We eat here alot and today was not good. My friend and I went to different registers and ordered the same thing and his cost 8.01 and first the lady I had rang up the wrong thing so that had to be changed then she charged me 9.06. Did not understand why so asked the manager and she was not certain. Gave me a dollar back and said she will look into it.
Then the guy who brought out the food just kinda threw them on the table.

I ordered a single Mushroom & Swiss with Cheese Nuggets using the Drive Thru. The cheese Nuggets tasted like onion rings and the hamburger with the mushrooms & Swiss was over well done and dry. I wasn’t asked if I would like any condiments on the sandwich, either. This is the first time I’ve ever experienced being disappointed about the food ordered.

The employees working tonight clearly don’t have good time management skills or something because I went there on my lunch break tonight and all I ordered was fries and a cooler, and there was only 1 vehicle in front of me and one that pulled up shortly after me so it’s not like they were packed and super busy so I don’t really see reason for me to sit waiting for 12 minutes and end up having to leave to make it back to work. I usually don’t have any problems here but that was very frustrating to spend my last 10 dollars just to sit there waiting so long for 2 things n then not even get what I was waiting for.

They treat you like you are family. We love the Plymouth Culver’s. It’s like going home for lunch and mom’s cooking. It is always clean when people leave after they say bye and thanks for coming someone goes over and cleans the table. I am one of those that always has to go to the bathroom and it is a pleasure to there it is always clean. I made a miss one time I told them and they were right there to clean it up. That was impressive. We will come back.

Custard proportions have become a freaking joke. When the custard covers the whole bottom of the cup, they stop filling. I guess filing the cups to the top would cost a couple extra dollars every day that the owner is just not rich enough to afford. I feel so, so bad for his cheap @$$. I'm sitting at the curdside waiting on one small mini concrete for 20 minutes already when I actually ordered online 15 minutes before arriving. The runner was super nice, no complaints there at all. The drive thru people were getting their orders though almost immediately, which is great drive thru service but I really think that people that ordered ahead of time should receive their order before upon arrival orders. Our runner even said that he had to remake our ice cream because it was just sitting there and turned to goop. If my order was just sitting there that entire time I'm waiting, I'm having a hard time understanding why they didn't just bring it out.
They still have my business, Culver's is great and the people are great and I understand it gets crazy busy. This is moreso a message to management to operate curdside vs drive thru a little more efficiently and/or equally.
Even when in a hurry, like we were tonight, It would have been better apparently to do the drive thru instead of ordering ahead.

Employee Jack brought my order out to my car for my mobile order and he was the most kind and respectful worker I have seen at this location. Just tried the new Culver's that came to the town of Oostburg! Overall a great, experience, very similar to other Culver's I've been to. They did mess up the sides on our meals but it was quickly resolved. The cashier was also a little slower than normal, but I'm sure he was learning as it is a new store. Hopefully in a few weeks they will have everything running smoothly.
