We were traveling and stopped for dinner. You always know that Culver’s has good food. I always get the fish, mashed potatoes and coleslaw. It is so good and it was so hot. I would have loved the frozen custard but I was not eating sweets that day. I think the price for my meal was good too. I liked the counter person. He was very nice. I like that Culver’s hires disabled people. Culver’s restaurants are always clean with lots of staff.

In the past I've contacted the owners of this Culver's with some frank remarks about the quality of the service and the food they served. These days, my experience as a customer is of improvement. There are still periods of disorganization- like the time I was handed a cheeseburger with all the fixins and no burger in it - but on the whole you can get a decent meal at a decent price in a nice setting.

It can get loud when it's real busy. The burgers are not as good as they used to be. I stick to the fish which is best eaten there as it can get soggy quite fast. The flavor and quality of fish is always good. The ruben is always a solid choice too. Mixers are hit or miss. Sometimes there is barely any toppings depending on who makes them. I get mixers far less than I used to. Even ordering a double snickers you can sometimes barely find any snickers at all.

There is definite room for improvement. Though I've seen many rude customers here, and they are always busy. I don't know how long I'd honestly last with all the rude people I've seen come here. I have worked in the service industry myself and stick up for them every chance I get. I go out of my way to be kind to the workers, unless they are rude to me first. Which thankfully has never happened at Culver's.

This culvers has messed up our orders more times then they get it right. I've traveled around the state and ate at several other locations and this by far is the worst. Several times the flavor of the day has been totally wrong and doesn't include some of the toppings showed in the picture. Other visits I've ordered and drove 25 minutes home and gave my family the food to open the box and realize my sandwich doesn't even have a bun on top. Today was my last visit, got charged for my tomato's and lettuce that never were added to the burgers I got.

I went in there to order food to eat during my time at the Laundromat. I don't know who it was at the counter when I got there; she was an older lady with grey-ish hair. But she didn't even acknowledge me at all. In fact she started to talk to someone right behind me. Had she said something like "I'll be you in a moment" I would have been fine with it. She ignored a customer and that is absolutely unacceptable. Because of her terrible customer service I will never eat at that establishment any more.

An employee held the door open for the elderly couple who arrived before us. He was pleasant to chat with. Our order is correct, and the food tastes good. The restaurant is clean too. As we left, an employee thanked us for coming.

The staff was friendly and efficient. My Culver's deluxe was hot, well put together, and had fresh veggies on it. My fries were crispy and lightly salted. My single scoop of vanilla with strawberries and hot fudge was perfectly executed. Other fast food stores could learn from these folks. Two thumbs up.

As a huge fan of Culver’s for over 15 yrs, I was shocked at my experience today. I have always known I paid a premium for great burgers, fries and shakes, but as of today they have lost this customer. I ordered a large chocolate shake, proceeded to the window and paid $5.97, which I thought was higher than a couple weeks ago, but I let go. They then proceeded to give me a medium and when I said, no I ordered a large, I was told it is the new large. I discussed this with the manager, who was very nice and polite, but I am not going to pay more and receive 4 less oz (almost 17% less) and asked for my money back. Sadly, Culver’s has gone from Wisconsin nice, to I could care less, large corporation. You just lost a once a week customer.

I went for late lunch around 3:30pm today and each of the staff working were so friendly. Cornelius stood out most of all. He has to be the sweetest, most friendliest person I've ever met. Encouraged me to try a new sauce, that I loved, and made sure I had everything I needed. By far the best experience at Culvers, or really any fast food places, before. Thank you!

It was absolutely delicious.. pretty much always good there. I like to get a butter burger w cheese and their french fries with mayo to dip is the best ever. My daughter could only have soft foods at that time so she decided ice cream was in order so she had chocolate with marshmallow topping which the counter person had recommended because there are just a lot of choices for toppings she couldn't decide. Overall it was a positive experience.

Amazing customer experience! I love Culver's but this experience today was horrible.The head (Scott)was very rude.The other servers are polite and make you feel comfortable but Scott spoke with everyone but me and it was very disrespectful and uncomfortable.I ordered food just like any other customer so why treat me differently.I will not dine in because of him.His uniform was unsanitary and he was very loud but My food was awesome and the other workers were spectacular.

Hands down worst Culver’s I’ve ever gone to. So many staff members, but such little quality. I worked as a fast food manager for multiple years and I’ve never seen such huge mistakes be made. I had three baskets (Which I went inside to order for carry out to know I was in NO rush) and they found a way To only give me one sandwich and sides in a separate bag AND make it wrong. Just a chicken patty on bread with a slice of cheese?? For the price of this food, I shouldn’t have to check my bags before leaving to know my family won’t be out of an entire meal. A condiment slip up is something but this is just hilariously bad. Someone on the phone told me they could help me but nothing came of that. I came back the next evening after my second 13 hour shift, but even with the receipt and a picture of what I opened when I got home, they couldn’t help me. They said they have no way to know that I am telling the truth to them. I thanked them for their time, but it’s seriously a joke how many people are working and there is still mistakes every single time.

I wait all year for the curd burger, it's definitely my favorite! I was a little sad pulling up and they tell me they're not doing it anymore (which would have been fine, however there was a paper up still advertising it). None the less I still order because I love the food, and the gentlemen at the window made me extremely happy, complementing my bag and how well I take care of my car (my car is my pride and joy) so it put a big smile on my face someone noticed. Tonight I was really excited to get ice cream and was dissapointed to find out that even though all my sisters and I ordered a kids scoop of ice cream my sister got it in a bigger cup compared to me. The first picture is directly off Culver's website (same as on the drive thru menu board). The second picture is the sandwich I got. My tomato (not pictured) was thicker than my chicken or my bun. I get they dress up the food in pictures to sell more, but come on Culvers. It was busy, and we could tell, because the fries weren't cooked hardly at all. Hopefully, this gets to where it needs to within the organization, and they can change the old bait and switch advertising mentality.

Husband went to Culver's with a screen shot of a coupon I had for a bogo deal. Was told they do not take coupons of any kind there. The owner was rude and my husband went to the other Culver's. This owner went out of his way to call the other Culver's in town. Where they wouldn't even take the email at that time I forwarded to him at all.
This will be our last time eating at Culver's, since the owner called me (I called corporate about the coupon not being accepted) basically stating we were trying to scam him.

The burgers and chicken are consistent, which if you'd had Culvers you know that from one location to the next you can rely on the franchise to turn out a good product. The atmosphere is bland and chainy. Also expect to pay a bit more for the food compared to other chains, and I've heard that they pay a little better than say a McD ....but these kids working there aren't getting that much let's be honest here. The franchise and the founder are making that money.

Waited in the drive through for a while before giving up and trying to go inside, only to find it locked and empty. No sign letting people know it was closed or anything. It snowed last night, but the main roads were mostly clear this morning, there should’ve at least been a sign letting people know they’re closed so people didn’t waste time waiting in the drive through. Whoever owns this place needs to have a conversation with their management on how to handle being closed during regular open hours. Letting people wait in a long drive through line and sit at the speaker waiting for a response just for it to be closed without being notified by anything will definitely make people not come back. Putting a closed sign on the speaker is not a difficult task.

I've been to this location a dozen times and never had an issue until today. Unfortunately, I won't be going back.

I ordered for curbside pickup, and the email said it would be ready in 5 minutes. I get there when it says it's ready, click the "I'm Here" button on the email and wait....and wait. I stupidly waited 20 minutes before I decided to go inside and ask if they had my order. But the doors to the restaurant were locked! No sign saying they're closed today, no message apologizing for the inconvenience, nothing. So I walked back to my car and left. The line for drive thru was backed up through the entire parking lot. I was charged for the meal that I never received, and I wasted 25 minutes of my lunch break.

With the snow storm that hit last night, I'm sure they were short staffed. I get that things like this happen, but you have to set the expectations correctly. Maybe update the online ordering to say that it'll take 30 minutes to get your food or just take down the online ordering all together for the day. It feels silly saying this for a fast food restaurant, but this is unacceptable. I won't be back to this location.
