Culver’s is the goat. Oct 3rd we went for lunch before the Oregon HoCo parade. We were welcomed with a warm greeting. Food was hot and delicious. Building was clean. 5 stars every time!

I'd say staff is generally pleasant and orders are correct about 90% of the time. I know they're very busy and doing their best. The registers seem like they may be a bit complicated for some of the employees taking the orders; especially if you have additions or subtractions to what you're getting. No big deal, they make it right no questions asked. The building is usually clean and stocked. I appreciate very much they also employ people with some genetic conditions to give them something meaningful to do. If only others in society who live off the government would want to work like these great people....

Moved to Oregon a week ago, and ate here three separate times. Hot and delicious, with properly salted fries (shockingly hard to find at other Culver's locations). Double drive through lane, and kind workers. Overall great experience.

Stingy, inconsistent at best, portions.

I don't have high expectations when I'm getting food from a drive through. I expect the order to be right and the portions to be a good value for the money. Waiting during a rush is fine as long as the food is hot and the custard is cold.

That's not always the case here. So if I'm on the fence about stopping at this Culver's location...I don't. In fact, if I am driving through McFarland, Stoughton, Evansville, or Todd drive I will stop at any of those before considering this one nearest home.

I hope they find their footing, but this one isn't there yet.

It's fine food, but gave us no bun on our sandwich. How do we eat? We also had a turtle sundae, with the cherry on the bottom, which feels lazy. We had to wait longer for a curdside order than the time the gave us too. One ice cream already melted when we got it.

Disappointed with the service here.

Granted it was raining, but we hit the drive thru and waited for our food. We got a specific food item (three small ice creams of the day) and watched as the service workers constantly went from car to car trying to deliver our food to other people.

We told the workers multiple times, “hey, that’s our food” but we’re continually shut down by the employees saying “it’s not your order, yours isn’t ready yet.” The final straw was the third time I see the employees walking around outside, in the rain with our food, and the bag is clearly wet and slowly ripping. Suddenly (but not unexpectedly), the bag rips and the food tumbles to the ground.

No one wants to see your food fall to the ground like that. It’s embarrassing.

I went in and heard the staff discussing their orders, apparently they had an issue with the order and gave us the wrong number. I’d give them the benefit of the doubt about that, but no one apologized, I asked for a refund and at least I got that. The staff was frustrated, I was frustrated. Really bad experience there and hope they can get a manager there who doesn’t look like a deer in the headlights when dealing with this kind of situation.

At least I got a Dr. Pepper out of it, but now I’m across the street at Kwik Trip getting a burger.

I love Culver’s, but this location is getting a little crazy. I used curb side pickup in advanced and followed all the instructions and STILL ended up waiting 35 minutes for our food. Literally the longest wait for food. I do not understand it whatsoever. Inside or drive thru takes forever. We have literally been sitting here for 20 minutes in the drive thru. You can tell there’s a lot of kids working their first job here so they’re learning they need to hire more people with experience and pay them well to stay.

I looked at the reviews after eating here and was like wow.

I had the walleye it was average I eat it at every Culver’s I go to while it’s in season.

We didn’t wait long.

The lady at the drive through kept getting my order wrong she couldn’t hear me not sure why.

Overall it was faster food and since we were in town for dance competitions it was lovely to have so close.

I’m a business owner myself keep working on the hiring process Culver’s sells itself.

Ugh, tried the walleye tonight (3/14/25), time to CHANGE THE OIL! Of 2 pieces, pretty much 90% of it was burnt breading, definately not worth the cost.

I wish there would be ONE person that checks each order before it goes out the door! Time and time again there’s something missing from the order. Tonight, it was missing the 2 cocktail sauce cups that were clearly printed on the $30.00 drive thru order. Those missing items tend to have an impact on the overall meal.

This Culver’s just can’t figure it out. It’s been almost 2 years and I’ve always tried to give them the benefit of the doubt because I wanted a Culver’s in my hometown up until the point I graduated and left town. Every time I come back to town and stop here I am just left disappointed, the food is usually fine and the service is friendly enough but the wait times are absolutely egregious. I frequently place mobile orders when I visit this location and almost everytime I’m waiting 10-15 minutes after the order is supposedly ready. Hope you’re not in a rush because the staff certainly is not.

Absolutely horrible service. We waited 30 minutes to get my food the order was placed at 9:01pm and didn’t get it till 9:30 PM after I had said something. Then I get a block away check the bag and the french fries are missing. This Culver’s just can’t seem to get it together. Maybe it’s time for a new management team. Ordered ahead and told it would be ready at 6:05pm. Arrived there 6:10 and got in the curd side lane. Food finally arrived at 6:39. Our order included 2 root beers but we got two root beer floats. That would be an upgrade but my wife won't touch a float so had no drink at all.

Do not eat here. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich yesterday (9/24), and it was completely inedible—rubbery and crunchy on the inside, clearly undercooked. I couldn’t call right away because I work, and when I finally had a chance to call today, they refused to refund me because I didn't report it yesterday. I didn’t have time last night, and this was the first moment I could call. Instead of making it right and refunding me, they offered a coupon for another item. Why would I want to eat here again after being served undercooked chicken? Absolutely not. I will never eat at this Culver's and I'm very disappointed in the service I received from the manager who I spoke with.

I used to like Culver's. My family and I ate dinner there often. Twice or three times a week due to our activities schedule. It was a life saver.
I tried this location to see if the food was better.
What used to be a delicious burger in all its varieties is now an overcooked slab of cardboard on a cold doughy bun.
I'm afraid I have no more use for Culver's. I have tried five locations across the state in the last year. It would seem the current quality of food is poor across the franchise.

The world's only bad Culver's. We used to go every week until we consistently ran into problems. We give them another chance every couple months but it's still problems every time. Expired milk in kids meals (multiple times), missing items, melted ice cream in drive thru (obviously sitting on counter for 15 minutes while waiting for food), stale room temp curds and fries, flavor of the day is basically just vanilla or chocolate with 2 strawberries or 2 pieces of cookie dough or 2 pecans, etc etc. Tonight's example of garbage was the menu board reading $3.29 for a single scoop waffle cone, being charged $3.99, and the employee being confused/unwilling to do anything - "well that's what my computer screen says.". Nice to see we've moved from poor quality to legit false advertising.. Just save yourself the headache & drive to Stoughton or Verona or Todd Dr.

Weird flavor of the day, Creamy Lemon Crumble. Wasn't bad, lemony. For some reason the custard consistency was grainy. Not sure if it was from the FOTD or poor custard making.
