I don’t ever write reviews but this one was important. An employee by the name of Vanessa I believe yelled at my friends and I after a volleyball game at the local high school. They were closed on the inside and we just simply needed to use the bathroom but were once again yelled at that we were not allowed in. Alyssa who goes to the local high school was very kind and made conversation with us. I get that they were most likely stressed but come on.

I came in with my family for our weekly family outing. We were all excited, only to see multiple crew members coughing and looking really rough. It was obvious that some sort of bug was going around, but yet the employees were still working. I have 4 kids and 2 under the age of 2, one of them being 7 months. The last thing anyone from my family, or any other family, needs is to get sick because sick employees were not sent home when they displayed symptoms such as coughing, no energy, and struggling to walk. I get being short staffed, but when there is food involved, any sick crew members should be sent home regardless of the situation. There seems to be no responsibility or sense of common sense when it comes to food safety and it’s beyond alarming. Definitely won’t be coming back anytime soon until someone takes responsibility and stresses the importance of food safety. Very very disappointing.

I enjoy my occasional Culver’s however this was our first time eating from out of state here. Every single worker had exceptional customer service, and were so kind. It was late evening. The drive through was 7 + cars full. We ordered inside with Jaylynn, who offered suggestions. The inside counter was just as busy as drive thru and the employees handled the crowd very well. Evan gracefully delivered our order . We ordered cheese curds, 2pc cod dinner with Cole slaw, and shrimp dinner. The fried fish was flaky . Cheese curds were hot . Thank you for making our late night dinner.

Ordered the flavor of the day, but my scoop was basically vanilla. Just a small swirl of caramel, and no cashews. When I asked for that the person at the counter was super crabby and told me it was on the bottom of the cup (it wasn’t). She then proceeded to dump the missing items on my ice cream as if I was inconveniencing her. They were not busy—she didn’t need to be rude!

Ordered about $40 worth of food, was handed 2 bags and made the assumption it was all there, by the time I realized I was missing half the order I was already 20min away and would be late if I went back. Contacted customer service and they sent me basically 1 free basket ($10 value). So not only did we not get our full meal, we were insulted with not even getting the correct amount of value for the inconvenience.

I was even debating on if I should go here today for lunch as the food quality has diminished and my order is always wrong. I placed an order with some pretzel bites today and was not asked if I would like cheese at the drive-thru window. As I paid I remembered it was not brought up and mentioned that I would like some. The "Crew Chief" Annie was very rude and disrespectful. She charged my card again for a measley $0.83. She was very short about the situation made me feel as if I had done something wrong. Needless to say I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

Place was a mess food and garbage on the floor and tables food was not fully cooked messed up the whole order. My the bacon deluxe burger that I got didn’t even have hardly any burger on it. What happened to good service and what happened to your malts? The malts are like drinking chocolate milk. They’re runny and no flavor. Your workers are not trained well. They couldn’t make a caramel sea salt malt. They used chocolate yogurt, they forgot the sea salt and all runny. Another malt was to have peanut butter in it and they forgot that too. It’s wrote right on the slip, I don’t know if they can’t read or what the problem is. Bring back your great malts that you used to carry.

I went here a few days ago, when I was in town for a small visit south to some American friends, and we all went here for me to experience "real American cuisine". My friends were excited to order me a burger, and when we pulled up to the drivethru I was super excited to try some out. However, the worker at the window was abnormally rude. She was very short with my friend and I(he was driving, me in the passenger seat), initially gave us the wrong order and DIDN'T apologize, and I didn't even have a chance to ask for my receipt before she slammed the window in our faces. Maybe its just because I'm Canadian and norms are different here, but I haven't had this bad of an experience anywhere else in my travels, and this was like a 3 minute interaction at most. I didn't want to be a Karen or rude, but when I asked my friends (who are locals), apparently this specific place/worker has a reputation of being short with customers and being overall a bad worker, and I felt the need to say something about it. I think her name was Sherry or Shanon, but like, she looked a bit too young to be even working. I just hope that if that was like her first month or something that she receives training soon to serve at windows.

There's something to be said about consistancy, and this culvers CONSISTENTLY delivers thee worst culvers food we have ever had. When a 5 year old is complaining about salty french fries, you know something is wrong. Burgers that are literally so thin that you can see thru them, and almost always burnt, not well done, burnt. I cannot fathom how this place has 4.3 stars, because for years now it has been sub par 100% of the times I've regrettably rolled the dice. If I had a top 10 bad culvers experiences, it is this location that would be awarded with 10 out of 10 of those. Really wish new management would take over because this is essentially the only fast food place open as late as they are in the area, however, I'd rather snag a burger from a gas station at this point.
