tables and floor were not clean either. Many of the staff appeared unhappy although the staff member who brought our food to us was helpful and kind. One positive is that the bathrooms were mostly clean. We were hoping for a better experience, as prior dine-in experiences were also unsatisfactory (wrong items brought out to table, cold food). It is in a great location and we really hope for improvement.

This location is ridiculous on how many orders they get wrong. While waiting 20 minutes I saw numerous people come back to the counter for wrong or incomplete orders. First sign I should have checked mine. I Get home and the double I ordered was a single. Absolutely no reason to short change your customers when 15 people working behind the counter and nobody can get it right. Owner needs to do better with hiring and training because his staff sucks.

Absolute sheer madness any time of the day. Every time I come in there’s no where to stand, customers are confused and everyone is skipping each other getting angry.

25 employees at a time and most are just standing there staring at you. I’ve never been inside such a hectic restaurant atmosphere. Half are laughing goofing off while one cashier is taking orders for a line of 15 people. This place is quite literally hell on earth every time I go in. Food is great, wish the service was at least half decent.

Managers seem absolutely non existent, a bunch of high school kids feeding the masses like chickens with their heads cut off.

I placed an online order outside of the restaurant, it took them 30 minutes to get it to me.

Usually this place is fantastic and the workers are very kind (especially Jackson) but today they were pretty slammed. I ordered chicken tenders and they came frozen in the middle. I told them about it and they remade it fairly quickly but it was again frozen so I just asked for a refund and dipped. I think because they were busy it was just something that slipped and usually I wouldn't care but I ended up getting sick from the cold chicken. Again, usually this place is great but I think they should be a bit more careful especially with frozen/raw chicken.

Constant issues with organization and keeping orders together. The teens that work here try really hard but there is very little organization between them. I’ve had multiple issues with carry out mobile orders where half of the order gets done while the other half of the order never gets completed or is finally done 20 minutes after the first half. It’s very frustrating to have to check in with the staff multiple times to get a simple order of two kids meals. For example tonight I placed the order at 7:57pm. Checked in with the counter worker at 8::08pm. Had to follow up with them twice and then finally got my food at 8:25pm. Nearly 30 minutes for 2 chicken tender kids meals.

There is something horribly wrong with their ice machine and my main reason for this review.

I was charged $18 for a kids meal and 1 single burger through the drive through, so I had to go inside to correct the mistake.

I poured ice/coke in the cup and didn’t realize anything at the time. Other than the area being dirty, sticky, and no straws.

We drank some during the car ride home. Once we got home I didn’t bring the cup inside. We left home to go to the store and noticed a horrible smell within the car. I couldn’t figure out what it was until I put my face close to the cup. The cup literally reeked of fish, like old garbage that has been sitting. The only logical explanation is the ice? We are stick to our stomachs over this.

Depends what time of day you come and which Culver's you go to. 3 times I have gone thru the drive thru, paid, get a sticker and waited for food and never received the food!!!!! Not fun having to get out of your vehicle and find out where your paid for food is. And nothing is done...no discount or coupon. NOTHING!!! Just a sorry. Lately I try to avoid this Culver's because it always seems like they're backed up, not necessarily because they're busy. I don't think they keep up with orders but now this last time I went there for the rarity of actually getting myself a Sundae. I got a caramel cashew Sundae when I received the Sunday. There was barely a full scoop. Plenty of caramel. There was about five cashews and no Maraschino cherry one of my favorite parts of a Sundae is the maraschino cherry and the young lady that gave it to me was about the crabbiest little girl I've ever seen. If you don't like your job then quit, not sure if I will be going back to this particular Culver's anytime soon unfortunately since it's on my drive home everyday. I'm only giving it one star because not only was the customer service terrible but my Sundae was also not very good considering it's almost $7.

Kid on the speaker clearly did not want to be there. The Culver's in Franklin a mile away is far better all around, save your money going to this one. Don't stay open until 11 if youre not going to serve fresh food until 11 especially when it's 30$ for two people, McDonald's would've been better.

Culver's was so delicious at one time. But recently, not so much. The hubby and I had the butter burgers and they were not good. Then we spent $30 for two perch dinners on a recent Friday and that was a huge disappointment! The fish was so bland, it was like when you have a cold with congestion and cannot taste a thing. The fish was falling apart and soggy. Will not be going back. Culver's do better for the prices you charge. Not worth it.

I’ve given this place multiple times before leaving a review. Everytime I come here my order gets messed up. Fine ok I get it but today I’m mad. I place a very small order. Pulled into a spot to wait. After watching 10-15 cars roll thru and a half hour of waiting I decide to go inside. Oh sorry sir we don’t have your ticket I don’t know what to tell you. Excuse me I paid I better not have to go get my phone, receipt and ticket. Treated rudely I got my order and left. Bottom line is there is too many kids and not enough adults with situational awareness to make this place run smooth. You would think after walking past a car for a half hour in a wait spot with a ticket on the car you would check on that. Nope. No clear understanding or awareness by staff. Just rude kids. I love Culver’s but after today even free food wouldn’t get me to come back to this one. I took my grandkids to the Culver's drive through and picked up lunch. Although it was freezing outside, Jamie greeted us with a warm smile and welcomed us to Culver's. It was a pleasure placing my order and I was impressed with her demeanor throughout. The food was great, as always, and we look forward to our next visit to our "special place."

I've been here a few times, twice I received the wrong order, and every time I've been here the wait has been over 15 minutes in the drive thru. This is the only Culver's location I've ever experienced workers getting my order wrong, and taking so long to get orders out. Culver's as a company in general has great product and good service, but this location lacks at delivering that standard. The employees try their best and are friendly -- I think that they are severely understaffed.
