This is the slowest Culver's in the world. It would be faster for me to buy both a dairy calf and a beef calf, raise them both, make my own cheese and beef patties, produce my own wheat and potato fields, and assemble my own cheeseburger value basket in less time. Just okay, which is unlike any Cul ers I have ever visited. The restroom was a mess and when bringing it to an employees attention, she seemed uninterested. Food did not seem freshly made. First time I have ever had a bad experience at any Culvers.
One stall was out of order and the other had toilet paper all over the floor and my shoes were sticking to the floor. They were out of paper towels but also had an electric dryer.

The Culver’s in Pleasant Prairie consistently impresses with clean restrooms and friendly staff. The location is great, with nearby shopping to walk off your meal and a KwikTrip for convenient gas refills.

I'm a bit disappointed in the service and the smell of this Culvers. Weird I know. When we entered the restaurant the smell was undesirable and gross. We thought it was either the big garbage can going by behind the counter or, not sure. Because where we sat wasn't smelling good either. In fact we were so over it we left.
The 2 women behind the counter were swamped. I felt for them because it's hard to make the customers happy when their backed up.
Unfortunately this isn't the only Culvers having issues. Sad. Because we used to love walking in and enjoying our meals. Somethings not the same.

They make the best smash burgers. I am on keto diet and the double bacon without a bun plus substitution of fries for broccoli is outstanding. Also you get a discount for not ordering the bun. Culver’s is the best restaurant for ordering keto.

I’ll admit I’ve always had a soft spot for Culver’s, but I can honestly say this visit reminded me why. The food was delicious especially the cheese curds, which never disappoint. Prices are a little higher than they used to be, but that seems true everywhere these days, and the quality makes it worthwhile.

The customer service was excellent and the atmosphere felt warm and welcoming. I even ordered an ice cream sundae that I forgot to pick up because I was so full after my meal. When I called later, the manager was kind and accommodating, allowing me to come back another day to pick it up without any issue.

Overall, this location truly delivers on great food, wonderful service, and a friendly environment. I’ll definitely be back!

i ordered pretzel bites and ice cream with brownies i received both. the ice cream was perfectly fine. the pretzel bites didn’t come with cheese like it’s supposed to. i went back inside and asked for it they gave it to me and it was cold. barely even warm like it should be. i just dealt with it trying not to complain more or go back inside. when i tried the pretzel bites , there was NO salt, and they were barely even cooked. tasted like they weren’t even cooked. very disappointing.

i had to give the food a one star because two times now we’ve gone and they’ve forgotten my order lol wow two separate times, a third time they forgot to add the sauce they forced me to pay for. most recently when they forgot my spicy chicken sandwich (fries and soda came tho 🙄) when we called to inform them the manager didn’t seem to care about this happening to us multiple times, said she’ll relay the info to the franchise owner… sure jan. for how much you pay for their food you’d think you’d get everything you ordered, NOPE! oh but we’ll give you a free ice cream for our mistake… wow free ice cream.

Overall this a good quick service restaurant with better food than other "fast food" places.
My biggest "complaint" is with the inconsistent custard orders. This is not a problem with food, just custard. Sometimes it's mixed well, sometimes it has enough toppings, sometimes it doesn't.
But the team is always nice and it's a decent meal. Location is good too.

Christine took my order with workout hesitation and did not miss a beat. She is clearly plugged into what she is doing.

Mia is an absolute sweetheart. Polite and friendly. She takes pride in herself and her job. I saw her cleaning the dining room excellently. She also went behind the counter to help distribute orders.

Tia handed me my food with a smile and grace.

I also want to thank Miguel for taking the time to speak with me while on his break.

Ordered a sandwich and asked for cheddar instead of Swiss. Still got Swiss. Ate it anyways, whatever.
Then, I tried to exchange 10 scoopie tokens for the burger plush wearing the culvers that was in the display case. The manager told the employee I asked "no".
Then why was it in the scoopie token display?

So I went to the Green Bay Rd location. The manager there looked in the back for one. Didn't find any. But! He took my number down and said they would call when they get some in.

Don't think I'll be coming back here, I know it's petty, but I don't care. I want the little burger dude. My Culvers sundae turtle is lonely 🙁.

A bunch of people just standing around. Instead of saying we will be with you in a minute they’re avoiding eye contact while I stood there with two young toddlers. Then as soon as someone decided to get on a register they help the person that joined the line after us. Pay attention! Honestly little details matter. Stopped in a week or so ago, I had a mobile order and one of my items was missing and I had another issue as well. I filled out the survey that afternoon in which I addressed the issues I had. Did you know that stressed spelled backwards is desserts?? You have one of those hard weeks... and nothing kind of wipes it away like a turtle sundae with your favorite Culver's custard!! If you've never gone to Culver's go there. The staff is the friendliest fast food staff I've ever met, friendly, patient and more than happy to bring your food out.
Butter Burgers are phenomenal and they let you customize it how you want.
Frozen custards are delicious too, richer than milkshakes.
