Management should train the order taker employees to LISTEN to the customer.
Very, very disappointed. Iid rather drive to Slinger to a different location.

Food only took like 2 minutes to get to my table so I'm pretty sure burgers are precooked. They were dry. Had mayo pickles and onion on it only one onion bit and one pickle. Fries were probably sitting there too. Came in at 2pm. Kind of pricey for portage. I think the dells is a bit cheaper.

I live in a different state but pass by here several times a year. For the many time I've stopped here I have never had a bad meal whether it's dine in or through the drive-thru it's always been great! Very clean, fast service and AMAZING STAFF!

Put in a curbside order and waited for 20 minutes even after speaking with some young lady the came to deliver the spot next to us. I go inside and ask why i have to wait so long for the food and the young guy picks it from pickup and says my bad sorry we put it in the wrong area. Food is good but if you are in any type of hurry this isn't the place.

Food was good a standard for Culver’s. We had a very long wait in the drive through even though no one was in front of us plus they mixed up our order with someone’s after us.

Then we were scolded for asking for a pup cup at the window instead of at the box because we forgot. It was an afterthought so not a big deal. They charge $.79 for it but I guess couldn’t add that to our current order anymore.

I have been eating at this restaurant for 2 decades or more. I am very disappointed in the quality of food that is coming out of this restaurant. The quality has gone down hill quite a bit. Today I ordered a cranberry bacon blue salad and the lettuce was all brown and wilted. The cherry tomatoes were mushy and the chicken was barely cooked with an odd flavour. The price was rather ridiculous ($9.00) for a salad. I think I will rethink coming to this Culver’s again

Go to Culver’s but don’t go to this particular one. The service is terrible. I ordered online for take out well ahead of when I wanted to pick up. I placed my order at about 12:15 for pick up at 12:30. We were a few minutes early so we used the restroom and then pushed the I’m here button right at 12:30. Then I stood in line to talk to a cashier. They told me my food wasn’t ready and asked me to sit down and wait. I went and stood by the carry out shelf for 5 more minutes. There was no progress on my order so I decided to cancel. They didn’t know how to cancel orders and refund my money, told me my order was ready now. It was not ready and I had to stand and wait several more minutes. They didn’t offer anything to compensate just told me to have a good day. This totally defeats the purpose of ordering ahead. People that walked in the same time as me ordered and were served before I got my food.

Totally Worth getting off the Freeway For, and they're Lloby is OPEN to sit down and eat your food until 10PM.

I went through drive thru and ordered a bacon double deluxe basket with fried onions instead of raw. When I get home which I live in Endeavor tell myself I finally get to eat pull my food out of bag and no bacon no lettuce no onion guess what not a bacon double deluxe so now I have to drive all the way back to portage and ask for the manager and get some guy named Steve he gave me my money back $14.76 with just a sorry. Never will I ever go back to this portage culvers or any other culvers I use to eat at culver's 4-5 times a week Never again!!!!!! I will give business to some local businesses from now on!!!!

I am sorry that when I come into a restaurant that if the tables are all diety and I ask for one to be cleaned the person doesn't act opened hostile. And I have to prove the table is dirty. She was very upset. I offered nicely to clean the table myself. She stormed away. Then came back to the closet got cleaning supplies and only did the table not the seats that also had food on them.

Her name starts with a M and she had a long dark ponytail. Maybe someone could explain customer service to her.

I don’t ever have issues with their food, but when it comes to the banana split sundae, I get it brought out to me fully melted. This has happened to me every time. I have taken it back twice, but this time I’m done getting banana split sundaes there. You would think they would make it after all the food is done. I would gladly wait a few extra minutes to get my sundae without it being soup. I will be now going to DQ for my banana split sundaes.

Curd Day. A special burger, The Curd Burger, you do a special 1 day offer and you run out at 11:05 AM ???!!!??? Seriously? 65 minutes.

Order is wrong every single time lately. We stop once every couple months as we pass through for travel because at least the food is hot but they usually forget the pretzel bites of you sub them for your fries. Today we tried leaving the baskets as is and ordered a separate side of the bites and instead of leaving out the bites they left out both orders of fries. Burger was made wrong too. I used to go on Friday and get fish. For 4 weeks it a row the batter was raw and runny when you broke into the fish. No more. I stopped for a scoop of yogurt and by the time it got delivered I ended up drinking it. I filled out customer dissatisfaction card/survey from the sales receipt. I never heard from them and they didn't acknowledge my complaint
I've been told that local manager of that Culver's is particular about customer service. Unfortunately, I've been disappointed once too often there. Don't turn on the survey on the sales slip if its going to file 13.

Usually we have no problems here. Today just wasn't great. When the food came I realized that my food was missing. Had the rest of my family's but not mine. When I looked at the receipt on the tray I noticed that my food wasn't even rung up. I figured fine, maybe she didn't hear me order. I went back up and said that I had ordered my items but they were not on the receipt. I then repaid for the items I asked for the first time. Then it was time for ice cream. Asked for a chocolate turtle sundae With Cashews instead of pecans and 2 single scoop dishes of chocolate. That seemed to be very confusing. We had it for here. When the sundae got to the table it had vanilla custard instead of chocolate and was extremely melted. Like soup. Like it had been sitting out for a while. The chocolate dishes were fine but the sundae was liquid soup. The shakes are thicker than this was. It just wasn't a good experience today.
