We usually go to this Culvers whenever we go to Rhinelander and we like their food. This time (appx. 11am) we ordered single butterburgers, mine was good, my wife's burger was way undercooked and to the point she couldnt eat it. They just need to inform the cooks to cook it long enough so someone doesn't get food poisoning.....

I have never had a bad experience with Culver's. I usually go through the drive through and I never have to worry about it being wrong when I get home. The food is always delicious. The only thing that sucks is it's 20 minutes away from where I live. Lol

Pulled in excited to enjoy Culver's distinct flavor. Drive thru was all backed up. Cars waiting for food. Cars lined up around building waiting to order. Inside lots of people standing waiting to place/recieve order. Several customers complaining how slow the crew was. Used bathroom, (floors sticky) and left. It's good, it's just not that good to wait long for. Enjoyed BK whoppers up the road.

Only reason a 3 star is not to this stores doing but as this is my 1st Harvest Veggie Burger it had such a weird funky smell and taste almost could not almost finish but with Delicious Fries and Shake to choke it down due to being hangry:( The outer burger looked Crispy but inside mushylike and could see the green vegetables but that funkyness smell and taste in every bite thinking onit should of smothered with tons of ketchup and mustard could hide it:( After had to go look at all the ingredients on line and Yes that Funk Is GARLIC!!! They Should call this Harvest Garlic Vegetarian Burger! Will not purchase again just stick to the Fries and Sides and Delicious Ice-cream!!!! And Get My Vegi Impossible Burger At Burger king:)

Culver's of Rhinelander is very good and frequent favorite of my grandfather. Food is delicious and the service is decent. Only real complaint is they play country music which is pretty tasteless and if it drives me nuts I know the employees are on the verge of insanity. Maybe some 2010s white girl music instead would liven it up or anything else but country. Custard is excellent.

Sadly, I have to give a bad review for this particular Culver's restaurant. I ordered online for delivery and was my first time from the restaurant, I at first was so impressed how super fast I received our food, I even told the delivery guy that it was the fastest I've ever received an order... At first, I was like dang my fries and onion rings are still hot and crispy! Then.... We got to the burgers, and that's where everything went down hill fast, we had a total of 5 burgers, they were all correct for customization BUT they were all COLD! none of them were in no way were they freshly cooked. This is not how Culver's does things, it's as if the patties had been pre cooked and sitting in a warmer that obviously was not hot. Unfortunately, my wife didn't even eat hers. Not sure if they do things different for online delivery orders or because it was towards the end of their night? Either way, not acceptable.

What"s up with Culver's these days? I was inside, 3rd in line out of 5, I counted 8 employees not back in the kitchen, several just goofing around, the two at the drive-through doing nothing but talking, and they can only run one register. On top, the child at the register didn't seem to know how to run the register well. Frustrating to have to wait so long to order.

I have been to Culver's 3 different times now in 3 different states and every time the have came through with the flavor. One of my favorite ways to describe their burgers is, Culver's is not just another burger joint. You can tell when you eat a burger at Culver's, you are get real beef, great size of the patties, real cheese, and fresh toppings. Culver's does not serve thin burger patties, with fake cheese, and old toppings, Culver's hold itself to a higher standard and you can taste it in the food. Something else that sets Culver's apart for me is their bacon, I was blow away the first time I got bacon from them because it was nice thick bacon, not all thin and overcooked, waiting to fall apart if I just touched it. Just keep doing what you are doing Culver's and I will keep telling everyone I come across that ask me about you how they HAVE to try Culver's, they are awesome! Oh, and just in case someone may be wondering, no Culver's did not pay me to write this review, they just are doing an outstanding job.

Its pricey (but then again what isnt these days) we usually go through the drive thru around dinner time & theres always a wait.. they seem to always have it figured out & remember its not supposed to be fast food. We live 15 min out of town & our food is still always hot by the time we get home. Pup cups are a plus!!
