Visited Ripon’s Culver’s for a quick custard treat and as usual it’s never a disappointment to consume Culver’s products. Always good. But the employee at the register made this visit well worth the visit. His name is NEVEAR. My son and I with Nevear got to talking about unusual names at the counter and when he walked out our order the conversation continued for a short while longer. Nevear not only knew some unusual names but also knew some of the origins of the names we discussed. Smart kid and also very polite as well!! Great hire Culver’s! While the food is always good,it’s sometimes an employee that adds that special touch to a Culver’s visit! 👍

I went to culvers to support their cause today for the funds they are donating to the school in Madison. Anyway, the gentleman repeated my order because the screen was black, I wanted a single deluxe, which is what he said to me, but turns out it was dbl so I was charged for that when I didn't ask for it. He also didn't answer the speaker right away and I waited and finally said hello, then he told me to wait. Also, the 2nd meat patty on my dbl deluxe was almost raw in a couple spots, I had to peel the patty off because I wasn't going to eat that. So I was a bit disappointed to spend 45$ in total to 1. Get what I didn't ask for even after having them repeat my order to me, and 2. Raw meat patty ( edible for some but not to me ) . Just not a 5 star review visit. Maybe next time will be better, but I do praise the cause they are funding. So 5 star for that !

My wife likes their salads. We usually take the food home and eat it, so at a minimum 30 minutes later but a lot of times we’ll drive home and put the food in the fridge and eat it several hours later. I would be crabby with Culver’s because there was always some wilted lettuce. One day my wife asked them to put the chicken on the side. So in another container. Guess what? No more wilted lettuce! They put the chicken in the salad hot, which would be perfect if you eat it right away. So it was our fault ( I’m saying. We never spoke to Culver’s about it) that we had wilted lettuce! Try this if you’re not going to eat your salad right away, I think you’ll be much happier! 😊😊😊

OMG! The Pretzel Haus Pub Burger is incredible! Opening the enclosed box reveals a delicious burger inside. As soon as you lift the lid, the cinnamon aroma of the bacon and the fresh scent of the pretzel bun fill the air, enticing you for more. Like most chains, everything hinges on how it is managed. This one seems to be one of the best. The burgers can be a little dry, but the malts are fantastic. We avoid eating during peak times, and find the whole experience is better. Ripon is fairly consistent. Always clean, well maintained and comfortable.

Previously had rated at 4 stars... almost changed it last time we came.. this time just proved that they are as bad as i thought.

First our drive through order tonight was taken by a guy named peyton. He was rude, irritating and literally scoffing at our order. I'm not sensitive at all to that, but his attitude was completely insane to have being the first person you talk to after waiting for 25 minutes in line.

We finally got our meal and, our fault, didn't check the order. We figured that with food for 4 people, it would take forever to check and didn't honestly think we needed it.
We get home and our most expensive items we ordered? Nope. Not there. The food we did order was burnt almost solidly and the fries were mushy and old (3 minute drive... shouldn't be mushy and gross)

So after looking over our reciept and seeing everything on there, we had to send a member of the family to return and fix the half the order that we didn't get while the other 2 of is were wishing we had got the missing food because ours was nasty. Should have sent it back but with the attitude of the guy running the drive through, iwasnt about to risk what they would do to my food.

Na. I'm done here. Last 2 times have been horrible. Good thing i love in Appleton where we have Culver's that actually maintains standards and has employees that care. Hopefully you do better in the future or maybe Ripon should bring in a restaurant that actually wants to serve a small town appropriately. Get these jokers out of here.

This place is a great example of how brands can can communicate with their customers through reputation and recognition. I can in hungry, expecting a very specific dinning experience, and I got it! Hot burger, tasty fries, and a lovely frozen dessert. The only problem was it was very busy, and the staff got behind on handling their garbage collection. We got up to leave after enjoying our meal, and the bins were quite full. Staff couldn't empty the bins, because new customers were lined up to get served from cash to the entrance. Difficult situation,to be sure.

Well, I didn't get as many onion rings as usual but I got a surprise at the window! Good for Culver's for hiring young men, and I mean young like 14 but he looked so much younger, and giving them their first job. This young man was so sweet and professional and I'm impressed.
