Came to this location a couple times due to the proximity of my work, each time I thought the custard portion sizes were a little smaller than my usual Culver's location, no biggie. But I went here 9/30/25 and paid $5 for a two scoop of lemon ice. And it was the size of a one scoop. Since I ordered through the drive thru I asked the runner if this was a two scoop and they said yes. I will refrain from ordering custard from this location.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This culver’s is very racist and very out of touch. I came here with my cousins and we are brown and mixed race a few months ago. As soon as I walk in and go to order, the young lady ask me if I’m babysitting. First off why question that. That’s not your concern at all. Then, we sit down and wait for our food. Everything is fine, until the food comes. The lady handing the food to our table puts it down and proceeds to stand right by the table and stare at us for almost our whole meal. I then ask her what her problem is and she stays silent, just looking at the kids and I. She would not go away, even asking nicely. I proceed to be done with our food and throw the trash away, while telling my cousins to get ready to go. The lady still there is bothering me and won’t get out our way to leave so I had the kids chase her away. She proceeded to run away all around the tables. The vibes are definitely off here and I will never be coming back here again. If management wants to talk to me I am willing to. Horrible racist experience I ever encountered. :/

Ordered a cone, one scoop of the fod. Was handed a scoop of vanilla that was squirted with caramel and a half of a pecan. The cone was wrapped in a napkin to sop up the mess. I was served a sticky mess. There was no line so no excuse. Truly disappointed.

Coming from the West Coast, we don't have Culver's so I didn't know what to expect. After going, I can say that it's a typical fast food place with tasty food but I wonder, as with all fast food places, just how processed is the food and what ingredients are in the food for it to taste the way it tastes? I would love it if Culver's took the responsibility of taking one menu item, let's say their frozen custard, and list out all ingredients they use in making it. That way customers can make a healthy decision based on information and not just taste.

Salad didn’t have much lettuce. Very little Bacon and what was there, was not crispy. So if you like a little rubbery fat ……. Blue cheese, just a little of that too.

Update: Culver’s did offer to replace these. Food Rating has been upgraded to reflect they are a company that cares. Hopefully staff was better trained as well. This update fits what is generally provided.

This location NEVER EVER gets my order right. Not once in the past 3 years. They continuously mess up, miss things, prior to this location opening I loved Culver’s and never once had an incorrect order. Today again they messed up. The food is great, however the free Scoopy was already ripped off from the kids meal bag when I got it from the drive-thru and we didn't order any custard. I wasn't hauling all my kids inside just to fix it, but definitely a little disappointed that an employee ripped our coupon off. I then said that wasn’t very nice and then all of a sudden she popped an attitude with me and was very rude. If she would have apologized I wouldn’t be writing this. I was just at Culvers a half hour ago. Ordered a Deluxe burger and potatoe bacon soup. The girl comes out to give me my food and rambles something. I couldnt understand her. I’m new to Wisconsin and the Midwest as a whole so I’ve never even heard of Culver’s before I moved here. I am wholeheartedly impressed with every factor of this restaurant! The employees are so nice and always willing to recommend items to me. The food is delicious and clearly very fresh. I’m not typically a burger person but I will chow down on a Culver’s patty! The chicken tenders are also super tasty and the perfect moisture level for me. The pretzel bites side is worth the upgrade! Special shout out to the shakes - I have only gotten the peanut butter add in but it’s SO good. Most recently, I had one of their salads and felt like there was a really well done ratio of lettuce to toppings. 10/10 recommend!

As a regular that comes weekly I only have one complaint. My order is almost never right 100%. There is always something wrong with it whether it be missing cheese sauce, missing drink, or toppings for sandwiches. There is just always 1 thing wrong with my order. It was a Saturday night when I was driving by. After a long day of work, I saw the lights on thinking they're still open and the staff was mobing the floor. I approached the door while Mary was wondering what brought me over after hours I was like I thought you guys still open she said sorry we are closed but what do you need you look tired I said yes and hungry too she was like an angel
She asked me what I like to eat and went and made me a meal without charging me a penny. I was shocked and speechless for her kindness and caring. I was 24 hours away from having a medical procedure, and she wished me Goodluck, and I left.
