This is a good Culver's. You always roll the dice, because the bad ones are worth avoiding, but the good ones keep me coming back.

Very friendly people in the front. And the absolute best-bussed Culver's I've been to. Seconds after people get up, the table is wiped. No looking around for a clean place to sit. Courtesy of the young gentleman.

I ordered a kids meal on May 8th or 9th and they completely messed up my order so I put it in the survey they put on the receipt. Later that day I got an email about it from the General Manager Raevyn Hasbrouck. They offered to send me coupons and I agreed that would work best. It now has been 13 days and nothing has showed up in the mail. 3 days ago I reached out again and still haven't received anything back. This is very disappointing and unprofessional of them.

Got drive through and guy who gave me my food asked if I was an oopsy-baby, then told me how he was one but his parents tried telling him he wasn’t, but that he didn’t believe them because his mom was 16 when he was born. He changed his mind when his ex (16) wanted a baby. Very interesting life story, gave me a fist bump after. Honestly most interesting conversation I’ve had after a week of finals. 10/10 👍

I've been eating Culver's since they opened one in Waukesha in 1989 and the food served at the one on Division St is the worst out of any Culver's in the entire state of Wisconsin. It's a shame that people in Stevens Point don't get to enjoy what a real Culver's is actually supposed to taste like.

It was late night and I wanted to get an order of cheese curds. When I walked to the counter, I was greeted by more than 1 employee, they were friendly and ready to take my order. I was given my total and as I paid, I told her I would be right back, I had to go to the rest room to wash my hands. I was on a 350 mile travel across WI and I saw the sign advertising cheese curds, and had to stop.
When I returned to the counter, I was given my bag and wished a good night. It was a pleasant experience and the service was excellent, quick, friendly and accurate. I would recommend this Culver's to anyone and I will be back again myself.

I absolutely love this Culver’s location. The food always comes out hot and fresh, the employees are always kind, and the food always comes out quickly! (As long as there’s not a line around the building, in that case it’s understandable if there’s a bit of a wait) Also, I’ve never ONCE had any missing or incorrect items in any order I’ve made here. I’ve only written two other reviews ever for any establishment, and both times were very negative and something I wanted to bring attention to. This Culver’s though, absolutely perfect. Thank you to all the staff that keep this restaurant great :)

After a 44 minute wait in drive through, I got cold onion rings and melted custard! The second time in a month I waited over 30 minutes. This is the last time. I will contact corporate to find out if there is another owner in stevens point. I am better off driving across town if it saves me 30 minutes even though this restaurant is only 1.5 miles away. Total time from home was 1 hour 3 minutes to get cold food.

Service was great, food was delicious, but the portions are way down and prices are way up. I usually go to the other Culvers in town and this one the pot roast sandwich is very sparse on the meat, allot of bun visible if you open it up, and the cheese curds there were 9 of them. Wish I took a picture to post of it. Add a regular size malt you are looking at $18. Not a great value for what you get.

Very busy, but knew that going in. Ordered a cod fish dinner (pricier than I expected) and then waited. And waited... People who came in and ordered 5 and 10 minutes after me were having their numbers called and were gone home. But I still waited. Twenty minutes had gone by. Then twenty-five... finally I went to the counter -- the waiting lines had cleared by then -- and asked how much longer it was going to be. They spent a few minute try to track my order down, then returned and we're looking in the area around the warming tray/table. At first, nothing, but then someone looked on top, bagged the to-go container, added the sauces and utensils and then brought it out to me. This was now the 4th or 5th person who had been involved in the process of taking my order, completing the payment transaction, checking and bagging other orders they'd taken at that register, carrying "eat-inside orders" to tables and then swapping with someone new (shift-change?) A lot can happen in 25 - 30 minutes!
Anyway, I was handed my $18.00 order but there was no straw. I went back and said that the straw dispensers had both been empty by the beverage machines, so I had been waiting to sample the drink I had dispensed nearly 30 minutes earlier. A look of exasperation flashed on the young woman's face, and she grabbed a couple of straws and placed them with my order before turning to bag up other orders.
No "Sorry for the long wait" or even just a "sorry" after waiting so long. I don't think it was a case of her being rude so much as that she was the fifth person to handle my order and had no idea how much time had passed. I'm about to turn 70 years old and standing in a crowded waiting area for 30 minutes was not an easy task for someone who replies on a cane to get around.

So, a word to the wise. be prepared for a long wait even late in the dinner-rush (order placed at 6:23 pm, and finally handed to me shortly before 7 pm. Probably not gonna be back for a good long time (if I live that long!)

I came through drive-through and placed an order. When I came up to the window, there was a young lady that was singing to herself and somewhat dancing. It took her a little over eight minutes to acknowledge that I was there by the window waiting to pay in another minute and a half or so For her to take my money. After I got my change back I got a sticker on my mirror and I asked her how much longer it was going to be and in a very disrespectful tone she says “I don’t know, how am I supposed to know”.

Respectfully if you're going to start charging for sauce cups you need to take better care and stop forgetting to put them in the bag. Just my own personal orders more than 50% of the time I have to go and ask for a missing sauce cup. I have literally worked at a Culver's for over a year so I understand it can get busy but that still is no excuse for not giving me what I pay for. I have to check every order before leaving and as mentioned more than half of the time I have to go park my car and go inside and if there's a line wait to get what's missing. looking at the ticket on the bag the included cups are red font but the charged cups are black font. This should be fixed in your POS imo, but this was not as big of a problem until you started charging for sauce which is ironic the moment I start having to pay for it is the moment I start not receiving it. Eating out is not cheap and I ask you take a little more care in ensuring I receive what I pay for. The quality is always incredible otherwise.
