My friend and I ordered Culver's through Door Dash. I ordered the fish sandwich. Immediately after my friend sent in the order I called to make sure NO tarter sauce due to an egg ALLERGY in the mayonnaise. The gentleman that took my call said he'd make sure there wouldn't be any tarter sauce on my sandwich. I gave him the name on the Door Dash order so he would know which customer.

The order comes and there is tarter sauce on the sandwich. Money wasted as I am severely allergic and will immediately go into anaphylaxis. I am starving at work. At least my French fries were good.

Went through the drive thru for custard on a busy Friday. Ordered two cones and a sundae, and at the window we were handed 3 dishes of liquid custard and an apology. I appreciate the apology, but would also appreciate being told when we ordered that there was no frozen custard. I understand the crew is young, but I would hope there was a manager to prevent this. First off, the food is excellent nearly all the time. Mistakes are made on occasion, but it's not to the extent that I am dissuaded from coming back for more. This place gets really busy during any mealtime. That should be no surprise to anyone. Reviews complaining that the line is long during lunch/dinner should be ignored because those complaints are absurd. They do a very good job considering how busy it gets. My main complaint is their online ordering process, or lack thereof. The online ordering is fine, but getting your food is the atrocious part of the process. There really is no process for retrieving your food from the interior of the location. When you walk in for an online order, you have to wait in line to tell someone you're here for an online order. Then, you're usually told your meal is not yet ready. So, in this situation, I ask how will I know when it is ready? Cashiers have no response because there is no process for this. I have stood there waiting for 10-20 minutes, all to find out my food was sitting there ready all along. Needless to say, that means the food was lukewarm or even cold. If they would either discontinue online ordering or create a simple pickup process, this would not be the huge problem it is. But again, the food is great. I gave up on online ordering. I now am strategic about when I go to Culver's. I avoid the rush of mealtimes and eat a little later than most people do. Short wait, great burgers, chicken, fries, and they do have very good/friendly workers.

UPDATE: the new crispy spicy chicken sandwich is not better than its predecessor. It's still good, but it's a step down from its predecessor. The only improvement made is that they made mayo a default topping/ingredient for the new sandwich. I also find it interesting that they did not change the tenders at all. I am assuming they went with a different supplier/product for the chicken breasts due to price increases, but they were able to continue selling the classic tenders.

I ordered a double hamburger with the works in the drive thru. The worker on the speaker thought that I wanted a cheeseburger. Took a bit to clear it up. No big deal. My hamburger showed up at my car in a perfectly acceptable time frame. I checked the burger before I took my first bite. No onions. FWIW, I usually drive to Culver’s in Hartland. The seem to do much better… I waited until the delivery person came out the next time because there was a vehicle in line ahead of me. I explained to him as clearly as I could that they missed the onions. I handed him the burger asking that it be remade. He came back a little while later handing me back my original burger and a separate box of onions. When I got asked “What can I make fresh for you today”? Apparently I can get fresh onions separately from a kinda cooled down burger.

Im torn. Normally I have a pretty good experience here but this wasn't good. I ended up throwing most of it away. I got the 2 piece fish dinner. I didn't expect greatness considering it was a fast food place but I also didn't expect it to be horrible. It tasted like the oil hadn't been changed in a long time. Ordered the grilled chicken sandwich value meal. I’m not sure what they did to the chicken but it was way too salty and was like rubber. The lettuce was mushy and it ended up in the garbage, I wouldn’t even feed it to a dog. The fries were perfect and the snicker swirl ice cream was wonderful. Probably won’t return, I have had many orders messed up not discovered until I got home.

Ordered through the drive thru. I ordered the Wisconsin Melt. This is what they gave me. Of course it was not edible. One side was burned and clearly I did not check the other side which was worse, before taking a bite How can anyone think this was ok to give to a customer. Was not able to return to the store so, I contacted them online. Completed the form and it said someone would reach out. A week and a half later, have not heard anything from the store.

This place has a bunch of 14-16 year old kids working here. I stood at the counter for 10 minutes waiting for someone to take my order. 4 kids were all standing at the drive-through window talking to eachother. This Culver's has the worst parking/drive-thru set-up that I have ever seen. It wasn't incredibly busy when we were there, but the drive-thru line cut off access to the parking lot unless you drove around to the back of the building. Same for exiting. So probably fine if you are just going through the drive-thru, but not great for anyone trying to get into the restaurant. Service was mediocre. They forgot my daughter's silverware, messed up my order, delivered an order to our table that belonged to someone else, etc. Nothing terrible, but pretty atypical compared to other locations we've been to. If we're back in the area I would probably choose another restaurant.

Well-run Culver’s. Drive-thru moves fast even when it looks packed. Food was hot, order was accurate, and the staff was friendly without overdoing it.

This was our worst experience food was cold Burgers were burnt Cheese was cold. Tables were disgusting dirty not cleaned off. I don't know what happened, but those are not fresh. Made and the tomato was white, not even red, it was terrible. And the presentation of the burger was messy like it just got slapped on and thrown together was horrible. 3/3/25 who ever was delivering orders to the drive thru line at about 12:30ish did an outstanding job! She was so nice and very efficient. Thank you very much for doing a great job! I don’t know her name but she had a cat named bumper I think! So cute! Also the food was delicious. I got the buffalo chicken tenders and fries! Fries were cooked perfectly and so were the tenders! THANK YOU to all of the employees for your hard work! A lot of people have never worked in the industry and don’t understand how it works. I think this is the last time we will be coming to this Culver’s. The last few times we have come here, the food has been mediocre and items have been missing. Tonight it happened yet again. We ordered 2 value baskets one with a large cheese curd and another with broccoli with cheese sauce. We were given a medium fry and did not get the cheese sauce. The cheese curds are an up charge as well is the cheese sauce. I get you’re busy, but slow down and double check the orders. The last few times we came I gave them the benefit of the doubt, but the same mistakes are becoming more and more consistent.

I normally love Culver’s. However the last few times I’ve gotten fries they weren’t done all the way through. And definitely not crispy. Today I ordered a bacon deluxe basket. Fries not crisp, burger was barely warm. And I got a double my fault for not looking at the on screen order better. The cheese was just slapped not melted and I ordered it with mayo and ketchup. Ordered shrimp dinner and tenders basket.. girl was polite and friendly. Food was cold no sauce when ordered with shrimp fries were cold. second time today going in and they were advertising soups for today none of which were accurate, manager askign for their orders, goes into the kitchen hair hanging loosely and touching food product with no gloves on this is not appropriate for food service workers to be doing. Managers or not. Very much against food safety standards. Any restaurant should be known to this and aware of this. any manager with food safety is aware that touching food products without gloves and hair down is against all standards. I will never go there again. Ask for soup and response from manager is those were from yesterday and I don't know why they have not updated as she flies her arms in a who knows gesture. This made for a very unpleasant visit just for some soup and some other things we ordered. attitude and atmosphere was rash and unprofessional when asked the questions to the managers. then told they had no soup because none was made.

Went through the drive through. Had to give my order twice, checked the screen carefully to make sure my order was correct. Waited in line, line was backed up and I was asked why I was still waiting. Hmmm, because I don't have my order? Got an order and after I got on my way discovered it wasn't my order and there was so much ketchup ( I specifically said NO ketchup, 3 times) it ran down my hand and onto my clothing as well as filled the bag. If you get one of the high school air heads who is physically there, but "the lights aren't all on upstairs",
or

The shake I ordered was just chilled liquid custard (not churned) mix with ice and blended. The food is mediocre, but what is more so unsatisfactory, is the Service & their Staffing Issues. The space is extremely small in this culvers...but, that's not anyone's fault really. But when it's paired with subpar service and food, the whole experience was just wretched. I don't know if I've ever experienced a bad culvers before.

The cheese curds were really more of just fried breading, no cheese. Our sandwiches were thrown together, with the meat folded over. Our malts and shakes were not even mixed with syrup all over the sides and delivered with ice cream all over them on the outside.

It appears as if most of the staff is young kids without much for adult presence.

Go on to the next culvers. Don't stop here.
