Well don't you dare tell a cashier or the manager they did something wrong here .... The young main airyn I believe is how you spell it barely could take the order .. we ordered our usual but he screwed it up and we pointed it out on the screen and then never gave us our number and gave our order number to someone else so when I nicely informed him of the error the manager got involved Ms hope....omg snippy and rude and because the ticket show what the order was thats what we get ...never liked her attitude when we come in ... Always on her phone and bossing people around rudely ...gonna think twice about coming back ...we stop all the time and this interaction is not favorable:(

Ordered curd side, got home. Kids meal missing. Called they said " its sitting right here" I drove back across town got there and guess what.. wasn't there. Waited for them to re make it. I’ve gone to this Culver’s for once a week for about three weeks now, and I’ve had issues with each of my orders every time. I’ve received the incorrect custard order, one time my custard was forgotten completely, and most recently, there was no flavor with the root beer I ordered. The food is always hot and fresh, which I appreciate. Service ranges from great to below average. I want to keep frequenting this Culver’s because I enjoy the food a lot, but I hope changes are implemented to make sure that the best food and service is being provided each time.

Seriously Culver's. Order 198 on 12/20/24. Did not receive my cheese curds that I ordered and paid for. Was not running all the way across town to make it right. I called the store and spoke with Philip. I kindly just wanted them to be aware of the error. So they can correct with said employee who filled the order. Philip said okay. Not even a sorry. Rather disappointed. I hope management see's my review and at least has a talk regarding customer service. I realize no one is perfect, but not even a sorry just an okay?

Can always count on this Culver's. It is well located for us to make a mid-trip stop between Madison and our cabin in the northwoods. There is a huge parking-lot and a grassy area for us to walk the dogs. We typically get take-out and chow-down in the shade, while the dogs mooch a french-fry or two.

First off, I really enjoyed the food, which is obvious because it's Culver's. The service was also very speedy. However, I must say this location is very outdated/ dirty. It kind of sucks when you try to find a table, but every single one has crumbs on it. The carpet was very worn down, and the whole place had a bad smell. The bathrooms were also disgusting, according to my family. The parking lot is also SUPER cramped.

I wanted to use a gift card and handed it to the clerk immediately after I handed her my credit card to cover the balance of the order. She said she had put it all on my credit card already and couldn't use my gift card. I told her to cancel my order and refund my money and she wouldn't, nor would the manager. Service was not that great. Had to approach and ask for my food after 15mins, only to watch her grab the food that had been sitting there for who knows how long.
Atmosphere? It felt like i was at a pit stop for circus freaks, hillbillies, Randoms, and lost senior citizens. Felt dirty, unorganized, and crowded. We will not return to this station even though the food was on point. They clearly forgot about our order and were solely focused on the long drive-thru line. I didn't see ANYONE else's food get called at the dine-in counter for to-go.
