Mushroom Swiss burger is so delicious! Burgers are juicy and not like typical fast food, dry, cold, no flavor. Instead their butter burgers are typically dripping with flavor and hot, made-to-order and flavorful. Ask for their fries extra crispy. And instead of soda, sub for their custard (ice cream). Nothing better than wisconsin dairy!!

Do not come here if you have anything else planned for the rest of the day, as you will sit in their drive thru for 35 minutes waiting for your food, only for you to call them to inquire about said order and they will tell you they gave it to another vehicle, but their staff was too incompetent to realize this and rectify the situation. Multiple vehicles were sitting in their drive thru for 30+ minutes as well. They are slow, inefficient, and lack customer service.

Almost every time we go here our order is wrong or missing something. Once we went through the drive through and got two meals (one with pretzel bites and one with broccoli), and a cheeseburger kids meal with broccoli. It came in 3 separate bags so we thought it was all there. Nope, it was 3 bags of fries, one broccoli and one plain burger. The adult entrees were not i the bag. I drove back, was accused of lying again. They reluctantly remade my food after I showed them the slip on bags in no way matched what was in the bags. One time I ordered a plain cheeseburger for my son and it was nothing but pickles between the bun. No patty, no cheese, just pickles. Another time I found a long blonde hair in my patty. I have shorter brown hair. The lady with long blonde hair accused me of planting it in my patty.

I've had an awful day so I stopped at Culver's for a little comfort food. Dining in I ordered the double sourdough melt. Took 15 minutes to receive it only to notice I was given a single. Asked for it to be remade. Got another sandwich only for it to be a single and a half patty with 4 onion shreds on the whole sandwich. Felt absolutely defeated so I didn't say anything again and quietly left. Will not be returning to this location.

.. usually it is good but this was awful. Almost $18 for a fish dinner and it was unedible. Fish dinner as bland and mushy, not fresh...smelled extremely fishy. Fries way over salted and the coleslaw was sour/ possibly expired...idk what happened but I am totally turned off from this experience

They can't listen or follow a simple order We said specifically no tomatoes on the sandwiches and of course they put tomatoes on the sandwiches. Then we ask for ice cream with order. As we wait for food they make the ice cream and leave it on counter for 10 mins while they make our food. Then serve both at same time. But wait the famous words they say is Sorry for your wait! and your sorry. Just do your job right for once. Maybe then we can start accepting words like sorry. Just fools in management!

There was a communication gap between the cashier and cooks. I paid for Cheddar on my deluxe burger, but received American cheese. I pulled it off. Also, there were numerous staff(mostly young) at 2 pm, 1 open cash register and approximately 8-10 customers waiting in line. 1 customer asked a young woman to open a register. Otherwise, the younger employees were doing a lot of "hanging out" behind the counter between cash registers and food prep window. The older employee who opened a register and waited on me was efficient and friendly.

Drove from Amherst to buy dinner. Went through drive thru and was assigned a number to wait in spot for food. After receiving my food, I checked the bag and noticed they forgot 2 cheese sauces. Had to drive back around to inform them that I was missing my 2 cheese sauces that I paid .99 each. A little irritated, I head back to Amherst. I get home and open the bag only to find they gave me 1 cheese sauce after I repeatedly told them it was two. Tried to call to speak to a manager and busy signal. My guess is there must be a lot of complaints to have your phone off the hook. How difficult is it to double check an order? How incompetent does a staff have to be to fail at doing a simple job not only once but twice?

Horrible Customer Service and food! Ordered a Mushroom and Swiss burger, it took over 20 minutes to finally get it, and it was burnt. When I placed my order, if you had been honest with the extended wait, I would have gone elsewhere, but NO, you made me and many other cars park and wait, unknowingly. I purposely went to Culver’s, not McDonalds, but I am certain McDonald’s would have been faster, and the food is always dependable.
