Service was horrendous. Me and my friends came here from our camping trip for dinner and after a long wait for food an employee came and accused us of smoking in the restaurant. Which none of us were doing, they assumed because we were teenagers we had to be the ones vaping and smoking. Once we told them we weren’t smoking they said, “yea well we got two complains and we can smell it on you guys.” and walked away? then had another employee sit at a table right by us and just watch us the whole time we were finishing our food. extremely uncomfortable, rude, and unprofessional.

I had a terrible experience with another restaurant before coming to this location. I was not in a good mood and Jack, whilst laid back, was extremely helpful with attitude, accommodations and explaining the menu(first time). The food was surprisingly fresh, tasty, and didn't take too long to prepare.

First of all the customer service is by far the best at any Culver's that I have ever eaten at. And I've traveled many places. My favorite employee is Matthew! His customer service is beyond. And his voice is amazing. He sounds like he could be a radio announcer. I'm just impressed by this Culver's all around and the food is great. Even if the food wasn't, I would come back just for the customer service. But the food's awesome! Thank you for being awesome In a town that doesn't have a whole lot of food that I like.

Ashley is amazing! I always like to keep the paper numbers when I wait in line at Culver's. I don't know why I just like doing it. And she always remembers to let me keep the number. I love all your employees. They're super high vibe and I could swear they're putting all that love in the food because I don't get sick. Ever. I'm sensitive to fast foods but for some reason this is a Golden Culver's. Lol! And I think it's the people and the love. But I just wanted to point her out because she's pretty great! This Culvers has really progressively worsened over the past couple of years! This weekend, I thought I'd let them redeem themselves. We were at dance rehearsal all evening (4pm-10pm) and came in to grab a quick dinner between sets. We took our food to go. After getting everyone back to stage, I sat down to eat my burger. Almost all the way through my burger, I bit into a BREAD BAG PLASTIC CLIP! I had the whole stinking thing in my mouth. Nasty!! Not to mention how much that hurt my teeth. At first I thought the tomatoes was rock hard, so I spit it out to discover the plastic. (Pictured.) I'm so enraged! I am just relieved it happened to me and not my kids (5 kids from 4-16) that also ate dinner from there that evening!

I really like Culver's and am super happy they have finally made it to shawano. I, however, have had repeated problems with the curbside service they offer on their app. It gives you times to select so your food is ready at that time but typically do not send the order back to the kitchen until you say you've arrived. Then you are sitting around waiting longer than just going through the drive thru. My last experience including ordering a single concrete mixer with nothing else in the order, after we arrived to pick up the order we sat and watched all the cars from the drive through come and go and even additional cars that placed their orders 5-10 minutes after the time we were told our order would be ready. My boyfriend had to walk in and ask them about the order. He requested a new one be made.

The workers happily remade it and gave us a couple coupons for our troubles which I am grateful for. However, the convenience of curbside services they offer have repeatedly proven that they are not as convenient as it is made out to be.

We usually have a great experience at Culver's in town, not tonight. The gentleman who took our orders name was Aaron, he just sounded like he hated his job and didn't want to be here. The woman who handed us our drinks and ticket number at the window was even ruder than him. I'm surprised to be honest we always have great service here so I was so disappointed. Time was 610pm to 615, Monday the 3rd. I might actually stop coming here as often after this. So disappointed. If you don't like your job, go find another one. Whoever was in the window tonight, tone of voice matters. We're never difficult customers. However, Ethan was very sweet and kind when he came out with our food.

So disappointed!! My fries were cold and stale, for the second time. And my shake was so watered down and loose. Might as well have been drinking milk. The first time my fries were cold and stale. The second time, I ordered the bacon double deluxe basket, and didn't have bacon on my burger. But I still gave them the benefit of a doubt and gave another chance. This time totally unacceptable. Normally have a good experience, but just came home to eat my food, there is some large chunk of half-fried batter in my Large cheese curd I ordered, and I ordered a sourdough combo large with bacon. I received a Large fry, medium drink, and no bacon. 40$ for barely a filling meal also. Prices are astronomical for the quality, I can get a steak for half of that.
