Great experience. We got what we ordered and it was put together well. I had a grilled chicken sammich, and the kids had kids burger meals. The kids custom burgers were perfectly made also. No extra stuff no shortages. Everyone was happy.

Once again very disappointed in Culver's. Went through drive thru last night and when we got home discovered we were missing a sandwich (again, more times than not our order is missing something). I don't know why it's so hard to get an order right! And WHY are the fries so GREESY!?! and PLEASE DON'T SMASH THE HAMBURGER PATTIES SO THIN!!!!! We used to love Culver's but no so much anymore.:(

On Monday march 10th…I saw a ad about Culver’s having the walleye fish sandwiches,I eat Culver’s at least 2 times a week,wensday I stop after work and get carry out for me,my wife and three kids,Saturday grocery shopping eat in at Culver’s, off on this Monday Called 10 times to ask if they had the walleye sandwich..EVERY time it rang about 12 times then went to the busy signal…whoever is the day manager,should be in a different profession..guess I’ll go to a different fast food place..APPARENTLY CULVERS DONT NEED THE BUSINESS!!!

First time trying this place. A lot left to be desired. Ordered a Jumbo Shrimp plate with fries and a Cod Fish Sandwich curbside pickup. The shrimp is not fresh definitely breaded in a factory, distributed frozen to this Restaurant chain. I guess anyone can claim a size, but it’s hard to pass a medium shrimp as a jumbo even with double breading. The cod fish is nice, but the breading was bland. They did get the fries right, but it’s hard to fumble cooking fries. Over all I will never order any seafood from a burger joint again.

I went up to get a ranch package because they didnt give it with my order. I went up asking for one and they were going to charge me for it. I had to walk back to get my order showing I was supposed to have it. I have gone to other Culver's locations and they asked me to show their order. 50 cents is not going to hurt your budget and the manager argued at me about the situation. Worst experience at any fast food service ever.

I'm very disappointed in food. Ordered roast beef sandwich and mashed potatoes with gravy. They served chicken gravy with beef roast. Yuk,!
Potatoes were not hot but lukewarm. Wish I caught the young ladies' name running food out to tables and drive thru delays. She gets the hustle award!!

Hello, my husband and I stop every time we go to Prairie for groceries. He loves the onion rings! We used to get ice cream right at window..now at drive thru it's always somewhat melted by the time we get it with our food:( go back to the old way. Also novelty chocolate is not syrup..mistake on last order but I understand it happens. Have a great day!

Been here many times, but tonight got great service from Dante. He did a good job and was attentive, something I’ve missed at other locations and businesses. Good food, what you expect from Culver’s. If in the area you need to stop here.
A year later and not so good. My food was fine, tasty and what I would expect from a Culver’s restaurant. My malt on the other hand was absolutely atrocious. I’m not going to say how old I am, however it’s been at least half of a century. I grew up in the Milwaukee area most of my life, which allowed me to get some really good frozen custard. Places like Kopps’, Leon’s, Oscars, Gillies’, and La Duk’s. I think this makes me a bit of an expert on frozen custard and malts. My Hot Fudge Malt was way overloaded with malt powder and Hot Fudge. It was not thick or even cold. I felt like I was drinking a super thick hot fudge drink. You can see in the video that a Malt/Shake should not be so liquid. I am super disappointed. Culver’s you can do better!!

Found a bug in my concrete mixer. If I could upload the may fly looking bug that was half way down the mixer I would. Really damn gross!!! I would avoid this place like the plague.....unless u fancy bugs in ur order ... Lack of care and cleanliness I assume. Sprinkle a lil laziness in there as well... SMH

Too many Kids running the place. The Kid that took my order was rude, and when I said something, he just shrugged it off??? Why aren't there more Adults visible-if any, to stop this behavior. Service was OK.
Tables were are dirty, we didn't have a choice but to use a dirty one.
The buns were dried out like cardboard. Have never had such old buns at a Culver's before. And the buns looked like someone sat on all of them. We had 3 burgers & they were all like that.
Very disappointed. Usually we like going to Culver's restaurants.

We wait in line to order, there was 3 boys in front of us. Only one girl at the cash register. She decided to flirt with them. Then called the manager over, she sat there. Flirting with them, we stood for over 5 minutes and decided that that was enough. Went down to Dairy Queen. Maybe management should take them all to Dairy Queen and show them what great service looks like.Culvers wasn't busy, we came at720pm 7-11-23.Dairy Queen busy.
