So, I always try to go inside to get my food there whenever I go, but I hate going through drive through because they do this thing where they have you park your car and the people bring out your food to you and almost every time I've thanked them for bringing their food out to me they've kind of brushed off saying "you're welcome" and it kind of feels like I'm supposed to feel sorry for them for bringing food out to me. And its like you chose that job why should I feel sorry for you. I do pizza delivery myself in all weather and I know what good customer service is. The people that do the runs out to the cars are passive aggressive and rude in my opinion.

So to add to my original review. I went through the drivethrough with my mother on this occasion they forgot my salad. And my mom made me go back to the store and retrieve my salad. I had called them and some teenager answered the phone and didn't ask me what salad it was so that when I got there I had to wait another 10 minutes for them to make me another salad instead of having it ready by the time I got there. Meanwhile one of my wenchy neighbors was there and she tried to embarass me in front of the whole store. I shouldn't have even had to be there. And yea they gave me an extra salad and a card for extras. But that was completely uncalled for.

I tried to use the gift card that they gave me because they screwed my salad up. I attempted to use it for a salad and they said that it wasn't valid for salads, only sandwiches. As of right now I have literally no reason to go back to that Culver's.

What a joke of customer service. Try to use any of the coupons they offer and you get mocked and declined the use of them. Seeing I usually get one order filled correctly every 4 or 5 visits I'll just go elsewhere. Sad part is it's the same ownership that have the Pleasant Prairie location and I've never experienced a problem there.

Food is always good here- usually get the chicken tenders. Son loves the concrete mixer with heath and caramel. We were there the other day and ordered a root beer float- it tasted strange so I brought them back up, explained the taste, they checked and realized the syrup was empty- they apologized and remade the drinks for us.

Great Culvers location! Food came out quickly and hot (2 chicken tender baskets and 1 sourdough baskets). Staff were friendly and helpful when ordering the meal and custard afterwards. Location is fairly new, so is in great shape and clean.

I have really wanted this place to be successful, but after all this time of being open, they still are scrambling to get the orders correct and the checkout window in the drive-through leaves much to be desired. Going through the drive-through to pick up an order that was not complete last time. However, they struggle to ring it up correctly and then once I got to the window, they didn’t have the correct order and we’re very confused about what number to give me.

We were asked to wait when we got to the order speaker in a double drive thru, and we did. We were waiting without ordering as we watched 4 other cars get served in the other lane. Finally my wife said "Hello" and they said sorry for the wait, go ahead with your order. When we got to the window, my wife asked to speak to the manager. He came to the window and aggressively told us they were busy and short staffed and he couldn't do anything. Got home and all three fries were soggy and stuck in a ball in their bag and my wife's order was wrong. They did however add an order of cheese curds, so all is forgiven.

This is one of the more pleasant fast food experiences that I have ever had. The people were super nice at the counter and in the restaurant. The curdburger was amazing! It's a limited time burger with a cheese curd patty on top of it. Very delicious. Their cheese curds were very good. As were the onion rings and the fries. They have their own root beer and surprisingly a diet version and they were both very good. I would definitely go back.

This store frequently has very slow service, even during off-peak times. Possibly short-staffed? Other fast food restaurants in this area seem to have same problem so not just Culver's. Food is always good quality and staff is nice. Just slower than normal for a Culver's. Waited for about 15 mins for a simple order from drive thru; single cheeseburger, fries and a drink; nothing out of the ordinary.

Outrageous. I have never seen more people smiling. Culver’s never fails to satisfy but this experience has somehow taken the cake. Kathy you ordered wrong. I’ve ordered the double mushroom Swiss 5 times through the drive-thru and instructed to put the cheese between the burgers, neither slice on the bun.

It was Perfect 4 times. The first one was like OMG good. Crispy edges on the juicy burgers, perfectly melted cheese, and a delicious bun. The one time it wasn’t was when I forget to order it that way. My bad.

I have had varied wait times. It’s new and new staff, give the kids a break. And anyone complaining about the first week should really have lowered their expectations. It’s Fast food not overpriced elite dining.

Every person at the drive thru was very friendly and seemed to really enjoy making sure they did their best. I’m not blowing smoke because I do not know anybody who works there so my view isn’t biased.

I’m very happy to have a Culver’s in Paddock Lake. 🥳

Just visited this new Culver's restaurant in Paddock Lake - in the drive thru. Ordered one small concrete mixer and one mini concrete mixer. Waited outside with the little number on my side mirror for more than 15 minutes. All other customers who were before us or came after us, had received their orders. No one came up to ask what we were waiting for or came out with our order. Finally had to park and go inside and ask. Apparently something was done incorrectly at the time the order was entered. Manager on duty did not seem concerned about it or cared that we had been waiting. Poor customer service. Never experienced anything like this at other Culvers locations.

I tried to do this through contact culvers... but this location is new and I coulnd't find it on the website. We've been there four times since opening; service is great! Although, we've had a mixed bag on the food and cleanliness.

My son always orders his bacon CB with only bacon and cheese. He could taste pickles; as though someone removed everything when he ordered it plain. A couple of the burgers we got were just slapped together and sliding apart before we even touched them. I hope they put a little more care into each order.Yesterday, we were surprised to find there wasn't a clean table in the place... but a lot of empty tables and plenty of employees.

We are so excited to have Culvers in town and hope we have can have great experiences here like the many other Culvers we enjoy going to. It's our son's most favorite place to go!

I will never forget the day the beautiful establishment opened for the first time. It was the first time I shed tears since my meema passed a couple of years ago. She used to take me to culvers and we used to lady and the tramp the fries, it was beautiful lovely memory I have. We went there last night it was great. It was about 6pm and I though we were going to have to wait long. We went inside and only waited like 5 minutes and the took our order. Staff was fantastic. My wife ordered coffee and they made fresh for us. I had the butterburger deluxe double and a bowl of chile and wife had a ruben and a shake.Food was excellent. I thought inside would be crowed it wasn't plenty of open tables. That being said line for the pickup window was really long but it was moving. I would go inside instead, Willl be back for sure.

This morning I woke up. When waking up, I realized that the Paddock Lake Culver’s will be entering this world as a new and beautiful child of the large Culver’s corporation (worth 2.3 billion dollars). Arriving at this function, I was upset by the parking in such an establishment. I almost rear ended a car (which has to do with my awful driving skills that I learned from a bootleg guy teaching driver’s education.) When ordering, they were nice. When I sat down, a grimbly attacked my toes and I was freighted. I ended up feeding it my cheese curds to end his munchies for my toes.
