We usually get dinner after swim lessons at Culver’s Bayshore which is exceptional. Occasionally we stop at the one in Shorewood to bring home instead. We will not be making that mistake again.

Ordered at 6pm for a 6:15pm pick up. After being burned with online ordering at this location before, gave some extra time. By 6:25 I go inside and am assured it will be ready in the next few minutes. At 6:35 I go back inside and no one can even find the status of when my order could possibly be ready. I just flat out left after telling them not to worry about it anymore.

This was not the first or second time this has happened at this location but it was the most egregious. If they cannot handle online ordering I suggest they turn it off.

If you ask me, literally bullying her co workers..me and my boyfriend was sitting near the area where they work on drive thru orders. She was telling her coworkers rudely to “ move out her way” demanding them to do things instead of asking w kindness. I have eaten at this Culver's location several times in the past, and always founded to be clean, comfortable, with excellent service and food. Today I decided to take a chance and order for home delivery with doordash delivery. I was pleasantly surprised by the speed and professionalism with which the food was delivered, correctly and still hot!
My driver followed the instructions that I left, my order was correct, and he was a very pleasant. As always, the food was fantastic! I will not hesitate to order from Culver's using doordash delivery.

Pretty cool, family and friendly atmosphere. Surrounded by bike trails, parks and other bakery shops. I ordered a shake online while I waited outside. Within five minutes my order was completed and brought out to me. I also LOVE how they primarily hire students as employees. Great way to teach responsibility and increase social skills.

This culvers is in my neighborhood. On nights that my wife and I don't feel like cooking, we usually get culvers for our kids. However, since the online ordering system was changed, the food we order is made incorrectly with greater and greater frequency. I am not sure why. But out of the last 10 orders, at least 6 of them have been messed up. Toppings on our food that we didn't ask for or several missing items in the order. This is disappointing.

It doesn’t matter if I order for delivery or bring it home, and it doesn’t matter which Culver’s I order from (on Capitol or in Glendale) they have screwed up my order every. Single. Time. My family loves Culver’s and thinks the teens there are so hard working and charming. At this point, I feel like I’m paying for perfectly average, mediocre fast food that I don’t even have the pleasure of eating because it could be anything from a missing item to the wrong item to something packed with an allergen that I requested not to have present. So, feel free to throw money away on crap, but at least at other chains you’re likely to get what you’ve actually paid for, it will be what you asked for and it won’t make you sick. I have five chances, and should have stopped after the first screw up 🙄😬

Not only was my Culvers Deluxe™️ delicious, but I asked the drive thru employee to surprise me with the custard for my small concrete mixer (with m&ms and butterfingers). Wowzers, unbelievable scenes were on display. Top bins cannot describe the sensation that occurred in my tastebuds. This was by far the worst experience. After working 12hrs I decided to go to Culver’s. I went through the drive through. Every-time I ordered and item the person kept saying anything else? Anything else? I hate when people do this because it makes the customer feel rushed. I already knew what I wanted to order. When I got my food the order was wrong. I love this Culver’s it’s one of my favorite locations. The food is always good and the service is fast and pleasant. The only negative thing I have to say is to avoid eating inside around 2:45-4pm on weekdays . There’s always rowdy children inside that really ruin the atmosphere. It’s not even rowdy high schoolers it’s literal middle schoolers yelling, throwing things, and just roughhousing while waiting on a ride. I just don’t think it’s fair for the paying customers nor the staff to have to babysit inconsiderate children.

I came here to get food after a long day of work and was met with ridicule and trash talk from the workers, my card wasn't going through correctly and it would only take ten dollars from me even though I had a little over 500 in my account at the time.
