I loved the freshness & deliciousness of the food as well as the speedy service by the takeout guy. He literally came running out the door to my vehicle with the food!! Bravo! He is ALL in and deserves a promo for his enthusiasm! He even said "Out speedy for you!" This was awesome. I dont know if its because its Wisconsin, and Im used to slow and subpar experience at Illinois Culver's. Anyway the cheese tasted much better than Im used to, and the bacon cheeseburger had much more flavor, as if it was seasoned differently. I had to eat on the go, as I was roadtripping, so sorry these photos are nothing like my normal photos. Anyway, if Im in the area again, Ill stop by! Maybe by then the takeout boy will be manager 😉 Keep up the great work!

Seems there is mass confusion within the 4 walls. And the manager has a very poor attitude with customers. I watched a gentleman have to come back to complete the order that he was short 3 milks. Then watched the kids in the window AND the manager, Lexi, treat the people who placed an order after that mishap like they were garbage. I will not come back and I will spread the word about the actions taken in front of me tonight.

Unfortunately, there always seems to be issues with our order when we visit, which is a lot because there's nothing else our entire family agrees on for dine-in or take out, and nothing much else in Sparta lol. Common issues are food missing, additional ingredients added to our cheeseburgers that we didn't order (then our picky kids won't eat), cold food, not getting things we paid for, and much more etc. We're there so much we frequently get surveys to complete, and I always do them. Few have been positive, majority have been negative because there's always a problem. Just sucks because of course we will be back, but begrudgingly. We're not being too difficult I believe, just order "normal" food for a family of 5, often. Just wish we'd have a good visit because there's so many bad ones that just keep stacking up one after another. I'm assuming the managers are getting sick of seeing my surveys and seeing my probably now familiar name (I used to manage restaurants, I get it ha ha), they probably think I'm just trying to get a bunch of free food or something. We're not, just posting our honest feedback and experience at this location since moving to Sparta almost 2 years ago, and it consistently hasn't been all that great. Bummer.

The workers here are extremely helpful and patient. They offered various deals that they were having. Not to mention it was my first time having Culver’s and was not disappointed at all. I loved the juiciness of the patty, and the fries were also well seasoned. The milkshakes were amazing and perfectly cold, with the Wisconsin humidity all you need is a perfectly balanced meal. And Culver’s here brings it to you. Disregarding the fact that the prices are also mind boggling (extremely affordable). I will definitely come back if I’m ever back in Wisconsin.

This is a great place to eat always serving up fresh food. Had grilled chicken with lettuce, tomato & mayonnaise plus one scoop of their special of the day custard in a dish. I made an online order through the app of a double cheese burger, chili, fries and root eer float. I got 2 root beer eer floats, chili fries and then this thing I can't even call it food. It was a huge cheese patty deep fried covered in batter. It was absolutely the grossest thing I have ever tasted. I called and the manager to let him know I didn't get what I thought I ordered and he said that there was nothing they could do about it. I do not recommend anyone ever eat this thing. I guess they call it the Curderburger. I swear it gave me food poisoning I was so sick afterwards. Yuck!!!!! And it cost me $25!!!!!!

I loved Culver s when they 1st opened. Food has gone down hill in past 6 months or so. Fish has been floating in grease. Bacon cheeseburger greasy too. The bacon tonight was inedible. So hard and crisp. Sometimes not showing up w/o bacon. Unless something drastic happens I won't be back.

Typical Culver's, clean, fast service, food was good. The girl at the counter entered both order incorrectly. She didn't understand that "in addition to" meant "without replacing" when I asked for a side of cheese curds with my basket. Small mistake, but customer service and communication is important, especially for young people at an entry level job.

Went thru drive thru for a waffle cone, it was already dripping. I left, got maybe 5 minutes away and it dripping all over me and my Bronco and then it broke, ice cream everywhere. Now my seat, console and steering wheel a sticky mess. Only gave me 1 napkin, which already had ice cream on it. Lucky I carry extra in my vehicle, to wipe my Hands and arm with. I had to pull over because it everywhere. Didn't even eat half of it, but wore most of it. Called the manager and she giving me a free basket, what I should get is the inside of my Bronco detailed, unbelievable!!! Not the first time they have given me a cone with very soft ice cream, IF I ever go there again for ice cream, I will not take it again if dripping, they will remake it!!!! Try cleaning ice cream out of heated seats, not fun!!
