This is the worst Culver's in the chain. The store is filthy inside. The manager on duty was not only rude to me but she berated and yelled at her minor employees. It took a long time to get a refund.
At the drive thru I ordered a butter burger with everything on it and got one with nothing on it. The cheese curds were thrown in the bag upside down. I contacted Culver's online an hour after this and the owner of this location didn't get back to me for 3 weeks. He looked into my complaint, made excuses, was rude & dismissive and even looked up security video of me in my car including my license plate and specific details of my car (super creepy from a guy who can't manage a clean and friendly burger franchise) then wanted my home address. I left and went to Ardy & Ed's and got a great meal, a real burger and friendly service. I vote with my wallet and won't go to Culver's anymore since the HQ doesn't care.

Culvers is always the best fast food destination sure to please all with a wide selection of favorites, including some less-common fast food selections like a fish fry or fried chicken dinner. Being higher quality fast food, you will definitely pay a little more than you might at McD's, but you definitely get what you pay for. It's always my preferred destination when it comes to fast food - if you've never been, you are missing out! Might not always be ideal for large groups due to the cost, unless someone else is paying of course. Average price is $10 per person, but prices can jump higher with specialty entrees. Still, definitely worth checking out.

This was my second experience at a Culver’s (my last was in GB)and this time I tried the drive thru option. I purchased a chicken sandwich combo with fries and a drink. Myself and about 3-4 other drivers were pulling off to the side to wait for the food. While it took a few minutes , the food came out excellent . All staff I interacted with were very kind .

So low I don’t even want to put a star. My boyfriend just got off of work at 10:30, and went to Culver's to get us food so we could have SOMETHING to eat as we have both been very busy today, so much so, we haven’t even ate yet. He waited in his car for 30 minutes, no food. Went to go in to check why, and they regrettably told him they must have “misplaced” the order ticket and that it “would be out right away”. Guess what? It wasn’t. 30 more minutes, so a whole hour total of waiting. Had it been any other circumstance and it would’ve been left at the establishment. Absolutely ridiculous. This is not the first case of poor timing or mistakes, things like that happen quite frequently here. However, to wait an entire hour, even after 11pm, is absolutely and utterly ridiculous. Never ever stepping foot here again.

Disappointing experience, especially given that we usually love going to Culver’s. For one, the floors in the dining room and bathroom were trashed. All the catsup and napkin dispensers were empty. I would have understood if there was a rush or they were short staffed. It was 4:30 PM on a Sunday, and I counted 10 workers, a couple who were leaning on a counter and chatting.

Quality takes a nose-dive after 9pm!
They forgot to include onion rings in today's order.
They forgot to add bacon to her "Cranberry BACON Bleu Salad" last week and three weeks ago.
They forgot the side of cheese for the fries which cost extra two weeks ago.
They gave her a chicken sandwich with no toppings despite paying for extra toppings three weeks ago.

Be sure to check your order before you leave—mistakes happen about 90% of the time. If you have to go back through the drive-thru to get it corrected, expect to be yelled at by Ashley, the manager. She has aggressively blamed me for mistakes on multiple occasions. Maybe if she spent less time yelling at customers and more time managing the store properly, my order wouldn’t be wrong every time.

I won’t be returning to this location until she’s gone. She also refused to honor a Culver’s coupon on two separate occasions, citing a made-up rule that wasn’t mentioned anywhere on the coupon—even in the fine print. Other Culver’s locations are great, but this one is awful! I won't be back to this location until Ashley is fired or quits.

Guy at the counter doesn't understand English and barely speaks it. Every table including the floor in this place is absolutely filthy. The entire time I ate not 1 person came out to clean. We love Culver's and often go to one by Menards, Sun Prairie, Ripon WI as well as Ft. Myers Florida. All of these locations are fantastic. Unfortunately, everytime we visit the Koeller St. Location we are missing items or our order is messed up. We've had missing fries for baskets, missing cheese or burger patties we've paid extra for, burnt burgers, salads that were wilted. Etc..literally every single time we go there. This summer we bought two 8 piece chicken strips baskets...got home which is 10 miles from this location and we're missing large fries for both orders.
I immediately called the manager Ashley and she said she would send two coupons for free baskets in mail. When we finally received the coupons a month later, (I honestly thought she had forgotten) the coupons were for a "free regular fry". Are you kidding me? I contacted the main office for Culver's and I never heard back from them. I still have the email I sent them.
I will never again patronize this location.
I will go to the West Town location even though they are further away from my home.

Overall not satisfied with the service at this specific culvers location at all. When we walked in we saw that 90% of the tables in the whole dining room were dirty and there was so much trash and crumbs on the floor. First my order was taken at 8:45pm. Yes it was a little busy but not totally crazy.
The guy who was working the register in drive thru was completely rude and not educated in the food and what the concert mixer of the month is. He was also burping in the microphone while taking my order. No excuses me or I'm sorry. Got up to the window to pay. I explained to him again what the flavor of the month was which is the dove chocolate with raspberries that has been being advertised for the month. He still has no clue.
Pay for our order. He hands me a number and then closes the window. Doesn't say please pull ahead or into one of the spots.
We get our order at about 9pm
We noticed they forgot our Hi-c, the young lady went and got us one. While we were waiting for the drink we checked the rest of the order and noticed that our shakes were wrong.
We where supposed to have one vanilla and one strawberry. With nothing in them. In addition to those two shakes we where supposed to have a shake with the dove and raspberries again the special for the month that has been advertised.
Our vanilla shake perfect, our other two shakes where in correct.
The dove raspberry one has no raspberries in it just chocolate. The strawberry one had chocolate in it as well. I said something to the girls when she came back with our missing Hi-C
She said she would come back with a new one. Fast forward 10mins, no new shake. I went in and at that point my food was cold and shakes and ice cream where starting to melt. I spoke with Ashley who is a team leader or something. Told her what was going on and she preced to tell me that my order was correct and that she made them herself. I told her no they aren't and she can come out and look for herself which she said no and she made them right. I told her this was unexectable and that my food is now cold and my shakes and ice cream are melting. Her response is how is it melting it's cold outside. Well it's not cold in my warm car Ashley and given that it is now 9:10pm for an order that was taken at 8:45 things start to melt and get cold.
She finally said fine I will remake them but I know there are right. 9:18pm finally have the correct shakes, no apologies however my food was now cold in which nothing was done about that.
Very disappointed that I spent almost $43.00 for melted shakes, ice cream and cold food. Not to mention the attitude of the employees. Very disappointed. This is not the Culver's I grew up with nor the way this company has built their reputation on. Do better!! If I could give you zero stars I would.

Food was great as usual. Only complaint we had was hard to find a clean table n it wasn't that busy
