First visit here on 7/16. The food was great BUT the mistakes were less than desirable! Ordered a Butterburger cheese with all the condiments.... mustard, ketchup,and pickles. It came out without it. Ok, they said a trainee got the order together. Understood! Second visit was 7/17 and I voiced my concern about the mistake yesterday. Well....for a second day straight, my sandwich came with cheese and meat....no condiments!! Hmmm, just fate, I guess!! 3rd visit to this location was 7/19. Again, I voiced my concern over the lack of cooperation with what I wanted on my order. I was reassured they will get everything this time. I grabbed the meal to go....and 10 minutes down the road when I opened the bag to eat, I discovered that for a 3rd time straight, the sandwich was bare!! That's 3 strikes...sorry Culver's, you're out!!

I went here on accident, I had done a mobile order but arrived at the wrong location. When me and the cashier and manager figured that out, I believe it was the manager but whoever it was corrected the error I made and had the order canceled at the wrong restaurant and they immediately made my order. This woman was so professional and kind. We talked for a moment while I was waiting for my food. She is great for your customer service and handles everything effortlessly.
All of our food orders were correct and delicious.
That awesome lady really took the spotlight for our visit and I am glad to have stopped here. Thank you for having us!

Bought a cranberry bacon bleu salad. I got about 1/2 teaspoon of bacon bits, no bacon. When I called and questioned it, the manager told me they never put real bacon on it. This was horrible. I had a simple order. Cheeseburger, fries, chocolate concrete mixer with Reese’s. When I got my order, it was about an hour after I ordered. The food was cold and the ice cream was vanilla and had heath and Reese’s in it.

I went in and they’re decently busy, I get up to the counter and ask for a scoop of vanilla custard with raspberries on top, it takes them 10 min to get that out and as the worker is walking to me they say “why is it so watery” then proceeds to hand me custard with one raspberry on it and a bunch of liquid. We were passing through on our way to Green Bay and stopped here. We went in to order for carryout. Workers were fast, and the food was good. Burgers thick and hot, the fries and cheesecurds were completely filled up. Love Culver’s so much but since they have switched to their thick cut bacon, both times I got it, the bacon is raw. It HAS to be cooked more. Should have a bit of a crisp to it. Makes the burger impossible to eat when the bacon is raw and chewy. Go back to the regular bacon, loved it!

We went to Culver’s this afternoon and ordered a chicken sandwich, 2 concrete mixers one was suppose to be chocolate with cookie dough and the other vanilla with Oreo we ended up getting 2 vanilla with heath and snickers. The chicken sandwich was right, we have tried to correct this issue with contacting Culver’s and we are still waiting for a reply from the 3 other times this happens. We usually enjoy Culvers everywhere but this experience was not good. We drove 15 minutes to get the flavor of the day we saw online, which was “Crazy for Cookie Dough”; very appropriately named by the way, as you go “crazy” searching for cookie dough. The promised “ribbons of salted caramel and thick fudge” were nonexistent as well. Talk about false advertising. What was worse was the dry response I received from one of the staff members “I assure you, it’s in there”. Either Culvers is becoming cheap or their employees are inexperienced, especially on how to treat customers.

Went here a few weeks back through the DriveThru. We were given the completely wrong order and unfortunately did not figure it out until we got home. I recently visited Culver’s and had a great experience. The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and the staff was very friendly. However, I did notice that there were a few missing items when I ordered through the drive-through.

However, when I opened my bag, I noticed that my fries were missing. I called the restaurant and spoke to the manager, who apologized for the mistake and offered to bring me out a new order of fries. The fries were brought out to me within a few minutes, and they were even hotter and crispier than the first batch.

This rating is for tonight only. 7:30 pm 7-23-23. Obviously some issues for them tonight. After ordering, waited over 15 minutes in line to get food. They had 4 lines of traffic, way behind. Then get the sourdough melt, it is not toasted well. Not much worse than soggy wet bread.
8-24-23. Tonight an excellent crew about 6:15 pm. Many cars, kept everything moving very well and the food was prepared well.
