I’m allergic to mayo I ask for lettuce ketchup tomato ONLY AND EVERY TIME THEY PUT MAYO so I juss throw away my burger and money too many little kids without listening comprehension working at this location it’s a shame Culver’s used to have quality control! I ordered my burger and fries extra well done. By the time I got them, they were cold and the fries were undercooked. They must have made my Sunday right when I put my order in because it was melted by the time I was about to eat my hamburger. I have been to Culver's in AZ. It was my go-to. I had a very bad meal at this particular restaurant.

I've been going to Culver's for 20 plus years and this location in RF is one of the best I've been to. The staff is very fast, they're friendly and the place is clean as it could be. The food is always good. I really like the new online ordering system. You can actually skip the line to order and just sit down at your seat and they'll bring out your food right to the table. The only con I can think of is with all fast food prices are getting a little bit crazy but still a good value if you're taking your family out on a Friday night compared to other options in River Falls.

don't know how i can order a burger on the doordash app, pick it up 1 minute after it's ready and it's cold as stone when i get it home. the total time was just a handful of minutes.

My husband and I were overcharged - our food was more expensive than normal, but we assumed it's because everything is getting more expensive. When we got home, we realized they got our order wrong and gave us too much food (and charged us for items we didn't ask for). My husband called about getting a refund and apparently Culver's doesn't give refunds? They told us all they can do is send us coupons in the mail for the amount of food. They blamed their POS system. This seems crazy. It's 2025 and you don't give refunds for your mistakes?

We love Culver's food but this is just so ridiculous. This will make me think twice about getting food from here in the future.

I AM SOOOOO TIRED OF GIVING THIS PLACE A CHANCE. Everytime I come here something is unpleasant!!! Today, my concrete mixer was sooo melted that it spilled all over my car and clothes. About a week ago, I came here and got the birthday mixer with cheesecakes pieces, and the cheesecake wasn’t in there the first time, so they took my entire mixer back, added the cheesecake, and then when they came back it was melted!!! And the cheesecake wasn’t even blended. just a clump at the dsmn bottom. A week prior, I tried the birthday mixer. it looked amazing online, i came, there was no whipped cream, and they forgot the cake pop. Made me wait 15 more minutes for a cake pop.
My first visit to this location maybe about 2 months ago, i waited 37 minutes for my order because of some mistake in the kitchen.
Overall, this has just happened over and over again and truthfully i am over it!! my clothes and car are now stained, and i’ve wasted enough time. If you order from here, go inside

I love Culver’s been going for years to many locations having grown up a Badger. Only mark on the food continues to be the lackluster cheese curds. Not a WI product made with care. Technically sufficient but since this brand has exploded I understand the have to have a consistent product across many stores but these curds the past few years are just super cheap tasting, small, and not overall cheesy. Breading is blah with minor seasoning. These were made to order and fully cooked, make no mistake the staff performed. Corporate just needs to stop being cheap and buy a better curd. I blame my ability to get the highest quality WI curds from many a fest and the old days when Culver’s was only in WI and TX. Now these just are bouncy cardboard.
