I was just there tonight to get custard for my wife and I. I ordered and was the only one in the drive through for 5 minutes after paying. Then 10 other people arrived after me. They received their full meals and left and I sat there for 30 minutes while workers passed me and delivered the other food. I understand that it might get busy, but 30 minutes for 2 concrete mixers in a little ridiculous....

I'm amazed at how many negative reviews I'm seeing. This Culver's location has always been clean when I've been there and they've always gotten my order right. The workers have always been friendly too. The price is slightly expensive but everywhere is now. The food is always good I really like their chicken tenders. Always a good lunch or dinner stop when I'm in town.

Everytime I come here either my order is wrong when I order through drive through. Or I'm waiting 20 minutes for my food. The last 3 times I've had to go inside. Food is still good as always. Just need to do something about the service. How you don't see the front car still sitting after you've served the cars behind me is beyond me.
All I ordered was Just a cheeseburger with fries.

One of my friends asked for a gluten free burger and they didn’t give it to her and she could have gotten really sick. As well as my other frind got a concrete mixer and she belives they put a penut in it which she is allergic to. I was dissapointed to see this happen and I expected better.

I didn't get all of my order on 3 different occasions. 1 item was missing. The last time I was there I looked in bag before I drove away. And again no onion rings. So I went in to get them.
Another time I ordered a chicken cashew saled and no cashews, didn't know till I was home. So I called and told the manager,To let them know. I just stated if the salad is supposed to have them, then make sure it's done right.
The food and service quality is not the same as it was in the past.

I loved how this restaurant was outside of my hotel. Open late which is nice for late night meal. The lady who ringed my families order was very patient, helpful, and sweet. I recommend the tenders & fries with their honey mustard and boom boom sauce. I will be returning.

I just came thru culvers for take out order. Kids chicken tender meal with no french fries but substitute mashed potatoes and NO GRAVY.
Went back to work and opened my lunch. I had French fries with tenders so I was was charged for mashed potatoes and the potatoes were covered with gravy.

I have eaten here all my life living in Reedsburg. I don't know what is going on but orders getting messed up is a frequent thing. It wasn't always like this. It's not always big mess ups but when you pay full price which isn't cheap, you expect to get the sizes you order and the meals the way you order them. Tonight we almost got the wrong size drink for one of our drinks and when I ordered a large cheese curd I got an extra small and yea that's not a size they sell. I want to enjoy the food and the service but they have to do better. Customers can be pretty understanding but it gets old after a while paying for it and not getting what you want.

Went through the drive thru tonight around 8:15. Ordered a concrete mixer and a sundae. We were asked to pull ahead. While waiting, I noticed that the 3 cars behind me got their food before we received our 2 custards. Frustrated, I went in and they said that station was backed up. When I got my order I headed back to the car. Then I noticed that our custard was mostly melted. So very frustrating. No apologies.

Most every time I got to Culver’s in Reedsburg I have to get my son cheese curd but 9/10 times they forget them. I don’t realize they are not in the bag till I’m already home and not worth my trip back. This Culver was amazing.. staff extremely curious n helpful. There was staff constantly coming around clearing & cleaning tables n asking customers if they need anything & people n kids with scoop ice ream tokens, they would ask what they wanted & went n got it for them.. My aunt and I went and ordered through the drive thru this Tuesday (Jan 2nd). I had the cheese curds, single butter burger with cheese no onions or tomatoes and Hi- c. My aunt had a mushroom and swiss burger and fries and mellow yellow. My cheese curds were piping hot, but my burger was warm. Needless to say after we returned home we both were sick well into Wednesday morning. We weren't sick all day on Tuesday and both deduced that it was from what we ate at your establishment. Very disappointed as Reedsburg Culver's for me was always good on quality. Noone should be getting sick on your food at all. Please do better. Service was great though.

Ordered 2 fish dinners to go, got home and had no french fries. Called the store and they sounded like they were expecting my call. Was told they would send out coupons, called back 2 weeks later and was told they sent them out, original order date was November 24th today is December 20th and still no coupons. Bad on management!!!

Dear Mr Culver my girl friend asked me if I would like to go to Culver's and I said yes. We ordered food. I got a hamburger and a strawberry shake. The shake was great but the hamburger was so salty I could have got less salt out of a salt shaker. Wish I could have had one of those great burgers they show on T.V.

This was the first Culver's I've been to that was dirty. No soap in the women's restroom. Trash on the floor, tables not clean.
The spicy chicken sandwich is one of my favorites. However, this was overcooked.

I'm a Motorcoach Driver have bee to culver many of times with 50 plus people. I stop at the Culver's in Reedsburg Wi with 51 passenger normally they will comp the driver and sometimes the hostess but today Manager Matt said no. Wow
