It took them longer than usual to take down my order in the drive thru, where I sat and waited to get my food for 15 minutes. I then opened my bag a little while later and noticed that they didn’t give me the fries I had ordered. Asked about getting a refund for that and the guy I spoke with about it had poor phone etiquette. I like their food and get that mistakes happen, but the quality of their customer service is seriously lacking.

Absolutely ridiculous service here. I've ordered from culvers now 3 times and 3 times they cannot get it right. They will take your money and only give you part of your order. Don't even think about calling to complain or try to make things right as they will cut you off, tell you its not their problem and hang up on you. This has now happned 3 separate times several months apart. HORRIBLE service. Will not be returning here

Clean. We ordered medium fries along with some curds, sandwiches and onion rings. The guy asked us twice what size fries we wanted and confirmed it. I didn't think to check the bag but lo and behold the fries were not in the bag. I was just so sarcastically shocked! Didn't want to drive back for the damn fries. Also the curds were gross. This place was hopping at 4pm Sunday. The staff was staying on top of things and food was good, as expected. Tables were clean. I think fast food in general seems to cater to the drive thru nowadays, so us people using the inside seating get our food a little slower. That said, food was ready quickly, just not “fast”. But Culver’s is not McDonalds - which is why we went there!

The employees that we interacted with were both very friendly and pleasant. The lobby and seating area looked clean and well kept. The parking lot was also clean, tight but clean. The *bathroom was, like the parking lot, clean but tight.
The MUSHROOM AND SWISS was good. Better than. A traditional fast food burger but the mushrooms were cut very thin and there aren't a lot on the burger. It's one of the main toppings, you'd think there would be a hefty scoop of them. The patty was very nice but needed more salt and absolutely lacked pepper.
The FRIES (large) were, and stayed, crispy. They were fresh and hot but I don't think they salted them. Maybe they don't normally salt the batch IDK we're just passing through. I love that they don't come in a cardboard like container.
We also got cheese curds (medium) they were also crispy and stayed crispy.

*The second stall was taken so I went in the first. When the door is open its honestly like 3 inches away from the toilet. You are 100% touching either the wall, he door, or the toilet, or all three if you need to use that stall. And if your wearing a long skirt or jacket... you're definitely rubbing up on the toilet.

Culver’s is a step up from McDonald’s. It’s definitely the premier burger place in the fast food category.

You’ll want to eat their custard. It’s fantastic. But by the time you’ve ordered your meal (with a custard as dessert… and maybe a cheese curd appetizer), you may be second guessing how you ended up spending so much money on fast food. Would you have rather just spent the money on a better quality meal at a nicer restaurant? Well, that’s up to you.

So this is the second trip I have made in a 3 month span to this Culver's for a chicken sandwich and 2 price kids tender. Both times were extremely underwhelming. The chicken sandwich is thin and lacking meat, and it seems like it came from a Wendy's box. There is no way it is worth the price charge for the sandwich. The tenders, man, those were trash. The batter and flavor were reminiscent of the chicken patties my mom would put in the oven when I was a kid, but it looked like the fish she would put in the oven when I was a kid. The meat had been frozen and had a watered-down flavor. The burgers are good. The custard is superb.

I have come here so many times, I feel it's a bit unfair to voice my opinion. I love Culver's! The very few times anything has ever gone wrong with my order, they have made up for it going above and beyond! I've had plenty more great experiences here than bad ones. In fact, I haven't had a bad one. Drive thru can take awhile on most days but those smash burgers, fries and sundaes are worth the wait! I don't know if anyone who reads this has never tried Culver's but if that's you, get in your car and head there now! Get ya a double cheese combo with fries and upgrade your drink to a delicious shake or concrete mixer! You can thank me later!

I used the drive thru. 2 cars in front of me. 1 waiting. Took over 20 minutes for 1 burger and fries. No drink. Fries and burger were warm not hot. They were good but not great like they usually are. I was sad since I was leaving the state and wasn't sure when I could eat there again. I felt bad for the older lady who was running the food. The way it's set up, it's quite a hike for the food runner. They need some younger people to do the running.
To my surprise, when I returned to Ohio, I found out there are Culver's in Ohio now! Very exciting!!

The veggie burger was really good. I was very impressed. The bun was good. The food was tasty. The best thing of all is the helpers that were bringing out the orders to our vehicles. Gluten free buns, Individually wrapped and they will put your sandwich items.Weathered a beef fish or a hamburger in the box and you can place it on your freshly.Opened delicious gluten free bun. This is the only restaurant that I know of that carries gluten-free buns.If I'm wrong please correct me as I have family members who need this particular Item. Food was hot service was great.
