I’ve been to a LOT of Culver’s locations all over the Midwest, and this one is by far the best!! Every staff member is friendly, from the drive-thru speaker (Scooter is my favorite!) to the cashier to the food runners. You can tell this location is managed very well. The food is always fresh and HOT! They get my order right every single time. The new grilled chicken sandwich (pictured) was delicious. Choosing this location is always money well spent!!

I tell ya culvers has some of the best employees!!! I sent my pick up order to a culvers clear across town, I called that one. They were nice enough to remake the food and serve the lemon ice fresh. It was a 20 min drive for me and to have that kind of service. Purely awesome!!

I had a great experience at this Culver's. One of the workers, Gavin, was really understanding and helpful. As this was my third or fourth visit, I struggled to pick something off of the menu but Gavin gave great suggestions based on what I liked and my price range. I nearly thought this guy was the manager! Definitely coming back soon, the workers make this place wonderful 😁

Will never go back here again after being disrespected by the manager. We paid for 2 cups of cheese sauce and neither where even half full. When we asked about them being filled the manager got rude. We asked for a refund and just wanted to leave. The manager gave half a refund and embarrassed us in the process. If I could give zero stars I would.

I used to come here several times a week but my last couple orders for "Curdside" pickup i sat waiting 15 minutes after check in to find employees silence the I am here and leave people having to come in and wait even longer. Then when brought to Management I was apologized to and told of coupons being mailed to me...it's been over 2 weeks and nothing. Poor Service and Management is what I and a few others at time of pickup have found. I will no longer come here.

The only problem we had was they did not listen about crispy onion rings not put down once but kept in longer so that they are crispier It was fine but there were mistakes made even on the burgers normally this does not happen there so I hope it gets better and people get trained better because everything was on the receipt properly but the order wasn't correct.

I went through the drive thru and all the staff was very friendly from the worker at the window to the worker who brought out my food! The manager here, Cynthia, is phenomenal! I love her work ethic and her commitment to her job. Every time I come in she is multitasking and doing great work - training new employees, taking orders out, and always being friendly to the customers. She is the type of manager anyone would want to work for as you can tell she takes pride in her role and wants to set a standard for the store. I have an allergy and make this known whenever I get a Concrete Mixer. She always makes sure the staff gets it right and never gets frustrated. This store is well run, and Cynthia deserves a raise!

Got a burger and fries and some chicken strips last night, service was quick and everyone was friendly and food was hot and tasty, they extended there hours now till 11 p.m which in my opinion is great, love to see companies go back to being open late and even 24/7 and stop hiding being COVID from years ago as reason to be closed at 7. Restaurant was nice and clean, big menu and they have amazingly good custard to choose from and great daily flavor of the day each day. Highly recommend to eat here. Only reason no 5 starts is the prices here are pretty high in my opinion, granted everything is overpriced these days but still I don't judge on what everyone is doing but what I believe they should be doing and what they should be charging and that is going back to precovid prices and stop gouging the American people cause u make more profit by leaving prices huge after mass inflation and not bringing them back down now that supply chain better and people working again and COVID not running wild, being prices down and 5 stars. I went through the drive thru and they recorded a few items incorrectly. I noticed on the receipt after paying. I get it, mistakes happen. The employee delivering it was so nice and tried to get it fixed and I was told they would remake the food. They still messed up 2/3 burgers and the third was missing the cheese initially. Instead of remaking it with cheese they just tossed two slices of cheese in a container. That third burger was cold by the time I got home and fell through the container due to sitting and not being remade, so half of it fell on the floor. Clearly the kitchen is lazy and the person who took my order wasn't listening. The only redeeming quality was the girl who delivered my food and tried her best to get it fixed.

My wife and I ate at this Culver's twice last week when in the area camping for the week. All Culver's are very similar but we both felt the food at this one was extra fresh and hot and just a little better than your average Culver's.

Edit: 1 year later, most Culver's are an A, this location is an A+! Well done!
We don't get to Sheboygan very often but when we do we stop at this location and it is always exceptional!

I didnt realize that curbside means you have to go in and get it yourself. Waited 20 minutes in the parking lot after checking in. Spent close to $40 on ice cream dishes for coworkers at work last night around 8:30pm, never got told that they had no drink carriers for them. Got up to the window and then was told after already paying. Asked the employees how I was going to be transferring them to my destination. Their answer was "i don't know". I asked if they had a box that I could use that was sitting around in their restaurant instead. They said no and all just kind of stared at me like I was dumb. Then proceeded to slowly make each ice cream dish while the others were casually melting, threw them in bags and was laughing about it in the process because they knew they wouldn't last. When I got to my destination, like 2 minutes down the road, they were messed up and soup like. From being apart of the restaurant business, I got very terrible customer service from the staff.

Why? Because Culver's has the most consistent, tasty food of any of the quick-eat places.
The burgers are delicious - and they always taste the same! (I can't say that for other speedy-grub restaurants.)
The "Curdside Pick-Up" (yes, that's spelled correctly) has been a great option, too - if you don't want to venture into the restaurant. My opinion is that Culver's absolutely NAILED this method through the pandemic. Other restaurants are still trying to figure out how to master this.
It's said that people who come to Wisconsin and have never seen a Culver's have to try it...and for very good reason. Culver's is, hands-down, the best you can get in fast food.
