Discovered this Culvers location while driving through the area in between plays at American Players Theatre. The first thing I noticed when entering the Richland Center Culvers was how clean this store is. Including the bathrooms. On our first time here back in June there was an employee by the name of Mary who cleaned each table after each use and also wiped down the chairs and booth seats as well. She was also vacuuming under the tables. There was not a dirty table in the whole restaurant. We commented to her about the great job she was doing. As we were leaving she was making sure the condiment area was clean as well. In most stores this area is always dirty with ketchup spots and sticky counters. But not at the Richland Center location. When we stopped in again this past weekend, we could instantly tell the cleaning standards here are a high priority. The rest of the staff was also very pleasant. Will definitely make this our go to Culvers the next time we are in the area.

Food was okay, drive thru employees at 8 on a Tuesday night were pretty rude. I've been to alot of Culver's all over the state and never been treated like that. Despite only one other person in the drive thru thru, they were very persistent on rushing our order. When bringing the order they stuck it through the window and said "here." We thanked them regardless but maybe someone should inform them that customers are what gives them a job and aren't the inconvenience they act like we are.

I'm sorry, I know I'm supposed to love Culver's cuz I live in Wisconsin, but I have standards. For instance, the custard-based milkshakes are gooey to the point of being unpleasant. And cooking beef in butter sounds ok, and it is, up to a point.

Station .51carry out only; I am an 87 year old lady, walking in with a cane for support. PAID ORDERED 1 CHGS CHIX SALAD AND PAID FOR IT; Stayed AT THE Counter WHERE I ordered and paid; saw no reason to move as how long to whip up a salad to go.
While waiting with number in hand ;l I was told to ,move away from the spot where I had stayed since I was 2 get out in a minute or two. Are there rules and regulations where a customer is to stand?? Didn't c any signs;
l Have been in store numerous times; this is a first and it was NOT crowded at the check in counter. I live in R.C,.,, Live in the Park Senior Apts. across from court house. Are salads weighed or do they count pieces of chicken and/or cucumbrtss???

Order for 6 people last night 3-7-24. 5 of the sandwiches were wrong. Asked for the to be remade. The manager remade them all and they were wrong again. Staff was rude as well. Don't think ill be back. Seems Culvers is starting to have service like McDonalds. A clown show.

I want to start with that I am from out of state and I decided to pass though. I heard that Culver's was a staple in Wisconsin and I was beyond excited to try it. to say that I was upset is an understatement. I was welcomed with a glare from the cashier who seemed to want to do anything but take my order. I tried to lighten up the mood by asking what was around the area but it did not help. On top of that the restrooms were foul, toilet paper on the ground, toilets unflushed and no paper towels. when I got my food the waiter slid my tray across the table to me and muttered out an "enjoy". The food was really good! but eating was a struggle with all the flies that kept landing on/near my food. Overall I had better experience at McDonald's.

Disappointed! We brag about Culver's down in Alabama bc I'm from Wisconsin. This food of mine today was cold runny potatoes soup. Runny is key bc the potatoes bacon is a thick soup. Mine was runny like baby food does when you put a spoon in it. No reason for this, seriously. Also Culver's should not be salting our food anyways! We love Culver's, stop watering the soup down

Went to treat my fiance to cheese curds and a shake after a long day of work, ordered our meals with cheese curds, three times they came back with onion rings and the manager proceeded to tell us it was our fault our order was messed up, told us she would fix it for an upcharge to our meal after already waiting 20 minutes for our food, upon stating we didn't think it was fair we had to pay more to fix our order she told us in a very rude manner we could take our money back and leave infront of the whole resteraunt.
Culver's in richland center just lost a long time customer as the manager was extremely rude and disrespectful yelling at us in front of other customers.
I'll never recommend this place or return as their management is a joke.
Customer service is absolutely disgraceful and disrespectful.
